We had a fantastic dinner experience here. It was our first time at a michelin star restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. We let the chef choose our 6 course dinner and every dish was a flavour explosion. Also the staff was very friendly and precise in what they were doing. Overall a very complete experience and we will be coming back once the menu changes.

What a great food experience. It's a small restaurant. So the passage is sometimes a little narrow for the waiters, but their service is explicable. They have the right knowledge about the food and wines. The food is also very nice. Your taste buds will love you for giving this restaurant a visit. The menu prices is very affordable for a restaurant with a Michelin star. Would definitely recommend going here.

We have visited Sinne on 25th of September. The menu has been designed was perfectly harmonious. Watching the chef and his team was admirable. I can recommend especially the crawfish as an extra course to standard menu. Besides cuisine, several alterations should be made, in accordance with a new interior design, considering the fine dining concept.

We went for our anniversary. I loved every bit of it. If I could go weekly for a single course and a glass of wine, and chat with the staff, I would make this my regular spot. I loved the presentation, and the flavors, and the atmosphere. I left there with a different perspective on food, as well as a higher expectation on what I consider fine dining. They are lovely, and I would recommend them to anyone. I wish I had taken more photos.

We had a lovely evening at Sinne! Every dish was delicious, creative, and lovingly prepared. The small restaurant is romantic and casual, despite the high end cuisine. The vegetarian dishes were every bit as wonderful as the meat dishes. All in a beautiful neighborhood with really welcoming, friendly staff.

What a wonderful experience. My parents and I were visiting Amsterdam for Easter weekend and were lucky to get a reservation at Sinne for their 5-course Easter menu. We were given seats close to the open kitchen and it was wonderful watching the chef and team work together. You could clearly tell the dynamic between the kitchen and the front of the house--all were incredibly friendly and sought to make our experience a good one. The food was delicious and inventive. We'd highly recommend doing the wine pairing as well. Overall amazing experience!

Superb diner experience. 6 courses with wine paring. Everything was on point. Service was nice, relaxed and professional. Wine selection was week thought and pairing a success. Kudos to the kitchen, all meals and flavors and texture. The overall place is nice, cozy but itching crazy. A solid one star.

This place became one of my favorite spots in Amsterdam. It was an unforgettable experience. Had 5 courses (and 2 complimentary by the chef) which were mussels, langoustine & calf, BBQ celeriac, polderfowl, Sinne's Snickers. Each dish was unique. Service and their wine recommendations were great.

They are really good at cooking vegetables. Even though the ingredients are familiar, the taste was really unexpected (definitely positive I mean.) Their dessert was really nice and you should look at the way they served us chocolate! It was really great moment for today. Sadly, nothing can be perfect and the following points are not deducting the stars. Wine was good but not that great. I am not a wine expert, so it was enough for me, but I think some wine experts might complain this. And even though the overall price was reasonable, but I don’t understand why unlimited water is 7.5 euro per person. Water was just common, not great, not bad. Maybe charging higher price on food and lower price on water might be more reasonable.

Wow what an incredible experience. We came for the lunch menu of five courses. Each and every dish was amazing on its own, rich with flavor, each with its own take. The service was great and we were happy we came here. Would love to come again.

Everything was so perfect, we had a great time there. Although they mainly serve wine, their IPA is also very good.

The food was amazing! It was well prepared and presented. We did the 5-course menu and let them pick the options for us. The service was great! I never needed to ask for a water refill and our server was very warm and welcoming.

From the beautiful sparkling Greek wine to start our experience to the Cognac at the end to close off, all went crescendo in taste, surprises everything paired with some very good wines. We loved it very much!

We spent our anniversary dinner here. This was our second time at Sinne and it did not disappoint. Very good quality food, we felt like royalty. All dishes beautifully paired with wine. Thank you for an extraordinary dinning experience

What an experience! My wife chose this to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. It was one of the best dining experiences of my life. The food, and service was perfect. Amazing alterations for food preferences. The staff were warm and knowledgeable. I’m a hobby kitchen nerd and watching them from the table was magical. Amazing wine choices. Lovely atmosphere. And their 10th anniversary menu was devine. We will certainly be visiting again.

My friend and I ate at Sinne on the 29th of April. The entire meal from start to finish was exceptional and the service we received was unmatched by any restaurant we had ever been to. We opted for 5 courses with the wine pairing, every dish was prepared immaculately and presented to us perfectly. Our server, a blonde woman who's name we didn't catch, was excellent and took the time to explain every dish and wine in detail. We were also served by two other front of house staff, for the celeriac, egg yolk and truffle dish, and everyone's positive energy really helped elevate what was already a special meal into a truly special experience. My friend and I are in our mid-to-late 20's and whilst we are both passionate about cooking and food, we do not often get a chance to eat at Michelin Starred restaurants regularly. The whole experience was truly memorable and I would advise anyone in or visiting Amsterdam, who want to experience high level, Michelin cooking in a relaxed setting to join the team at Sinne for a meal. If I could give more stars I would.

On a special day we had dinner at Sinne and it has been just a perfect night. The staff (impeccable and friendly) made our staying really great. It's possible to choose a menu of 4, 5 or 6 courses. We went for the 5 option with wine pairing, and we could enjoy wines from Spain, South Africa, Greece. The final dish (veal with apricot sauce) is pure magic, but every course has been delicious! Absolutely a night to be remembered! πŸ™ŒπŸ‘

Dining here was long-awaited. After plenty of rave reviews, we wondered if the hype would be overblown. Nope. The depth of taste behind each course left us flabbergasted. And we even enjoyed our meal from home considering covid restrictions. Three courses that we’re still dreaming about. Definitely have a try.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Sinne with amazing food and the option of a wine pairing for each course. Wonderful atmosphere and the service was impeccable. Never felt like we were waiting long for each course. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

We had the most amazing experience as Sinne last week. An amazing 5 course dinner. As a vegetarian that doesn't like mushrooms they were very accommodating. No pretence at all, just tasty food served in a typically friendly and laid-back Dutch style. A definite must if you're in Amsterdam.

Second time that I visit Sinne restaurant and it's always getting better. I really loved their new menu, made of simple ingredients perfectly combined and paired with really good wine. It's amazing how they could turn the cabbage into an incredible dish. I felt like of I never really understood how to prepare it after tasting their dish. Same for the dessert, that is made of many simple ingredients that are very hard to manage (e.g. licorice, lemon, beetroot, chocolate). The chef made an amazing job to find the right balance. Special mention for the service, that is fast, kind... They are always ready to help and listen for feedback. Really a place that is worth to visit. I will definitely go there again soon.

6 course mystery tasting menu. The duck felt a bit simple but was still good. Overall, great for the price. Wait staff were all extremely professional and pleasant. Of all the 1 star Michelin restaurants I visited on my Belgium/Netherlands trip, Sinne was the best.

Had the 8 courses together with the wine pairing and had a fantastic birthday there. Service was friendly and attentive.

Loved it! It was my first time at a michellin star restaurant and it was totally worth it. The service was impeccable. I tried many dishes that were new to me, and I loved all of them. I also got the wine pairings for each dish, which was well worth it.

Lovely service. Wonderful food, great wines (although the red we got was a touch on the young side - 12 months for a Cabernet from the Pyrenees is not enough to stand up to the rack of lamb, in my opinion) for an acceptable price. Great homemade limoncello. Whisky selection left something to be desired, although the Lagavulin 16 is never a bad dram. Will be returning.

One of the best restaurants I have been, very cozy atmosphere, stuff are friendly and cool, but the food is on next level, too bad that 5 start is the limit they deserve way more ;)
