Food was very poor So pleased I didn't have to pay for it as was payed by Airline. Shocking Had a good shower best bit of hotel. EDIT I Appreciate the feedback from the hotel but I try and be honest on any review I do and as I said the food was poor not to be expected by this calibre of Hotel.

Had a fantastic time staying here for 4 nights. We had breakfast included which had variety and was a very nice start to the day. We had an evening meal one of the days also which was good too. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable with a nice view from our windows. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport (15 minute journey) every 30 minutes at xx:15 and xx:45 running early til late. There is a free return bus from the airport at the xx:30 and xx:00 of every hour also). I would highly recommend Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport

This hotel is disgusting! I don't know how they get good reviews. You smell smoke everywhere, the bathroom had molds on the walls, it floods when u take a shower cos it's an open bathroom. The towels are disgusting! This is sure not supposed to be a 5 star. I have stayed in other hotels near the airport with similar rating and they were amazing. This place is trash! Looks nothing like what u see in the pictures.

I found the hotel to be pretty tired looking, I was expecting better. The room I stayed in was old and in need of renovation, with mold in the shower. Dinner buffet was only just edible, breakfast was better but nothing special. Front desk service was fine, although not overly friendly. Staff in the restaurant were nice, especially the cheerful lady greeting everyone at breakfast.

Great hotel, the beds where amazing. I really needed a good rest sleep. The lobby was big and smelled very good, the staff where friendly. The room was clean, there was freee parking. A little shop in the lobby to buy some foods. The only thing crazy was around 09:20 somebody opened our door.... With some force. There was a safety hook on it.. So that came in handy... But it actually shock me awake. Further then that a pleasant experience.

Probably has decent rooms but the way they over charge the customers for simple things like a local bottle of beer is criminal. You are located miles from any shop or cafe so they think it’s ok to charge almost €6 for a small beer. Te reply states the price is competitive in the area., but there is nothing in the area so basically it is ripping off its customers.

Pretty off but easy to take their shuttle-bus to the airport and then train from there! Rooms were nice and clean (no bed bugs like many other hotels in Amsterdam)! Staff was not too friendly, especially not the shuttle-bus man

Hotel and services were really nice! If you are travelling by air then it’s close to Airport but not far from city centre but the shuttle services available if you don’t want to walk for 20 min to tram stop. Almost 1 hour from city centre. It was nice stay. Thanks

The room was nice and clean , there’s a shuttle bus included by hotel to pick up at airport for free which is great. You can walk 15 minutes to train station and go by train to the city centre which is great. We did have weird incidence where we left our room for a day and we come back and someone came into our room took one room card and put a don’t disturb sign so when we came back the room wasn’t cleaned. The reception didn’t know why it happend but apologised and send out someone to clean our room.

Really nice hotel, ideal for business stays as close to the airport (15min) and there is a hotel’s shuttle bus going every 30min! Inside restaurant is very good

Great place to stay in Amsterdam. Free shuttle bus to the Airport and good connection to Centre (by tram, the stop is about 15min walk). Good rate price/quality. The rooms are little bit old. No noise from the Airport.

Good convenient location 5-6 min from airport and 15-20 min from Amsterdam City Centre. Good breakfast buffet. Games area. Issues: Cleaning staff needs improvement. Rooms need to be cleaned throughly. It seems cleaning crew doesn’t pay much attention to details. Left room in morning came back at night and this is what we see in room (not cleared). Management to pay attention.

I stayed there compliments of KLM Airlines after a delayed flight and missed connection. The hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport and delivered us to the hotel. We were provided a buffet dinner. The room was nice and clean. Wake up call provided and the shuttle on time back to the airport. 10 min from airport.

  • 4/5 Danielle M. 7 months ago on Google
We stayed due to a flight cancellation with KLM Airlines. They put us up for the night and included breakfast, dinner and transfers. Only about 10 or 15 mins from the airport by shuttle. The dinner wasn't very nice. Only had Asian options and only a couple of different dishes, I think one was chicken and one was fish. It was a buffet where you self serve. We got it for free from the airline but apparently that was €15 each from what our vouchers said, I would not have been happy paying €15 for that food. You also got 1 free soft drink with it. We did find a couple of English TV channels which was convenient, I got to watch a movie on there before I went to sleep. There is a really great set up for games rooms, my son and I played some free air hockey while waiting for our shuttle transfer, that was great. I was told we would have "overnight packs" for our stay as we didn't have our luggage but it was just the standard shampoo etc, I was hoping for a toothbrush but there was none sadly.

Nice Airport Hotel stay over. Can't complain. The service was friendly and nice. The restaurant as good for dinner and breakfast and the bar is also good. The rooms a quiet and enough to work well.

The Park Plaza is not a hotel you go to, it's a hotel you end up at. The facilities are standard and the game room is really good. I ended up there after KLM canceled my flight at the last minute. The buffet included in the overnight experience was adequate but not anything special, perhaps just above the minimum KLM could do in the circumstances. About 15 minutes via shuttle from airport in a nondescript industrial area.

Chose this hotel as you can park your car there for 15 days. Spent the night from Friday 13 September until Saturday morning the 14th as we had an early flight to the island of Kos, Greece, for which we had to check out at 05:45 o’clock. Easy check-in with kind service, where I was asked if we required their airport shuttle bus. As our gate opened 05:00 o’clock I already booked a taxi, as I understood that the hotel shuttle leaves at 05:00 o’clock, but the employee informed me that was the return time from the airport. First shuttle departs 05:45, and it’s only a 10 minute drive. I was kindly given the time to cancel my taxi, and book their shuttle. Also got information that you don’t have to book the return, you can just hop on on the same place as where you were dropped off. Room is nice and clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom is OK (no shower curtain or door). Bar is quite expensive (€8 for 0,5 liter of Grolsch beer, €5 for a glass of white wine, which they fill up to a good level though) and they provide you salted popcorn. Bar was visited good during our stay, provides several comfortable seats. Staff very friendly. Restaurant also well attended. Whilst enjoying my beer I was amazed about the amount of guest keep checking in the hotel, from tourists, airplane crew, as well business travelers, all from world wide. Option to check-out swift by QR code, which we used. Airport shuttle very convenient, big Mercedes Sprinter with plenty of seats and a special storage area for luggage. Driver friendly and drives safe and comfortable. Will keep this hotel in mind, and recommend to others.

I'll start with the good stuff; The customer service from all the staff we interacted with was excellent. They are so helpful and always ready to answer any questions. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport, which is very handy. I stayed on the ground floor, which was a bit like a dingy basement. The rooms are dated and definitely need to be looked at. My shower head had so much rust on it, and the room smelled damp

I will say this hotel feels nothing like the pictures on the website. The rooms feel wildly basic and fairly run down - the main areas of the hotel are alright. The shop in the lobby was not well stocked and didn’t even have deodorant available. It also costs €5/person to use the shuttle service which is the first time I’ve seen an airport hotel charge extra for that. The beds and pillows are also incredibly mediocre.

A very nice hotel, we stayed here because KLM was unable to get us home yesterday, so the hotel was booked by KLM. It was a modern, clean, comfortable hotel with a very nice restaurant. The service was excellent. No complaints at all, would stay again.

About 1 km from the Tram station ensures good access to the public transport system. The Hotel also has a shuttle service to the Airport to connect to the Train that goes connects to the city. The rooms are basic but clean and good. The approach to the Entrance of the Hotel on a higher level through a flight of stairs seems ungainly. They have a Lift to the Lobby from the parking but it wasn't operational when we stayed there. The Hotel has a nice lobby and a good activity area. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Friendly staff, but that’s about it. Very old, not very clean. Got here as my KLM flight was canceled. Shuttle worked fine and also staff was helpful and polite.

  • 4/5 Vals9 4 months ago on Google
Stayed here overnight as connecting flight got canceled due to inclement weather. Rooms are fairly basic, but have pretty much all the stuff you might need, at least in my case I was only missing outlet adapter since I left mine in checked luggage which stayed in airport and was put on flight next day. Staff was polite and helpful. Buffet was decent. No cashier store was somewhat understocked and missed some basic necessities like deodorant, so you might be out of luck if you pack everything with checked luggage.

Room was a decent size with TV and ensuite. I only ended in this hotel due to a flight cancellation so it is in a convenient location for quick access to the airport. They run a shuttle bus for 5 Euro per person which runs every 30 min. Staff was friendly and assisted with checking in quickly. Only downside to staying here was the noise around the hotel. I don't know if this was because of all the flight cancellation or anything else or if it is just normal for young kids running around the corridors and elevators. I still managed to get a decent night's sleep and get out in the morning in time for my flight.

Due to a canceled flight, we got this hotel from the airline. We were happy that they put us in a hotel, but i would never ever book this place in privat. The room was dirty and very used and it is in the middle of nowhere. The staff was friendly though.

The hotel is really pretty. It’s located next to a little “river”, the rooms are clean and well equipped, also really comfortable. The service was amazing, they were really nice and offered help in whatever we needed. Our room was cold and they offered us an electric heater that did the magic. As for the food, we ate dinner here. They had a la carte option and a buffet. We chose the buffet so that we could try “different” things but to my thinking it was not worth it. The dinner buffet consisted of not so many options, mainly cheeses, salad and fish. As to flavor for the “main dishes” I wasn’t impressed. And there was no dessert option unless you order it from a la carte (min 8€) and based on the food that I tasted I decided to rather not take the risk with the sweets and buy me something from the 24/7 kiosk in the lobby. One positive thing of the restaurant is that is next to this “river” and it looks nice at night. They have a fun game room with two pool tables, a delightful movie theater and an air hockey. The check in and check out was really easy and fast, they even have the option of making it online.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of a village. You can walk to the tram to Amsterdam in about 10 minutes, the tram takes another 20 minutes to the old town of Amsterdam. The staff was very nice and helpful. Parking was free. There is an airport shuttle if you need it. The room was large and clean. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the ventilation that turned on and off several times during the night (reception offered to change the rooms, then it went off so we stayed, but later in the night it turned on again). If you want to go for a weekend trip to Amsterdam i would still recommend this hotel because it's way cheaper than anything inside the city and the location is good enough.

It supposed to be four stars Hotel, according to that, you imagine that the service will be four stars level, but, quite the opposite it was less than even one star hotel. When we arrived, the was no valet service available, moreover, no luggages handling service, so we parked our car, and took our luggages to the room. In pictures the hotel looks like luxurious and new, unfortunately, it was like a campus. We reserved the best room in the hotel, but it was below the average, furniture was not set properly and it was a mess, also dusted, dirty and even old, however the bed was comfortable and sheets was clean. Bath was good and dressing was more than enough, but the toilet was disaster، very small and the sink was tiny that you can't wash your hands. There was no room service, no housekeeping, and no in room dining. Furthermore, they don't provide drinking water, and if you need something (if it's available) you have to go to reception to collect it, the only thing they were generous about, was they coffee capsules, however, they were not the original Nespreso capsules! We mentioned in booking that we are celebrating our anniversary, but they didn't care. The lobby coffee was good and surprisingly for free. Receptionists were friendly, and the price was very high comparing with the quality and services. It's the worst hotel I've ever been to, and I highly recommend to avoid this hotel.

  • 4/5 Br Y. 4 years ago on Google
It’s extremely “cozy” even considering its price. The room is relatively clean and has everything an airport hotel should have but the walls are a bit thin and you can almost hear the conversation happening outside your doorway. The reception staff are kind and professional but I’d say the breakfast staff was superb!! Very kind and keep asking if there’s anything you need, coffee refill or juice..etc. The gym is small but equipped and has a nice view with the canal right next to it. Gym opens 24 hours despite what it says on the intro sheet handed out for check-in. Nice place for late arrivals or any early departures.

I booked a surprise trip for my partners Birthday and we had the best time! We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel have a free shuttle bus that runs from the Airport to the hotel, which is so easy to locate. The staff were extremely helpful in answering any questions we had. They provided us with information regarding the tram services & a map of how to get there. I messaged the hotel on Facebook prior to our stay asking if they could decorate the room for my partners Birthday and they said of course we can!! When we got to our room, this hadn't happened, but it wasn't a major issue. When we came back from a night out, there was a note under our door from the reception staff. Due to checking in to the hotel early, we were actually advised we were put in the wrong room, they apologized and put us in an executive suite with Birthday decorations & a brownie platter! :-) The Cleanliness of the hotel is amazing, absolutely spotless. The rooms have black out curtains which is amazing! The hotel has a gaming room area, a lovely bar area, 3 restaurants, large car parking area, bicycle rental, a mini shop in reception, a spa & fitness centre. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. There wasn't a single thing i could complain about.

Very nice hotel. Modern rooms and amenities. Helpful staff, very good restaurant and wait staff. Included breakfast is also very good! Good easy to find location with ample parking. Regular shuttle to the airport if you want to go to Amsterdam central or other destination via train.

This hotel is located close to the airport. Free shuttle service is provided to and from the airport which is a big advantage. The staff in the hotel are friendly and offer excellent service. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast at 12.50 euros was amazing and not to be missed. Overall, had a very comfortable stay after a tiring journey in Paris.

#Parkplaza is easily accessible. *You will receive a friendly welcome at the reception, the staff are very helpful and help you on your way to your room in a friendly and professional way. *The hospitality staff are varying from very friendly to blunt, unprofessional and clearly out of place in a managerial role. *The food was of poor quality this time if there was already something to buy. The breakfast buffet was half the size, diversity and quality compared to previous times. *The silence on the hallways and staircases in the rooms is great. You can sleep peacefully here even if your neighbors have ideas . *The wellness is clean, tidy and with a sauna, steam sauna, hot-cold showers and a relaxation room great to unwind completely. *The tanning beds are good and the fitness is neat, clean, modern and very extensive. all together, its recommended to stay here.

I have really mixed feelings on this hotel. It's really convenient for the airport. A large spacious hotel. Wide range of people staying from tourists, business people and refugees. Standards of cleanliness are not good in all areas. Bar and restaurant clean. I stayed on 5th floor and had to walk down a massively stained carpet to get to my room. When I walked through the bedroom door I noticed strange stains on the ceiling. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful but not always fully trained or have the right resources to do the job. Breakfast was okay. The lunch provided for the conference I attended was terrible. Be prepared for a varied experience!

I came to this hotel without doing a lot of research because I had a flight cancellation and its close to the airport. What a fantastic hotel, beautiful clean great staff. I ended up meeting a plastic bag and they ended up giving me a cloth one. just the customer service is outstanding. It's about less than 15 minutes from the airport too.

Great location in relation to the airport. Staff are friendly and hotel is impeccably clean. Do yourself a favor and try the tomato basil soup from the on-site restaurant—it is divine. Only negative item: horrendously poor water pressure.

Was a nice and modern hotel some time ago. Could already use some renovations. One thing that really confused me, is that we had a room for four people and the door to the toilet was halftransparent made of glass and without any lock. And same for the shower room. Hello? The air-conditioning system in the room was very loud during the night and control panel was not working. The location is good, 15 minutes walk to the tram that goes to Amsterdam city center. According to reception parking is free until the end of 2022. And there was a shuttle to the airport. People working at the hotel were very nice and willing to help with the issues.

Rooms are OK but very clean. Location is great for airport but not the best for travelling into Amsterdam however once you've sussed the tram, it's actually very pleasant and quick to travel in. All service with every member of staff that dealt with me was excellent. Could not fault any of them and on one occasion they were tested beyond the normal hotel service. A special thanks to Christian on the evening of Friday 1st July. Thank you!

3 night stay here for Amsterdam and concert in Rotterdam. Shuttle service to airport station so could get around by train and metro. Great room. Comfy beds and really quiet for sleeping 😴 Would highly recommend

This hotel is primarily for those who have missed connections or have an early morning flight out. Everything is efficiently run, but nothing out of the ordinary. It is not easy to get into Amsterdam or other cities without first going back to airport. I did download the Bolt app and got a ride to Haarlem at a reasonable price.

This hotel was offer by KLM when my flight was cancel. The hotel is nice, is really clean and have a shuttle to the airport. the bed is comfortable and is very peaceful the environment. They also offer an area with pool tables, and some other arcade games. The bar is big with good music the night for enjoy your vacations. They offer at buffet for dinner that maybe can be improved. I check how much was the Uber for downtown and was 25 euros at 5 pm. The Taxi was 100.

We had to cancel our trip due to Covid. The Hotel offered to change the booking to a future date (to be valid for one year!). Yet the offer is not available anymore... If you have a choice don't go to the family of hotels that this hotel belongs to! they were very unresponsive and dodgy...

Very efficient hotel when you miss the connection and remain close to the airport. Spacious room, nice bar and restaurant. Shuttle from 6:00 to the airport (quite late if you have an early flight or train). Less the 15 min trip between hotel and airport 4 stars only for location because not at walking distance from the airport. Otherwise perfect

Very nice hotel, fair value for a money. I thought it will be much far from the city center, but it was close enough. Nice breakfast with nuts, vegetables, fruits, eggs and other stuff. Great service, they have a shuttle to the airport which is free. There is a fridge in the room, free table tennis on the ground floor and other activities.

This is an upscale place, but it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere and required a taxi to get to. The bathroom and shower were frosted glass doors with no lock or even latches. The shuttle service was very pleasant and punctual when leaving.

We were there in May 2023 for 4 days. Awesome experience. Staff is so courteous and cooperative. They go beyond to help you about local trains, metro, routes etc. Breakfast was plenty of options to choose from. Since we are vegetarian and we had no problem to choose the available items. Although it is outside of the city but they have Shuttle bus which they operate in every half an hour from the hotel to the Airport and in the airport you can take train to go the Centraal station. Our room was big and neat and clean.

We stayed here due to a missed connection. The staff had everything ready for us when we got there including vouchers for a buffet dinner. We caught an Uber to the city center the price ranged from €20 to €30. Off the lobby we’re several rooms for free entertainment including ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and pool tables. There is also a free shuttle to the airport which takes about 15 minutes.

Located close to both the airport and Amsterdam, the hotel is well placed and relatively inexpensive for what you get, compared to hotels in Amsterdam centre. The free shuttle to and from the airport runs frequently and is handy. It is a 15 minute walk to the nearest tram stop, and then a 30 minute ride to Leidesplein. You need to catch another tram from there if you want to get to Central Station area. For those less mobile, taking the shuttle to the airport to catch the bus or train may be preferable. There is a free games room with table tennis, air hockey and 2 pool tables which is a welcome addition. I only had a couple of complaints. The rooms weren't cleaned for the 4 nights we stayed (more below). Also, when we arrived at the airport, we were left waiting an hour for the shuttle bus, which was supposed to run every 30 minutes. When it did arrive, it pulled up across the road from the marked stop, about 20 meters away. We could have missed it initially. This was the only time it did pull up there, and was the only time we had that particular driver. On the whole though, I would definitely use this hotel again. The cost allowed us an extra day in Amsterdam. I do get the feeling this is more set up for travellers on an overnight stopover from the airport.

That a fantastic modern and huge hotel location near the airport. Breakfast was good and lot of variety. All room are pretty huge clean and tidy. Room view was fantastic and feel relax with peaceful during the stay. Coach parking, no hyper market, mini market and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Bar, restaurants, vending machine, gym and swimming pool, game room is available at the hotel. That a WiFi free for all guests. Luggage storage is available for hotel guest. Wheelchair accessible to the hotel.

Clean, quite, spacious room in Executive suite. We were met nicely, customer service is great! Airport shuttle bus service is very convenient. Compliments for Radisson reward members and room upgrade. But there were no tea bags available along with coffee. In general, we really liked our stay. Recommend
