P.s. No this is freaking impossible to stay here unless something is done with the kinds in common spaces. Omg it is so much better than any apartment I have ever rented in my life. So beautiful, and a good service. But let me update the review though, as I stay here for longer. You could improve on garbage recycling policies, there's only one trash bin. But mostly, make sure that big families with kids live on the same floor. Because I'm tired of hearing stupid children running in the hallways when I get back from work. But it's not your fault I get it

Our home for the month and it has been great! Unfortunately, we'll be checking out soon. We love our room, the staff, the service and neighborhood. We like the neighborhood so much that we're considering to stay around the area, even if it's relatively far from Central. Their official photos online look exactly the same as the actual. We'll definitely stay here in the future if needed.

To flee. We came with friends during the storm. Because of this our friend could not return because the stations were closed and her train was cancelled. The man at the reception did not want to let her in because she was not on the reservation! he tells us to sleep in the burger king at the airport! This is unacceptable, we call it non-assistance for people in danger. We spent the night outside in the storm so as not to leave her alone because all the hotels were full.

Such a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully designed neat and clean rooms. Ample parking space for both bikes and cars. All in all a must visit for a comfortable stay.

I like staying on the outskirts of a city, you need to travel to and fro but it’s worth the little comforts of an apartment. Clean, spacious and comfy. Highly recommend you try it. Beware of the city tax, the 2.50€ coffees and the 3€ water but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely gorgeous appartments. They were modern, clean and very spacious. There were plenty of utensils etc and you could definitely stay for several weeks comfortably. We tried the breakfast on one of the days and it was exceptional- absolutely get breakfast if you stay!

We stayed in the junior suite which was very spacious with separate living and bedroom areas, a well equipped kitchen with fridge, hob and microwave as well as a dishwasher and breakfast bar seating. The bathroom was a large size but would have benefitted from a heated towel rail. A good shower and luxury toiletries with a separate toilet area. The bed was king-size and comfortable but we had to as for an extra pillow. Housekeeping was only once a week but you could pay €20 for additional cleaning which we did.

Our room was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. TV, oven, dishwasher, stove. The bed was comfortable too. A lot of space in the room. Powerful shower. During the stay, we could hear planes flying past every now and then but overall very quiet. The breakfast was reasonably priced. The staff is super friendly and polite. The tram stop is only a 5 min walk away.

This place is brilliant. The rooms are so well equipped with modern fixtures and fittings. My wife and me are so happy with our stay here for an anniversary stay. We would definitely stay here again...😁

A good budget hotel however room was very dark with not much natural light. 1 bedroom did not even have a window! This issue was rectified for the last 2 nights of our stay but was still disappointing to not have a window in my room. Location wasn’t great but a tram stop 2 minutes away was handy. I would return but would probably look at other options closer to the centre before resorting to this.

Good sized rooms in a big aparthotel, meaning the rooms have kitchens. The rooms and hotel are business like. Good bed, bathroom has Rituals products but rain shower did not work well. The breakfast buffet is not too big but has a nice offer and is properly served. I had booked a parking spot, but there were sufficient parking spaces on the street side, although the parking lot has an underground section if you want your car to be a bit cooler in summer.

During my recent stay at Aparthotel Adagio in Amsterdam, I found the accommodations to be comfortable and well-appointed. However, the service provided by the staff was average, leaving room for improvement. Here's a detailed review of my experience: Let's begin with the positive aspect of Aparthotel Adagio—the rooms. The accommodations were spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated. The amenities provided, such as a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bed, made for a convenient and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. It was evident that the hotel took pride in providing comfortable accommodations for its guests. However, the service aspect of Aparthotel Adagio fell short of expectations. While the staff members were polite, there was a lack of attentiveness and personalized service. Requests for assistance or information were met with a lukewarm response, and it often took longer than expected for the staff to address concerns or provide necessary items. The level of professionalism and efficiency could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. Another area that could benefit from improvement is the communication between the staff and guests. Clear and timely communication is vital for a pleasant stay, but at times, it felt lacking. Important information about hotel policies or amenities was not adequately conveyed, leading to confusion and inconvenience. A more proactive approach to guest communication would be beneficial. In terms of amenities, Aparthotel Adagio offered the basics necessary for a comfortable stay. However, there were no standout features or additional services that made the hotel truly stand out from others in the same category. While it provided the essentials, a few extra amenities or services could have added value to the overall guest experience. Regarding pricing, Aparthotel Adagio offered reasonable rates for the quality of the rooms and facilities provided. However, considering the average service, there might be other options in Amsterdam that offer a more competitive value for money. In conclusion, Aparthotel Adagio in Amsterdam provides comfortable and well-appointed rooms, making it a suitable choice for travelers seeking a self-contained accommodation experience. However, improvements in service, communication, and the addition of extra amenities would elevate the overall guest experience. With these enhancements, Aparthotel Adagio could truly shine as a top choice for visitors to Amsterdam.

Stayed 5 nights at 2 bedroom apartment (with 2 bathrooms). Overall satisfied with the service and the hotel. Location is 20 mins away from central, 8 mins walk to tram station. We can order pizza from room service. Hairdryer is provided. Kitchen appliances are complete (oven microwave, dishwasher). Feedback: room carpets are dirty (not properly vacuumed), we got stuck in a lift once, outer part of building looks very old. Another thing is there were always people outside our room sitting down (probably other guests). After boiling water using the kettle, the water still dirty.

+ the hotel is located approx. 30 min from downtown and easily reachable via tram. A supermarket and a park are close by, it's only a 6-minute walk to the tram station. My room was spacious with a modern interieur and spotless clean! I did appreciate the Nespresso machine and liked the breakfast. - the water from the sink didn't drain well. But way worse is the loud music that's coming from one of the student houses right across the street. The music is so loud that I can even hear it through my customized silicone ear plugs. It's 3:37 in the morning and the music is still blaring towards my window. What a nuisance! :( Definitely not what I was looking for when I booked this hotel outside of city center. I went to talk to the staff and they were very friendly but of course couldn't do anything about it. Apparently the house across the street is partying every weekend. That is a disappointment and definitely a reason not to book this hotel again.

One or the best equipped rooms Ive ever stayed in! Highly recommended staying here if you're looking for an apartment rather then a hotel room. Staff were nice and helpful. All round good experience

My recent stay at Adagio Apart hotel was nothing short of fantastic. First of all, the location is perfect - just a 20-minute drive from Amsterdam city center. This meant that we could easily explore the city during the day and come back to a peaceful and quiet setting in the evening. we were able to enjoy some lovely walks in the area. The hotel itself is stylish and modern, with comfortable rooms that are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were particularly comfortable, and we slept like babies each night. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, I would highly recommend Adagio Apart to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near Amsterdam. The location, facilities, and staff all exceeded our expectations.

Thanks for the overall hospitality to the hotel and for the exceptional service to Filmon and Taras at the reception 😊 Everything was perfect. The earlier check-in and later check out due to availability was so nicely given to us! Thanks!! See you next time soon!

Great studio to stay for a while. Very spacious and with a lot of natural light too. The mattress was very comfortable and the studio was very well equipped. It's nice to also have a gym in the building and the connections to the city center and to Zuid are great. The only things that I didn't like were the wifi and the laundry room. The wifi speed was horrible, some days it was difficult to work remotely because of it. And, having only 6 washing machines for the whole aparthotel meant that it was hard to find one available. However, all in all the staff has been very kind and helpful and the nice studio and location made up for it.

We are staying in a hotel and it is incredibly cold in the room. The staff provided us with one heater for kids room and say that they could do nothing till Monday when a manager comes! The air conditioning stops working in 2 seconds if you turn it to heat the air. So never (!) stay during winter time in this hotel with kids otherwise you will have to wear sweaters and get cold((( Very bad service (( It is warmer on the reception than in the apartment for 400 euros a day!

Conference Room was good, though space in the conference area lobby is a bit tight for the number of people the conference room can accommodate.

Great place to stay. Takes 30-40 minutes on tramway and subway to tourist centre. Supermarket 10 minutes walk.

I stayed here. People working in lobby are very bad people. They called our room 100 x in middle of the night from 2 to 3am because they thought only one person was suppose to be staying there. Reservation was for 2 people. And I came down and showed them. Never had such an experience in my life. Would never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay!!

I book a studio for 30 days but the service has been unpleasant and very unprofessional. The following are the problems that I've experienced: - My phone in the room has been broken for >1 week and everytime I inform reception, they kept telling me that the phone would be fixed. So I have to keep going to reception to address my request - I requested for a quick toilet clean up in the morning, but the cleaning service never came until the end of their shift. I just had to wait for another day to get my toilet cleaned. - A few cleaning services wanted to clean my room so they rang the bell once making sure that no one was in the room. While I was about to open the door, they barged in to my room which was unexpected and very unprofessional. This is my second stay at Adagio, my previous experience was good that's why I decided to stay here longterm. However, judging from my recent experience staying here, I am very unsatisfied and may not want to stay here in the future.

We stayed here for 2 days while visiting family in Amsterdam. It was great to have a small apartment where we could have some food and drinks with our family. On-site parking is €15 per day which is cheaper than some of the other hotels in the area.

Good staff. Has all the necessities. They also need a bigger gym to make it more worthwhile. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful.

A good aparthotel with issue(s). The apartment we stayed in for 5 nights was large, equipped and comfortable. Styling is not inspiring, just practical. There were issues preventing us from enjoying and we even looked for an alternative to shorten out stay (decided not to eventually). The biggest issue was the internet connection. very slow when it works and disconnecting all the times enforcing you to manually reconnect. I'm a computer professional and the problem was affecting all of our devices. I asked staff members and the problem is well known. We couldn't work, video chat or stream media. Other things you should be aware off: the hotel is in a suburb. Tram station is about 5-6 minutes walk and total time to central Amsterdam is about 30 minutes. Supermarkets are 10 minutes walk and you have to buy everything if you want to use the kitchen - even salt and pepper. Location is good for driving out of amsterdam if you rent or have a car. Other minor things: Only one elevator is working and working weired: does not stop on it's way down, only when going up... so you wait sometimes. Shower head is dripping all over. Probably everything is related to post-covid era. Everything is a little fu__ed up.

Great apart hotel that is conveniently located and not too far from the city centre of Amsterdam. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff is also super friendly.

Stayed here to attend friends wedding. The location was super convenient for us and the apartment set up was great for us. Nice and clean and spaciou. Also loved that they were hosting Ukrainian families displaced due to thr conflict. It was inspiring to see, and it did appear their interests were accomdated. Parkinh was a confusing mess, constant issues with getting in and out via the barrier. Customer service at the front desk wasn't great, conflicting information by different folks regarding the use of parking.

From the check in experience to the room itself, the location and the friendliness, me and my partner couldn’t have been happier with the stay. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone. Super easy to get to central Amsterdam, you get a 5 minute tram after a 5 minute walk and then a metro after the tram. Takes about 20 minutes but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I had a really great stay at the Adagio last week. The reception team were so friendly and really made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the studio concept is great. While the location is a little far from the city centre, it’s easy to travel in using the tram service. I’d definitely book again :)

The service I received from the reception was excellent. Respond to every request quickly. Especially Diana who helped me a lot personally with the problem I had. The rooms are large and spacious and include all the equipment for a long stay
