Maximum experience & high service consciousness. Rooms are very spacious, even in rooms that are considered standards. Smokers have the option of taking a room with a balcony, although a little more expensive, but worth it. The distance from the hotel to Dam Square, is between 7 to 10 minutes on foot. Excellent and well thought out breakfast. Feeling the atmosphere of a boutique hotel. Great for couples.

We stayed for 3 nights in a patio suite here and overall had a really nice stay. It's walkable within about 20mins from the central station and whilst it's close to many of the main visitor attractions, it's in a slightly quieter location which gives it a relaxed feel. We walked to places like the Rijksmuseum and maritime museum. We were given champagne on arrival and the staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. The suite itself was very nice and pretty spacious. We had an outside patio area but used this very little. Firstly it was a little rainy during our stay, but also the outside area was small and didn't feel particularly relaxing when we could smell guests in the next room smoking on their patio. It was useful to have a little kitchen area and fridge and it was all very clean. There is a supermarket five minutes walk away to buy milk and breakfast things. There were a few points for improvement. This is an expensive luxury hotel and I would've expected some sort of welcome biscuit/cake/fruit in the room on arrival rather than just what was in the mini-bar. Secondly, filtered water was provided in a bottle on the first night but a little card was left stating that any further "Luxury water" refills were charged at €4.95. This is an absolute basic I'd expect for free at a hotel of this price and quality and was frankly just a bit strange to see! The only other point was that the communal areas were sometimes a bit too peaceful - if you are looking for a more lively/vibrant bar area then this perhaps isn't the best choice. More of a peaceful and calm atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were quite big, super clean and included a kitchenette. The bathroom was large and modern. Really loved the location. It's based in the historical district. The staff here were extremely helpful and polite. About the location. We made a mistake of exiting the hotel and walking right. I'd highly suggest going left towards the metro. Lots of restaurants and shops.

I have stayed at several hotels throughout Amsterdam and Luxury suites has now become my favorite! The staff is incredible, friendly and accommodating. Kuba was exceptionally wonderful and an absolute delight to see everyday throughout my five night stay. I highly recommend luxury suites to anyone traveling to Amsterdam and I will book there again. I highly recommend a suite overlooking the canal, it is beautiful!

Large rooms, great service. Super comfortable for our three nights in Amsterdam. The location was easy to access by car initially and then central for walking or biking through the city.

One the best hotels we have been to. We’ve been upgraded to an amazing Royal suit facing the canal. We would definitely stay again when visiting Amsterdam. We would like to thank the management for upgrading us and many thanks to the great service especially Miss Serene who was super friendly and helpful.

One of the best hotel experiences of my life. We stayed in the luxury suite superior with the canal view and it was incredible. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with everything (especially Maria & Emma!) - recommendations, bookings, and calling taxis. Only a ten minute walk to all the best parts of Amsterdam. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The actual hotel itself is lovely, very quaint and charming with an amazing view of the canals. What takes this place to the next level and makes it my favorite place to stay in town is the amazing staff.

The staff was amazing. The best service with a smile, while I was in Europe. Peter and the staff went way beyond their job to make sure our dinner reservations, in room spa, New years ave was 5 star. Thank you all. The room was the largest room I've ever had in Europe. 2 king beds, balcony, bathroom for a queen and a kitchen. And no it didn't get used. But nice to have if needed. The staff even recommended the small things that we liked. Drinks to jam in the morning at breakfast. I will be back. Thank you for making my Christmas with the family amazing.

Honestly i was not a staying in the in Luxury suites but I was on my bike using Google map and I ran out of Internet, I entered the hotel asking for WiFi and the reception lady was so kind to give me the password and cup of juice with a bottle of water. I was so satisfied for that. I would be so happy one day to try Luxury suites Amsterdam.

This was a really nice suite and so very comfortable. We were on a quiet canal and it was very relaxing. The staff were all very accommodating and extremely pleasant. They knew our names the minute we entered the hotel. Sure made us feel special. They even upgraded our room at no charge! We absolutely loved staying here. Update: I almost forgot they had a lovely bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us in our room, upon our return from Paris.

Amsterdam Luxury Suites was the most amazing part of my families EuroTrip this year. Gregoire and (Kim or Kayla… I’m so sorry my memory was pretty foggy this trip), were the best people we could have met to help guide or journey in their home. The photos they provide when booking, need to be updated because they don’t capture the true beauty this hotel is. I woke up so happy to the fresh air and beautiful canal outside my window. Please book here. You will not be disappointed.

The hospitality of the staff is just amazing. Specially the concierge service is professional, discret and replies immediately to any concerns/wishes that you might have. The room was excellent & had everything we wished for including a small garden/patio. The location is perfect, you reach shops, landmarks, restaurants, bars within minutes by foot. It was a very pleasant stay and we are looking forward to visit this hotel soon as possible!

From the moment you walk in the door the team here are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Offering champagne on arrival and telling us all about the city sites. Nothing was too much trouble. We absolutely adored our stay here and would highly recommend for a luxury stay.

Nice hotel and good location. Walkable distance to the Dam square - around 10 min, and around 15-17 minutes to the central station. Two supermarkets close to the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed in the royal suite with canal view. The view was stunning. Room in general is ok, but the worst part of the hotel is the internet, it was terrible, super slow and keeps disconnecting. Also, the AC was not working properly, the weather was amazing so didn’t need it much, but think wouldn’t survive it in summer. In general, good hotel, except for the internet.

From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome at this amazing hotel! Even though we arrived there hours before check in time they did what they could to get us booked in. We stayed in a standard suite and it was the perfekt size for us as a couple. The staff were all great and no matter what we were wondering they were super helpful and serviceminded. And this includes everyone! From reception, kitchen, servers, consierge and the housekeeping! Breakfast menu is perfect and the girls doing turndowm service were just as sweet as the chocolate they brought every night. We have been in Amsterdam many times but never felt more welcome in a hotel.

😐 It is a large, somewhat impersonal, completely unshaded and extremely noisy campsite (we were in the tented section).Noisy because there is a large multi-lane bridge nearby, which is still very busy at night. Also noisy because of the "cigarette smokers". There are no rules and regulations - or if t...
