The
Hotel
and
hotel
staff
at
the
reception
was
polite
nice
and
very
friendly.
But
mice
in
the
restaurant
is
not
so
nice.
The
location
is
also
great
as
they
offer
lots
of
parking
and
also
a
shuttle
service
to
the
ferry
if
you
want
to
visit
Amsterdam
Centraal.
The
facilities
such
as
gym,
pool
and
sauna
were
also
great
and
everything
was
clean
and
the
hotel
had
a
nice
smell
too.
The
rooms
are
very
good
size
and
also
the
bathrooms
and
rooms
are
clean.
If
I
could
have
one
wish
it
would
be
to
include
a
shoe
helper
in
the
rooms
but
that’s
personal
preference.
Why
I
cannot
give
5
stars
overall
and
also
not
5
stars
in
service:
We
were
so
happy
with
the
hotel
and
our
stay
and
the
breakfast
was
great
with
lots
of
fresh
fruits
an
live
cooking
egg
station
we
well
as
pancake
and
French
toast
station,
that
we
decided
for
our
last
night
to
arrive
back
to
the
hotel
earlier
and
have
a
nice
dinner
at
the
hotel
restaurant.
I
planned
on
having
a
nice
dessert
at
the
end
and
was
looking
forward
to
it.
However,
just
when
we
decided
what
we
wanted
to
have
for
dessert
the
man
sitting
next
to
our
table
noticed
a
1-2
mice
running
around
in
the
restaurant
close
to
our
tables.
I
lost
my
appetite
and
did
not
order
some
desert
and
but
we
were
allowed
to
moved
seats
across
to
a
different
area
of
restaurant
as
the
man
at
the
table
next
to
us
did
the
same.
The
staff
in
the
restaurant
was
aware
of
this
and
I
also
mentioned
it
to
the
night
reception
as
well
as
during
check
out
the
next
day.
Some
staff
members
seemed
more
surprised
than
others
about
this
situation
but
I
really
felt
uncomfortable
even
though
the
reception
was
apologetic
the
restaurant
staff
seemed
at
least
to
me
a
bit
unbothered
about
the
mice
situation
on
hand
and
at
least
I
would
have
expected
some
sort
of
service
gesture
like
as
an
example
-one
free
drink
or
or
a
small
discount
some
sort
of
gesture
for
this
situation
coming
from
the
hotel
or
the
restaurant.
Of
course
I
understand
that
it
can
happen
as
they
have
a
large
patio
outside
and
they
easily
can
get
in
and
again
the
staff
was
apologetic
but
I
felt
a
small
gesture
for
it
would
have
been
appropriate
as
I
really
was
put
off
my
dinner
and
the
dinner
experience
and
therefore
I
need
to
deduct
one
star
of
the
rating.
However
the
dinner
that
was
served
prior
was
delicious.
