Really great stay!! The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Definitely recommend Chassé Hotel if you’re in Amsterdam!!

Breakfast was excellent here. However, the rooms (double rooms at 4th floor) was so small. You can barely move around the bed. Room cleaning was not good enough. Not a proper cleaning and room service. Reception was good.

I loved my 2 night stay and I can't recomend it enough. The hotel is near a tram station (15 minutes walk), the staff are very nice and helpful, the room was big enough and the bed and pillows super comfy for a good night sleep. I highly recommend this place!

Original review: "Hotel would have been ok if it it not for waking up at 3 am because of a sound of a small trashbag that contained bread and some leftover food. Turns out it was a mouse. Needless to say it ruined our nightsleep and stay." Update: Contacted them based on their reply below, which seemed reasonable. However, instead of taking this issue "very serious" by offering sincere apologies they seemed mostly concerned in me removing this review. They offered me 50 euro compensation if I would take this review down (the room was 200 euro). This is laughable. Who would pay 200-50=150 euro for a room including a mouse and a terrible night. So they obviously can keep my money, but the review stays here. Their original reply: "Dear Alex, We take this issue very serious. Can you please provide us your roomnumber during the stay? We will make sure this issue will be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your feedback. Kind regards, Chassé Team"

This is our 2nd stay at the Chasse Hotel, and again, it did not disappoint! Staff are always nice and friendly, and the hotel and the rooms are spotless. Perfect location, quiet area. Less than 15 mins away from Dam Square on the tram and walking distance to foodhallen! This time around, breakfast was included, and it was good. Standard little help your self buffet as I would say with a selection of tea/coffee, fruit juice, and more. Also, big brownie points for the comfy bed and pillows!! Especially after a good full days walking, it's so good to come back to a big comfy bed!!!

Quiet location. Easy walk into the centre or take the tram which is two minutes walk from the hotel. Good breakfast options. Rooms were a good size too. If you need to book a taxi, do so with the hotel as it's cheaper.

It is not a hotel , but a hostel. The official Fotos are very misleading. Very simple standard and dirty. Not worth the price , that is not so low (almost 200 Eur in a season). The Fotos were made after „cleaning“

This place was fine in general but for the price - nearly 250 EUR per night, I was not impressed. The room was oddly decorated and the bathroom did not even have a proper door, just a swinging piece of glass. Would recommend for location as its 15 min from the central station by tram but otherwise maybe there is something better for the money.

The Chasse hotel was great! The standard double room was BIG for Amsterdam for this price and the staff was very nice to me both on the phone and in person (Nazya, Liza and Dirk). The bathroom was huge and bed very comfortable with a mattress hard enough for me, with endless storage spaces. The breakfast was superb!! with everything you need, with both hot and cold dishes with a large variety for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is well connected to everywhere with trams 13 and 19 so it was very easy to move around quickly and I think it is better than similarly priced hotels in the old town as they tend to be too small with service less good from the great Chasse!! :)

A beautiful hotel in an beautiful area. We had such a great time. You can get everywhere by walking and the public transportation isn't far away. You can find very good restaurants just a little walk away. We felt very welcomed in the hotel and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend to book the breakfast, it was one of the best I ever had. Would totally come again. Thank you for the nice stay.

Hotel is located next to a school. If you are looking for some RnR this is not the place to stay. School has staggered start times so they noise starts from about 8 til about 9:30. They then have a lunch play in the courtyard outside of the hotel. There was also a very loud banging noise in my room that sounded like it was coming from the room above, that started around 8:30 and went on for an hour, the noises were handy as a natural alarm, but I don't that is what people want when travelling to Amsterdam. The breakfast was tasty and fresh every morning. Was about 30-40 mins from central. Overall, lovely hotel, too noisy and too far out to return.

Had an amazing stay at Chasse Hotel in Amsterdam for the Dutch Grand Prix. Prime location, competitive price and great experience overall. Would definitely cstay here again. The mini fridge was the cherry on top as not a lot of hotels seem to provide them these days.

Stayed only one night in the family suite, but the hotel is very nice. The scenery is incredible, the inside of the hotel is modern, the outside is very attracting, the restaurant area is very luminous and well decorated. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was great! A large choice and all was very good. Every person of the staff we talked to was niceand polite. We had a little keyring each offered at checkout, which is just a little gesture but it makes a difference, and we appreciated our stay even more! I highly recommend if you stay in Amsterdam!

Great hotel. We stayed in Family suit which actually is an old classy apartment. Excellent rooms and clean toilet. Only downside is lack of lift access to the Family suit (it was mentioned on booking, but we kinda missed it. If you have a lot of luggages, better to avoid family suits). Breakfast was super, special mention to the home made tuna salads. Thank you so much.

Beautiful room with enough space, a nice bathroom, a big shower and a private balcony in the sun until 6pm (August). The staff was fantastic and helped us with the Wifi (problem with our room).

A bit expensive for what you get. Service was "okay", the rooms were nice (except the shower which had low water pressure). Location was excellent.

We didn’t expect much from the hotel when we booked it - but it surprised us a lot. Great interior, spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. We even received a little presents. Super!!!!

3.75 stars. Liked the location a little out of city centre but well located near trams. Restaurants a short walk away were good and frequented by locals. Junior suite room was simple but large. Excellent breakfast and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms could have been a touch cleaner. Huge Bathroom with bath. Good value for Amsterdam.
