Finally a Vegan restaurant to recommend in Amsterdam from all the point of views: - the Interiors (as Interior designer i am I love them) - the staff (so kind, precise and professional) - but especially for the vegan food (absolutely awesome, beautiful to see, so original and so good to eat). What else more? Oh yes… all the staff is also italian… And you can drink also some cocktails in front of the fireplace after dinner… See you soon! We will definitely come back soon…💥

This place is a whole experience! I tend to seek out the best upscale vegan restaurants in each place I visit and let me say, this one is outstanding. Everything was excellent…the food, the drinks, the presentation, the atmosphere and service were all top notch. Very creative menu selections that would rival even the best vegan restaurants near my home in NYC. I had the sushi, charcoal ravioli, and lemon curd dessert. For drinks I had the Golden Hour and Mocha Martini. The ambience is beautiful and modern, and they offer indoor and outdoor seating, as well as bar top seating. The restaurant is located on a somewhat quiet side-street in Amsterdam. I sat outside on the patio, which was peaceful. They take reservations, but I was lucky enough to get a table on a Saturday night in September. On the inside, the music and conversation created a lively atmosphere. I also want to mention the wonderful small details such as the handmade stoneware plate ware with beautiful glazes and elegant glassware and silverware. I can tell that every menu item and presentation was thoughtfully and artfully created with every attention to detail.

I’m not vegan so when I heard I was going to an Italian-Asian fusion vegan place I was like “that can’t be good”. It wasn’t good, it was EXCELLENT. From the flavor of the plates, the warm attention of the Italian crew that manages it, the quality of the cocktails, the ambiance with a dj playing the right dinner music, everything was on point. One of the few places in Amsterdam where the tables are not packed on top of each other so you can enjoy a conversation without having to shout. We stayed there for hours, having cocktail after cocktail and it was such a wonderful night. Definitely coming back! We

Absolutely phenomenal experience here! The bartender Nick treated us with attentive care and even brought us the wonderful sushi to try. He gave us tailored recommendations to the ever-changing menu which is crafted with care and attention to plating and taste. This is the best vegan food I have had in my life! We had the rhubarb mocktail and orange natural wine which were both great and I highly recommend. The coconut soup was very filling and tasty. The broccoli gnocchi was excellent, the best vegan pasta I have had. Food was well seasoned and plated and tasted fresh and delicious. Our waiter, Marco was very kind and served us with care. The brownie dessert was the perfect amount of sweet and light, the best way to end a perfect meal. As a vegetarian, I am very impressed with the food and incredibly impressed with the service. On top of the service and food, the vibe in the restaurant was very ambient and relaxing but fun. Could not recommend this wonderful establishment enough!

Visited on a busy Friday night and it was such a great experience. Bartender recommended us good drinks, the ambience was very nice, staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The food recommendations were great. We had a three course meal. Food presentation and taste was spot on, enjoyed eating every last bit of it! Just a tad bit disappointed with Dessert but all in all 100% recommended for a good chilling experience in Amsterdam with great food, drinks and service.

Everything is vegan and delicious. Both the cuisine and decor is very modern. It was designed in such a way for you to really feel an intimacy with food—which I believe is how food should be. All the dishes posted above are worth trying. Found a special love for the variants of mayo, which doesn’t feel or taste what the word “mayo” traditionally represents; light, airy and delicious. Try out the cocktails because the mixologist really brings it. Constant strive for better and more creative drinks.

Wauw! Love love love the food! Great variety of interesting vegan dishes. Great tastes and beautiful presentation. The owners are very nice and there was a DJ who played nice music. Great the music was not too loud so you could have a good conversation. Could not be more positive!

One of the best restaurants in Amsterdam! Vegan dishes inspired from global flavors are served here. Dishes of course tasted delicious but they are presented really well too. They had live jazz music playing which really added to the ambience. Definitely worth a visit.

The best meal we have had in Amsterdam. Super sweet and attentive server. Absolutely loved each dish and wish we had time to go back. Highly recommend.

Super cozy vegan restaurant in Oost with delicious food. I am always skeptical about vegan restaurant but this one really got my 5 stars review. We tried different starters and had the gnocchi and also desserts. Very nice wine list and also the cocktails are delicious. The service is very good and the chefs/waiters very friendly and professional. It's a little gem in Amsterdam. Will come back soon!

Really nice dining experience. They offer a variety of interesting dishes. I particularly liked the sushi we had as starter, and the broccoli gnocchi. The sweets can be improved (there are plenty of vegan options for dessert out there) but all in all it was a lovely dinner. Staff was also very welcoming and kind.

This place was an unexpected little gem. Unique in all its forms. The ambience is super chill but refined at the same time, just the right mix. Every little thing is so well thought out that makes it a discovery experience. I saw innovative and creative cuisine and drinks made with intention and playfulness. It’s like having fun while discovering new combinations and flavors but at the same time respecting the ingredients and the values behind a plant-based concept. Definitely coming back!

Fantastic contemporary tastes. Valentino (the chef) is making some exceptional pasta and dishes. Me and my girlfriend are not vegan but we enjoyed every bite of the dishes. All the best to the restaurant and the whole team who were really friendly, with a truthful smile, gentle and with a positive vibe.

💥😍 What a nice place! The best way to start a dinner with such a friendly and very respectful welcome! Finally, real good vegan cuisine that is out of the ordinary, we were pleasantly surprised by the tastes, textures and presentation of the dishes! We came for dinner on a Sunday night and had the cauliflower ceviche and green curry soup! To accompany your meal, you are bathed in a warm atmosphere, with splendid decoration and furniture! Absolutely fabulous! Happy to discover there is a new awesome restaurant in the east of Amsterdam. The place is very well decorated with all natural, calm and warm colours which makes you feel at home as soon as you enter. We first sat down on the sofa next fireplace at the back of the restaurant. Looking over the menu, we were impressed with the variety they offer and great combinations. I ate the gnocchi accompanied with a red wine which were both marvellous. As a dessert I had the semifreddo which was just delicious. Throughout the whole evening the service here was great and very personable. All in all a great experience. Congratulations with this wonderful concept and looking forward to returning soon!

This is the best restaurant in Amsterdam. Never seen such a nice fusion of flavors, presentation and cuisine. The Mexican sushi was amazing and so was the pasta and also the Pineapple mocktail. Marco was a great host and helped us choose the right dishes to order.

Hearth is a gem for both vegans and non-vegans alike! The decor is gorgeous, and the staff was welcoming, even treating us with a complimentary meal! But it was the food that truly stole the show. The flavors were incredibly delicious and unexpected. You can feel the passion in every dish on the vegan menu. Each bite left us completely satisfied. Plus, the prices won't break your piggy bank!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The place is beautiful with a warm and lively atmosphere. The staff was really kind and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable. The food was simply perfect. We tried a variety of starters and main courses, each with flavors that were uniquely delightful and subtly sophisticated. Although we were too full to try desserts, we're already planning to come back before our vacation ends. TLDR: I completely recommend this vegan restaurant for its great staff and excellent food. A truly enjoyable experience.

It was one of the most wonderful dinners I’ve ever had, all the people were really nice, and I really appreciated the waiter’s cure towards customers and dishes both. Everything from starters to deserts was amazing, so much that I had to try all of them 😂 couldn’t be happier I really recommend this place!!!

Our experience dining at Hearth was fantastic. My wife cannot have garlic and they made a special dish which was wonderful. The dishes are special with great flavors, presentation and a  quality wines to match. I wanted to try them all. Service was top level resulting in a perfect dinner experience. This place was DELICIOUS and we felt really well taken care of with the detailed service we received from the staff. We had two rounds of cocktails, soup, a starter, and two mains. Everything was literally impeccable. The broccoli gnocchi in particular was amazing, and the cocktails were well balanced and refreshing. Each dish surprised us; we were expecting it to be good because of the ratings but this was something else altogether. It's really not overhyped. If we lived here, we would be regulars. I cannot stress this enough: if you get the chance, GO HERE! 🩷🤤

We had a great experience at Hearth. The food is delicious and innovative compared to other vegan restaurants one can find in Amsterdam and also i was pleased to see a variaty of gluten-free options. The 'cherry on the cake' is the staff who is absolutely lovely ! We will definitely be back to try out the new menu 😏

Incredible experience, the best fusion cuisine regarding quality, and the best service ever attended by Emma. I'm a very picky foodie and this place went straight away into my top list. The only problem we all had was the chairs, we all left with a lower back pain since there is no support or cushion holding it, first time I experience this issue in general.

What a great place to find! We walked in with a reservation and found live music in the back. Very cozy and lively place. We tried the vegan faux gras and chickpea and tomato soup for our starters which were amazing! The sushi also looked amazing. The broccoli and aubergine gnocchi were good but not mind blowing. My gnocchi was gluten free which is an option you can ask for. I saw a lot of people ordering the charcoal ravioli and maybe it would have been better.

We came on short notice and got pretty much the last reservation possible. Still we had a nice table in a very nice atmosphere. Drinks and food were good, we shared vegan sushi for a starter and got another one to try, also for the dessert, we got a free one to try. All the food was really good, especially the brokkoli gnocchi. Cocktails afterwards were also good however rather expensive. Overall the price was fair for the quality you get and we really enjoyed our stay.

What a special experience! We booked a table in the restaurant before our visit to Amsterdam and were so well looked after once we arrived. We even called to ask if we could eat earlier as it was raining and we were in the area- this was no problem for them. The food was delicious, lovingly prepared and presented and the menu innovative; a fusion of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian, plus it was all vegan! The staff were amazing: attentive, friendly and considerate. We arrived feeling a bit wet and cold, but were able to quickly warm up by the fire on sofas whilst we sipped a cocktail and were presented with an amuse-bouche - perfect. We also got complimentary dishes so could sample even more of the tasty menu. The decor was modern and funky and the music tasteful and cool; we were a little disappointed we could not have been there to enjoy some live music - there are mixing decks on the bar! Next time Hearth, thank-you- we will be back. Highly recommended.

Very good vegan meal. The starters and main courses were unusual and beautifully presented. The desserts were less inspiring. The staff were friendly and professional. I'm not sure whether they spoke Dutch or not but they all spoke English. The environment was a bit noisy & I had trouble hearing my dinner companion.

Excellent vegan restaurant serving creative, globally-inspired meals. Ordered the coconut soup, the Syrian sushi, and two pasta dishes (the black ravioli and the gnocchi dish). Everything was beautiful in presentation, delicious, and clearly very thoughtfully crafted. Service was attentive and friendly.

The food was so great! 5 of us shared all of the four starters, four mains and three desserts. It was the perfect amount and like this we really were able to try everything. I drank the rose which was really nice and they have a nice selections of cocktails as well ell. All of the starters were amazing, however the beet root ravioli and the sushi with normal rice were my favorites. From the mains I really enjoyed the broccoli gnocchi, the charcoal ravioli and some kind of rice dish. The deserts to be honest weren’t really my thing, however everything else was just perfect.

Entire menu is vegan. Great atmosphere. Great staff. You can get some nice sushi rolls for starter and the rest of the menu is more Italian inspired. On weekends they have live music performances so definitely book!

Very high quality and original dishes. Your are definitively in for a good plant based culinary experience. We went for a quick lunch but I would recommend to come more for dinner to have more time to explore the menu. And come with friends to try out many dishes ion the menu!

I cannot recommend Hearth enough. A group of friends and I were in Amsterdam for a birthday and chose to celebrate it here. The staff were fantastic and the menu had great options. Unfortunately we finished our meal before thinking to take a photograph, but the food was delicious. Many of the party were not even vegan and all of us adored the food! Whether or not you follow a plant based diet, you must visit Hearth as you will not be disappointed.

Impressive vegan restaurant in the eastern center of Amsterdam. We ate here with a party of 7. Quite incredible tastes that make meat/fish and dairy unnecessary! Very friendly service who are attentive to wishes and/or allergies. Make sure to make a reservation because even on a Monday night this place was packed.

One of the best vegan dining experiences I’ve ever had — and I have had a lot! We got a last minute reservation at the bar and had a unique and enjoyable experience conversing with bartender Nick throughout the meal — he truly elevated the experience. Will definitely be back to try more of Nick’s cocktails and the rest of the menu!

Fantastic restaurant. The menu has a world contemporary fusion style, i wanted to order all. The sushis are amazing, super different and delicious. Everything we ordered was absolutely perfect. Really amazing vegan restaurant, perhaps the best I’ve ever been. The flavors are unique and well put together. All the dishes are healthy, wholesome and still filling. I especially enjoyed the ravioli - it was one of the best pasta I’ve ever had, vegetarian or not! The broccoli gnocchi, the Syrian sushi and the cauliflower tartare were also quite good.

What a culinary experience! The food, the service the hospitality was amazing. We had Broccoli gnocchi, cauliflower tartare, Faux Gras of button mushrooms and they were an absolute joy. I recently enjoyed my second visit to this restaurant!! Having been blown away during my first visit, I was excited for this return, and it did not disappoint. Basking in the sunshine, my friend and I chose an outdoor table to relish the day. What an experience! As my friend, a devoted vegan for a year and a half, put it, this is hands down the best vegan restaurant she's ever been to. And I wholeheartedly agree. The food here is not just amazing in taste, but also an artful display of beauty and vibrant colors. Each dish is a work of art for boht the eyes and the palate. Lovely and beautiful place. We came here for lunch with a group and the service was so welcoming! The main dish was good, but it was a pity the sushi wasn’t cut with a sharp enough knife. It looked butchered. Also, the ‘tiramisu’ was very watery and tasted a bit sour unfortunately. The rest of the experience did make up for it though.

A really special place run by the most welcoming people! I came alone and was quickly seated at the bar. The atmosphere is bohemian, warm and intimate. Everyone takes the time to get to know you and make sure you have the best time. Recommend for anyone, vegan or not!

A lovely restaurant! There was live jazz music and the food was amazingly tasty! Each new dish gave us new lovely flavours! Our waiter ensure us a lovely evening! Definitely will be coming back here. The plates were artworks as well!
