Terrible
hostel.
First,
we
got
in
and
have
been
told
(only
in
the
reception)
that
if
we
want
to
pay
by
card
we
would
have
to
pay
5%
extra,
to
motivate
people
to
pay
in
cash
and,
probably,
escape
the
taxes.
Secondly,
they
tell
us
-
AGAIN,
just
at
reception,
since
in
the
website
the
information
is
contradictory
-
that
they
DO
NOT
have
lockers
where
you
can
keep
your
stuff.
So,
they
expect
you
to
either
leave
your
stuff
in
the
rooms
(that
everybody
can
access
basically
-
our
room
was
on
the
ground
floor
with
a
door
to
a
terrace
that
you
can
enter
by
the
kitchen,
which
means
you
do
not
need
the
key
of
the
room
to
enter
there…
i
personally
entered
always
through
there
with
no
problem),
or
at
reception,
paying
3€
per
bag
(per
day
i
imagine),
with
no
security
whatsoever
-
many
times
the
main
door
was
open
and
no
one
was
at
the
reception…
and
the
bags
were
freely
there.
I
literally
went
there
and
took
my
bag
when
i
needed
it
and
no
one
said
anything.They
only
have
a
safe
to
keep
important
stuff
like
phones,
ID
cards,
etc.
Then,
our
room.
We
entered
and
everything
was
disgusting:
the
floors
weren’t
cleaned
for
ages,
the
bedsheets
were
USED,
trash
on
the
floor,
etc.
and…
we
literally
did
not
have
beds
to
sleep
in.
So,
we
went
to
the
reception
and
apparently
they
did
an
error
(overbooked
the
room)
and
moved
us
to
another
room
(way
better!)
-
this
being
unapologetic
about
it
btw.
The
next
day
we
return
to
the
hostel
at
midday
to
have
lunch,
we
go
to
our
“new
room”
and
the
beds
are
freshly
made…
we
go
to
reception
to
be
sure
that
they
didn’t
to
any
error
again,
and
they
tell
us
“ah
yes
a
group
is
going
to
that
room,
you
have
to
leave”…
so
basically
they
didn’t
tell
us
anything
about
it,
and
we
were
going
to
leave
all
our
stuff
in
the
group
while
other
people
were
going
there
-
which
is
bad
both
for
us
and
for
the
other
room,
that
has
stuff
from
other
people
in
their
space.
So,
we
returned
to
the
first
room,
all
dirty,
again,
but
at
least
with
beds
we
could
sleep
in
(and
new
sheets,
although
stained).
Me
and
my
friends
DO
NOT
recommend
this
hostel
at
all.
They
have
no
conditions,
the
staff
(literally
3
people
for
4
floors)
is
lowkey
rude,
it
is
always
dirty
(the
bathrooms,
i
have
to
say,
are
cleaned
everyday,
and
they
have
products
so
people
can
also
clean
if
they
want
to),
they
are
very
disorganised
with
the
rooms
and
careless
about
people’s
personal
belongings
-
which,
for
many
of
us,
is
all
we
have
(me
and
my
friends
are
doing
interrail
for
instance,
so
if
we
lose
our
bags
we
do
not
have
anything
else
for
1
month).
We
put
our
stuff
in
a
paid
locker
near
the
hostel,
and
in
the
other
days
we
left
it
in
the
room,
kinda
hoping
that
everything
would
be
alright
(it
was
thankfully).
Lastly,
they
have
this
listing
of
rules
on
the
entrance
that
make
NO
sense
and
are
rudely
written.
Of
course
they
can
have
their
house
rules,
but
this
ain’t
it.
The
only
positive
sides
is
the
location
(near
the
museum
quarter),
and
the
free
coffee
they
give
in
the
morning.
But
please
don’t
stay
here;
i’m
sure
you’ll
find
better
places
for
this
price
(not
cheap!).
I’m
usually
a
careless
person,
so
please
read
this
knowing
that
i’m
not
exaggerating.
If
this
hostel
had
lockers
and
a
clearer
organisation
they’d
benefit
so
much…
it’s
a
shame
that
a
hostel
in
this
area
is
so
badly
ran
:/
