It was an amazing experience. Each of them was amazing actors actually. 👏 it would be better if we had a better group. There was couple of girls laughing laud it was very annoying. And if you go there please try to role play, you are actually in the game. Also the first guy looks like Dandelion in Witcher, he was the best 🥰. Thank you for doing the best 😊

Completely blown away by this place. It is simply amazing!! I expected so much less of this place. The place is huge. The actors are magnificent. They're so perfectly in their role, that that alone is scary already! It was one of the absolute highlights during our Amsterdam team event. Without a single doubt, worth the money. I will for sure go again some day, even though I already know now what's coming.

After some super sliver haze and a rickshaw ride down I wasn’t expecting this You have to go if your here and when I went the first time there was a roller coaster in the basement levels. Crazy place to go and by far the best Has a Bruce Lee enter the dragon mirror rooms. Say whaaaaaaa Is that doesn’t make you wanna go I don’t know what will. If I could give this place 100 stars it would be. Can’t fault it. Great memory’s

This was our first stop on our trip to Amsterdam and it did not disappoint. Acting was amazing, the sets were spooky, and the stories were intriguing. The staff was great at accommodating our usage of the stairs rather than elevators, after only mentioning once in a casual conversation at the front desk that one of our parties biggest fears was elevators (we were all asked). The woman who checked us in at the front spoke many languages (at least three that I heard), and was able to communicate seamlessly with all of the tourists. It's well worth the price.

Actually, I was walking in Amsterdam city and I find this amazing place and I joined the group in the last second. Amazing adventure, each room has little game with a nice history and I was really enjoyed. Scary stuff but not for me 🤣 as a result in my picture you can see I'm laughing but the other girls scared. Highly recommended guys, 😉

We had a great time at the Dungeon. The actors do a great job (they are excellent and play their roles magnificently), the sets are hyper realistic and the mix between scary and humorous moments is perfect. A great experience once you get into the « game »!

The Amsterdam Dungeon was the third Station of our Trip through Amsterdam on a Saturday. We started the Dungeon at around 6pm. It was a very nice and exciting trip through small hallways and very scary and nice designed rooms. They tolled us the stories of tortures and witch processes from past of Amsterdam. They actors did a very great job and it was a lot of fun seeing visitors beeing involved actively. We have been in Dungeon Hamburg and there are many paralleles visible. …its worth a visit of around 1-2 Hours for around 25€/p. P. I can recommend it.

It was amazing. The staff were so extremely kind and really played into the experience. The walk through itself was so fun and unlike any I've experienced. My friends and I booked a combo ticket which included a canal cruise but after the dungeon we went to the place to select a time to go on the cruise they told us they were completely booked for the day. The problem was we were having a day trip and couldn't come back another day for the cruise (which is valid for 30 days). We went back to the dungeon and the staff was so considerate kind about it and immediately gave us our money back for the cruise. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

It's not your typical museum but a great tourist attraction. If you're prepared for it, you won't get scared, but an entertaining and cool place to visit nonetheless. Totally recommend. Something to note, you're not allowed to have your phone or smart watch/band on ring during the performance, but you get pictures at the front and can get a digital copy as well, as a physical one, before the gift shop

Really good fun, thought it was a bit pricey but afterwards we all said it was definitely worth it. The actors were of a very professional standard and really sold the whole experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

The wait was super long even when we had reservation (time slot in our tickets) but was definitely scary - funny and well worthy! Congrats to the actors, specially today’s court judge that really made me laugh so much! 🔥

Was a lot better than I was expecting. Solid fun edutainment. Good scares for those that get scared, and enough information to get people interested enough to read more about the stories that were partially told. Really enjoyed the experience, and some of the actors were really great. Completely done in English, and has a lot of interaction.

We had such a brilliant experience! The staff were so incredibly helpful when we showed up at half 12 on the Wednesday when I (being the genius that I am) accidentally booked the tickets for the Thursday. They just swapped over the booking and made us feel welcomed. Can’t recommend this experience enough; you’ll remember it til the day you die!

We booked this as a last minute thing, but glad we did. We went straight in, even though we were a bit early for our tike slot. I would advise making use of the toilets before you get your ticket as the experience is about 75 minutes long. We waited in the cage to be greater by our guide, I won't spoil what happens but it was really good, the rooms were all well done, the effects were really good and the cast really threw them selves into their roles. Be warned, you probably will be picked on, but that is part of the fun. The cast really look after the children, ours went through a less scary path, but still had great fun along with learning about the gruesome history of the area. At the end you get a beer or soft drink at the tavern, which was weird, but very welcome. The ship had lots of great skull and witchy type of things, but some was quite pricy like the rest of the area. Defo recommend this experience.

This was a fun and scary experience! Well worth it! The cast was great! Be warned, there are stairs for the audience to navigate. Buy your tickets online through their website. You get a discount for the souvenir book and pictures. Don't buy a combo; it's too confusing how to book the second part.

(Translated by Google) Celebrated Halloween yesterday. A visit to a horror house should not be missed. I enjoyed it. Very friendly staff and nice actors. After our visit we received a well-filled goody bag. The only thing I miss is the roller coaster. I understand that had to be removed by order of the fire brigade. (Original) Gisteren Halloween gevierd.

What. A. Blast! The Dungeon experience is fun as hell. All the actors are amazing and, though it's not really scary, you learn a lot about the history of the city and folk legends. 100% would recommend.

The experience is unique. Living the 14th century moments, split into teams. The story is different for everyone, since it is based on the information you give out at the beginning. Overall fun, interactive and gives a good insight of the old days.

Yes…I survived. (Maybe I survived because I’m a Witch!). Also, I bought the guide book because doing so ensures that you will survive . I think my life is worth 4,50 Euro. Always lovely performances from the cast. The 4-D experience is great. My favorite part (and it was difficult because the entirety of the cast is spot on)…was the story of the girls who loved the same man and so one was…left behind…shall we say? I have been to this experience in London and the same lively storytelling / jump scares are throughout. The London story seemed to have more structured narrative (like, King Henry; The Plague). Great show! Great performances! I will return.

As a person who is easy startled, it was a tough experience for me to visit the dungeon. The actors are geniuenly good at their job. It seems like they keep "picking" the same people to participate and I was cool with that, cause I was too scared to take part😅. I guess that they knew in advanced who would be the most cooperative people of the group. Before you enter you take a picture and at the end you can buy the pictures in different deals which looked a bit expensive to me. The experience was interesting and I would recommend it for people who likes this kinda scary stuff.

Must visit attraction! The atmosphere keeps you on the edge. I screamed like a maniac the whole time. Its even little funny time to time. The actors play are super into their roles. It is a guided tour where you are guided room by room in a group. Notice: If you are really scared of the dark and claustrophobic beware! They aren't allowed to touch you but they might come close to spook you. Worth to visit and ten times better than Madam Tussaud…

Arrived here based on GM recommendations. We didn’t know much about this attraction and that was the beauty of it so I’m happy photos are not allowed inside. I don’t want to ruin the experience but I’ll just say it was a fun experience for 1:30 hours in which you can have a different, scary yet fun interactive experience in Amsterdam with great decoration, theatrical play, effects etc.

We had the most amazing experience there. The actors are well dressed and know how to act. Its 1hr 15 min long. Interactive experience. Makes you think you are on an adventure. No photos allowed inside so its hard to take any photos. Scary, unexpected, funny, subtle , a must if you are in amsterdam.

(Translated by Google) The acting is good, and the effects, the vibe, the atmosphere. Impossible not to hang a moment. I found it to be a good attraction. I also recommend doing the one in London and Berlin. I did them and it's the same story but directed by characters with different personalities. It's fun to compare it with other countries. To do in the language of the country; that adds a little more;) But my favorite room was in Amsterdam :) (Original) Le jeu d’acteur est bon, et les effets, l’ambiance, l’atmosphère.

I loved it so much, they all were so funny and engaging from the very start, even the guy selling tickets was making jokes. The scenes and the actors were awesome and did a great job and interacted a lot with the crowd. Totally recommended.

Such a fun, entertaining, educational and unforgettable experience! The performers are fantastic and hilarious, the design of everything is great, and it's just an absolute blast. You will leave with a smile, while also getting the chance to learn.

I expected it to be an educational experience. In reality, it was a scary/horror experience filled with jokes and good laughter. If you're looking for horror and entertainment, this is the perfect place to go.

Very nice staff. The actors were terrific. Here the price - performance ratio is right. You have to see who you travel to Amsterdam.

This was an awesome experience. Very interactive, educational and with amazing actors. We enjoyed discovering fun facts about the Amsterdam’s darkest history and we had fun because the actors were just incredibly professional and good. We bought the tickets in combo with Madame Tussaud and the canal cruiser. All together 50 euro per person which was extremely convenient.

The Boyfriend dragged me here under the guise of a relaxing historical experience. Oooo boy. I have no trouble with extreme sports or throwing myself off cliffs, but a haunted house? Colour me terrified. This was definitely a first, and for someone averse to horror, it was an unexpected surprise. The actors took their roles seriously, and were witty, creative and perfectly scary. Even the ticketing lady had great snarky comebacks. The group we were with was also a great sport, making the experience extra hell-larious. Despite being a scaredy-cat, the literary creature in me could appreciate the dark immersive atmosphere, storytelling, spooky passageways and little bubbly reward at the end. I wanted to get mad at The Boyfriend (who had too much fun at my expense) but had to begrudgingly roll my eyes instead. Ok, maaaybe it was not a bad choice. It was a good thing we scheduled the canal tour right after, so my heart had time to recover and resume beating at 60bpm.

This experience was brilliant, the staff are at the top of their game. The set up is really cool and we were very scared in parts which added to the experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something spooky and funny to do whilst visiting the city.

What fun this was! The cast were brilliant. We were in a small group so we all got picked to take part. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a laugh whilst you're in Amsterdam.

Very enthusiastic actors, great props and display, well laid out and a good storyline. Comparing it with the Dungeon in London, the story was not as informative but still well worth a visit. The cold drink in the bar at the end was much appreciated.

While visiting Amsterdam... I would highly recommend visiting the Dungeons..🤣😱 be prepared to ...laugh,cry,jump out of your skin.. While learning some of the history of Amsterdam...The experience was excellent... the experience last about an hour and a half... leaving feeling satisfied with a small complementary drink before departing...🥂🤣😱 Enjoy 😘

So glad we booked this. A unique way to spend and hour or so. I'm normally a bit wary of immersive experiences and don't like to be picked out of a crowd but it was so well done and everyone got into it. Would definitely recommend

I've experienced a fair few dungeon attractions from around the world now. This is definitely up there with the best. Actors were fantastic and story telling was on point. Costumes and set design fit the scenes perfectly. However it is missing some sort of ride in my opinion.

Great, great fun experience. The actors do a really good job, the different experiences along your journey are very interactive. The beer at the end didn't hurt, either. A good 45 minute to an hour experience - but please, please go along with it. Just enjoy the jumps and the laughs, don't try and go against it. Hurts the experience for everyone else.

Great experience. The actors are amazing and all the scary stuff are deadly. If you have extra time in Amsterdam it's worth a visit.

Myself & my boyfriend 🇮🇪 had a great time. It was absolutely amazing, acting, stories & alot of jumps & frights. The actors was brilliant, from making us laugh 🤣 one min & then screaming 😱 in fright. I would definitely recommend going to see this show 💯 🏆 You won't be disappointed.....

This was my families favorite aspect of Amsterdam. This experience was worth the €25 per person. You are not allowed any photos or recording devices during the event. However, I was able to take a photo in the men's latrine prior to the tour. Kind of funny. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AMAZING TOUR. This tour is supposed to give you a fright as well as a small history lesson. It is also somewhat interactive as you might be selected to participate during the tour. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AMAZING TOUR. And there is free beer at the end (or water or soda if you desire).

Amazing! This was such a fun experience. The actors were all very great and engaging. My mom is a huge baby and was able to get through it without being too scared. I absolutely recommend this place!

This is definitely a fun experience if you like haunted houses or quirky tours. The actors/actresses were so professional, they made the experience extremely immersive. I've been to many similar storytelling/tours in other cities but I gotta say this is the best one so far. Another plus is the setting and the 4D elements. Really glad we did this. You should purchase the tickets in advance and enjoy a bit of discounts. But if you don't want to be restricted by time, the full price is only 3 euro more.

Absolutely fantastic. Best experience. Serious fun, scares and very educational all at once.. all actors were fantastic. However , I paid for digital copies of my pictures and they didn’t work…. But the dungeon itself was fantastic from start to finish

What a fun and scary experience. The Amsterdam dungeon show is about Amsterdam history in the Spanish Inquisition. They recreate how people were tortured, burned and killed. Definitely worth a visit next time you’re in town.

You are part of the whole experience. Laughed the whole time, got a good scare a few times too. Had the best time here. Really nice staff who play their roles very well. Because I already know everything that is going to happen, I wouldn’t go again soon, but if they change the whole experience a bit every now and then, I would really go again!!

It was an amazing and unique experience! Learning Amsterdam's history through scary stories was really fun and enjoyable. The actors did an amazing job🤗 Highly recommend it if you are looking for an unique way to sightseeing.

A really fun experience. This is different enough from London Dungeon to make it worth your while. Everything is done really well and made it a fun time. It's a bit edgier than London Dungeon, that's not a bad thing.

Loved the experience! The actors are so talented; and the story telling is captivating. My favorite was the set designs which were so carefully thought of. The interactive horror experience was immersive. The fact that the stories are based on true stories make it the even more exciting! The only downside was the wait time. The line was long, which it’s worth it, but it was tiring waiting outside and then inside for a while. Besides that, we had a memorable experience and were on the edge of our seats!

It was very good. I got a cool keyring. I’d rate it 8/10 for scariness.
