There is the best turkish restaurant in Amsterdam! We came two evenings in a row because it was so delicious. All dishes are individually very tasty and attentive. We felt like we were in Turkey. My Turkish friend recommended we go here, and we weren't disappointed. Authentic Turkish food, with many dishes we were not used to seeing at other Turkish restaurants. Very friendly owner. Lamb especially was excellent: perfectly pink and tender. Also recommend the white bean meze. Very good baklava: not overly sweet, you can taste the pistachio

Prices very high and portions for most meals we ordered were very small.. taste was average. Nothing special and won't return.

Very nice Turkish restaurant with a very nice Turkish decoration. They have so many choices of healthy dishes. A very nice destination for people on a vegetarian or vegan diet 😍 I highly recommend this restaurant when you are in Amsterdam 👍

This restaurant is really about the service and I loved how much their staff are super friendly and helpful. Always there to help you. The food is good, you will end up having a very satisfying meal, but it won’t leave you with the impression of putting it on your list. But overall we loved everything we ordered and it was super good for price. The restaurant needs better decoration and identity.

Delicious meal! We were able to get a last minute reservation on a Friday but they were still very busy. The food was delicious - highly recommend the warm goat cheese and tzatziki starters, as well as the lamb kebab.

I've been going here for years now. Absolutely my favorite place in Amsterdam. Would especially recommend for (small-medium sized) groups: the host is great, super friendly, and takes care of everything during your night out. Great food, great ambiance, I love it!

Came to this restaurant for a large group booking. Everyone really enjoyed the experience. The waitor/owner gave us a very warm welcome, suggesting a selection of mezze and grill dishes for our starter and main. This worked incredibly well, with something for everyone to enjoy, including vegetarian. The meal was washed down with Turkish wine and fresh mint tea. I really recommend for large or small bookings. The food was fresh and full of flavours.

Definitely it’s become my favourite Turkish restaurant in town ! The mixed starters were by chefs choices! And it was great choice , mixed grilled were tender and juicy , gotta say the bread they offered was excellent too ! It was still hot and fresh , not like many other Turkish places with cold and less fresh bread , the only thing can be improved is the grilled sea bass, it was a bit too dry ( over grilled ) In all , I was very happy to try this place out and definitely will come again !

What a delicious meal we ate. The mix meze`s are highly recommended. The pumpkin desserts are also well worth it. friendly service! affordable ! recommended !!

The appetizers and dinner was really good. It reminded me of home especially eating the baklava with the ice cream.

This was an absolutely wonderful dining experience. The restaurant successfully pulls off both the small and large plate formats excellently. On the part of the food, everything tasted amazing! The flavors were very well married in the lamb and cheese dishes. Highly recommend the sigara boregi and the beyti. The domatesli mantar dolmasi was excellent as well. The service was impeccable. Though there were only 3 visible staff in the entire establishment, every table was attended to regularly. The food came out of the kitchen at a quick pace. Everything arrived at the proper temperature and was so savory. Stop in here any time you're in Amsterdam.

This is situated in a very nice and quiet part of the city. I ordered a mix of bbq. Meat was well seasoned, tender and juicy, for me that is more than enough to consider some thing of its finesse. I was there in the late evening and sat outside, weather was mildly chilly and the whole experience definitely repeatable. The servers were nice, even though I couldn't speak dutch well enough, they were pleasant to deal with.

Best customer service. The staff comes in and checks your vaccination certificate and they do follow COVID protocols. The food is very tasty, very friendly staff and great ambience. The restaurant has all the collections which reflect the culture of Turkey 🇹🇷. Mediterranean grill is their speciality. Please Note: They have ala carte, but when you search for buffet restaurants, google shows up this restaurant in its list which is not correct.

Food was good but main dishes took forever to be served.

Went for an outing. Service is quick and friendly, food is tasty. Portion size is sufficient for two. Starters were awesome, main course was delicious, sweet dishes not the best. Baklava was the best of the sweet dishes available. Washroom available within the restaurant.

Went here for the first time last night and it was amazing. They were very sensitive to our gluten free need and ensured our food was handled correctly. The host was gracious and very congenial. After expressing how I loved the sauce on a vegetarian dish and asked if it could be done with a chicken dish, he said he would figure it out next time. The calamari appetizer with walnuts was different than what I was expecting, but was very good. The earthiness of the dish was amazing. The lamb chop main was also nicely spiced and cooked as well as I could have hoped. My only wish was for another side other than the fried potatoes for gluten free, even just a little bit of roasted veg? The salad that came with it was nice. My partner had the Maydanoz Sebze and he was raving about it. That is the dish that had the amazing sauce, should have asked for more GF bread to soak up the leftovers. The veg was beautifully cooked with the right amount of char and smoke to it. Too full for dessert but it was a great way to end his visit in Amsterdam. Thank you so much!

Great choice of delicious food in a nice and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended

The food is good, but the way this place is ran it’s really not. It took more than 30’ to get our order and almost two hours to get our food. Until we finished eating it was too late for us to get desserts. They don’t serve water - no tap, bottled, nothing, even if you ask. You get tap water only if you order a jug of wine too (only wine, other drinks don’t count). We insisted a lot for some water and they eventually gave us half a glass each, and charged us 3 euro for it. It’s not much, but it’s the gesture. Water you give even to strangers if they are thirsty and you don’t give to your guests?

Probably a bit underrated. The food was excellent and the service was even better! The staff here have a very positive and engaging energy! Would definitely come back.

We were 6 from all over the world, and everyone had a joyful evening with a table full of Meze and some nice Turkish wine. Good quality food in a nice setting, seems authentic as so many people there seemed of Turkish or Arabic heritage and evenly enjoyed themselves. I will not hesitate to return. Recommended if you go for a group dinner and people are into that kind of food!

Second visit after 2 years and everything was spectacular as it was. The food, the music, the ambiance was superb! It will be a place to possibly every time we visit Amsterdam.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Quite a small menu, but the food is very well prepared and presented. Would happily eat there again.

Quality of the food was excellent. Humous was quite different from the usual available elsewhere. Ambience was traditional and staff were attentive, friendly and efficient.

The place has nice atmosphere with enough space. The meals are very nice. We have loved mezes and beyti kebap. The turkish coffee came in big cups which is a double plus. Highly recommend

We ordered several appetizers instead of full meals. Everything was excellent. The mushrooms were probably our favorite.

Authentic Turkish dishes. Great tasting. Wife approves (she's Turkish). Very likely to go again when the craving hits for beyti sarma!

Amazed that this restaurant doesn't get 5 stars consistently. VERY polite and efficient staff. Welcoming, warm, patient and kind. Honestly. Excellent and freshly prepared food. Even if Mediterranean/Turkish isn't your thing, you will still love the chicken/lamb or vegetarian dishes. We chose more expensive items, but you don't have to. There are lots of reasonably priced options.

Delicious food! The tabouli salad is very good, with dill, pomegranate, and something else in addition to the standard ingredients, excellent! The different lamb kafta (deep fried and the over charcoal) was juicy, tender, and spiced wonderfully. Very nice friendly/nice staff, too.
