3/5 Tachinee T. 6 months ago on Google
I
recently
stayed
at
this
hotel
for
six
nights,
and
while
the
room
was
spacious
and
the
location
was
perfect
with
a
nearby
supermarket
and
a
lovely
hill
within
walking
distance,
my
experience
was
marred
by
a
few
issues.
Upon
checking
in,
I
inquired
with
the
reception
staff
about
potential
noise
on
the
1st
floor,
and
I
was
assured
there
shouldn't
be
any
significant
disturbances.
Unfortunately,
this
turned
out
not
to
be
the
case.
On
the
second
night
of
our
stay,
we
encountered
a
problem
with
our
key
card,
and
when
I
approached
the
reception
to
address
it,
I
was
met
with
the
same
unfriendly
demeanor
from
the
staff
that
I
had
encountered
on
the
first
day
of
our
arrival.
I
tried
to
explain
to
her
that
there
was
noise
coming
from
a
room
adjacent
to
mine,
but
her
response
was
rather
unhelpful
and
unfriendly.
She
informed
me
that
it
was
a
housekeeping
room
and
offered
a
simple
apology,
lacking
any
willingness
to
address
the
issue
further.
As
a
guest
in
a
4-star
hotel,
I
believe
that
the
first
impression,
starting
with
the
receptionist,
is
crucial
to
the
overall
experience.
Unfortunately,
the
unfriendly
and
dismissive
attitude
displayed
by
this
particular
staff
member
left
a
negative
impact
on
my
stay
and
contradicted
the
expectations
of
a
hotel
in
this
category.
In
conclusion,
while
the
hotel
itself
has
its
merits,
the
overall
experience
was
soured
by
the
unfriendly
receptionist,
which,
in
my
opinion,
does
not
align
with
the
standards
one
would
expect
from
a
4-star
establishment.
Additionally,
it's
worth
noting
that
the
receptionist
we
encountered
on
our
second
day
was
quite
pleasant
and
friendly.
However,
it
was
disappointing
to
have
the
same
unhelpful
staff
member
from
the
first
day
resurface
on
our
third
day,
which
added
to
our
overall
mixed
experience.
