We spent 3 nights at the NH Flower market which was a present for my wife’s birthday. The lady that checked us in was lovely and extremely helpful. She gave us a map which she marked with places to visit and recommended nice restaurants and bars. She explained we could hire bikes from the hotel if we wished and answered our questions about the trams. This wasn't a one off though, the lady that checked us out was just as nice and all the staff at breakfast were lovely too, even remembering us and asking about our stay. Our room was stylish, clean and had everything we needed. The shower was great and the beds were very comfortable. We also noticed that even though the street outside was still very busy at 4am when we got home one night, the room was silent! My wife didn't want me to book breakfast for our stay, preferring to try different places, but I did as we had lots planned during the day. However, I'm really glad we did. The variety and quality of food was amazing, the whole dining area was kept extremely clean and tables cleared promptly. We enjoyed our stay so much we have recommended it to our friends who have now booked for September. Do not let any bad reviews put you off because this hotel was absolutely perfect in every way. Hope to return at some point and will be sure to check out their other hotels when booking on future.

It is always very nice to receive a free upgrade as the lucky guest of the day. Room was spacious and nicely decorated with a huge window. Bed was comfortable and it offered strong wifi. Staff has been friendly too during my stay.

nice hotel The location is good in the city center. The architecture is reasonably designed. The service is great, the clerks at the reception are polite and friendly. The rooms are reasonable and not the best, there are probably much better rooms in other hotels in the city but there is a beautiful view from the window of the hotel room.

Easy to get to once you find the 24 tram. (Exit the train station and head towards the town- you can tap your bank card so don’t stress for finding a ticket machine). Great location ~ wander in any direction. Clean and spacious rooms. Good firm beds but asked for a double and they still made separate twins. Definitely recommend and stay there again or next to the station now I know everything is walkable.

Nice simple hotel just outside the city center. There is a tram station right in front of the hotel. We were here with a group of friends with two rooms and four adults in each room the rooms are pretty big and comfortable. The hotel is located with the flower market nearby and Rembrandt square where you can find many restaurants and nightlife.

Th upgraded room is spacious with ceiling almost twice the normal height. Can unfold the sofa bed to sleep 3. Breakfast is sumptuous with wide spread of cold cuts hams, cheese, salads fruits, cereals and hot food such as scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, yogurt and the usual plenty. We had special omelette and sunny side orders too. Service was tip top. Front desk were also attentive and did not have to wait long. Front of hotel is directly one of the tram stop to the amsterdam central station. Hotel is located next to the flower market and shopping street is just across a traffic junction. Highly recommend this hotel if you ever want to visit Amsterdam.

Location of the hotel is the main advantage- you get to the flower market just in few steps out of it. If you take another direction- there is still a lot to see in any routes you’d take for walk. Breakfast πŸ₯ž was good and the reception service was great too. You could easily order additional amenities through the QR code provided in the room.

pros: stayed here for 3 nights in room 722 with my partner, overall the hotel is nice, its pretty to look at and is obviously well cared for. there were no issues with the room, everything was really clean. staff were helpful and friendly, a young man checked us in and was incredibly polite and supplied us with a map and answered all our questions. We struggled using the coffee machine and a member of staff helped us with the issue quickly. the view from the room was amazing and there were no issues with noise (we were on the highest floor though) . Cons : the only real issue i had was the fact that room service was so limited, for example, you cant order a glass of champagne rather just the bottle, i felt the choice was rather limited and the mark has been missed here as i love ordering room service and would of spent a lot on doing so . Also room service is not 24 hour which is also a shame. overall i would definitely return to this hotel, the cleanliness was exceptional too so thankyou for a great stay

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. While the property is nice enough - though a little overpriced - and in a convenient location, I ended my stay there covered in bedbug bites, literally head to toe. I notified hotel management, but they brushed away my concerns very quickly, denying any bedbug infestation despite the clear evidence. At this price point, you can find plenty of other quality hotels in town that better prioritizes the wellbeing of their guests. Just avoid NH Collection.

I enjoyed my six days of stay here at this hotel. It’s centrally located and well maintained. The staff are super friendly, helpful and courteous which I appreciated in every way. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and really helped to get my day started. Rooms were very nice, clean and I enjoyed my lovely view of the flower market from my room. The front desk and concierge are extremely helpful and courteous and deserve a 5/5. Really enjoyed my stay overall and would recommend this hotel if staying in Amsterdam again.

Great hotel in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Adjacent to the flower market. I booked a "Premium" room which was one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in when visiting Amsterdam. Bathroom was spacious and modern. My rate included breakfast daily which was well worth it. Excellent hotel for the money!

Even though we had some difficulties getting a suitable room at beginning, but what manager Ali did was a real example of the good management. Our staying at NH collection was great and staff are nice. Rooms are big and clean. Special thanks to Mr. Ali and Miss. Elena for their kindness

The hotel is very good, But the perfect was the reception guys, starting from Mr.Ali who was an excellent manager and treated us like we are in our home, his kindness unforgettable. Also, miss Lena, her treatment with the guests make them feel comfortable. I will say that, the treatment of the employees made my experience in this hotel perfect.

Stayed here for 2 nights in October for a mini break. Firstly I must say the location was fantastic, walking distance from all the main areas and sights. Loads of places to eat nearby and felt very safe. The service was also fantastic everyone was so helpful. The rooms were also really nice for the most part, extremely clean and it had a coffee machine. Rooms were also a great size we had a superior triple room. A few very minor things could be improved - the lighting wasn't great (as women who wanted to do their makeup - wouldnt be an issue if you don't need to do your makeup!), we could hear whoever was upstairs walking around at night so if you are noise sensitive bring your earplugs - although we could not hear any traffic from outside so that was great. The rooms were a little stuffy but was easily solved with the aircon which worked well. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend for anyone who is going for a city break.

Great hotel, the staff are all incredibly friendly, and the service is brilliant. I went for a superior room which was very nice. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are not as big as you would expect however, the furnishings are great, modern and very clean. Thank you for a lovely stay. I've already tried to book for next year but you're already full! Which says something! 😊

Location of hotel is everything. Worth it in every way. Generally good hotel.. Nice professional staff. Would definitely stay here again. Just a few things 1. Cleaning of rooms needs major work and consistency. Not good enough unfortunately. Same with the amnesties and coffee/tea in room 2. Staff are super nice but are too much by the book. The concierge service specifically. What they said u can't change on some trips i booked, i changed on my own in literally 10 minutes. I was also charged twice. Alexandro at the morning breakfast was just an absolute joy to see every morning with his beautiful smile and great service. Overall good hotel when taking superior rooms. Pay for the location.

This hotel was lovely, cant complain. Let us check into our room early at around 10:30am after our flight - which was about 4 and a half hours early to check in. Room was immaculate - had a double balcony and the room was very spacious. Location was good - not amazing. But the hotel itself had no flaws - we loved it here and the staff were lovely. Would stay again.

Perfect place to stay when in Amsterdam! Lovely and clean rooms overlooking the city. Wonderful breakfast buffet in a beautiful room. Walking distance to everything we did in Amsterdam.

Great short stay hotel. We had a room with a balcony which was nice. Good breakfast on first glooor in a big airy dining area. Middle of Amsterdam. You can walk everywhere.

Hotel is fine. Room is small but manageable. Room smelled vaguely of mildew. Biggest offensive thing is they more than doubled their pricing for the conference I was there, and their Wifi was completely unusable. Completely. Couldn't stay connected more than a couple of minute as a time and I had to stay tethered to my phone, so who knows what that data bill will look like. That portion is an utter disappointment, and targeted as a business friendly hotel, inexcusable.

The first room I checked in was awful, 1st floor, small, claustrophobic, facing back... ouch.. after I politely voiced my concern with the front desk, I got lovely room, on a 7th floor, with balcony and the city view... really nice, no complaints, very much appreciated... breakfast area was spacey, clean, plenty of options for any taste and preference... staff very friendly, and courteous, few things I needed were addressed very promptly. Excellent location, 10 mins from the central station lots of restaurants around... Fun.. I'd definitely stay again, presuming I get nice room again :-)

If you want. 4 * hotel this would be a good choice. The location is excellent, between the 2 top museums and the old centre. means you can walk to both. The breakfast is also excellent pastries, cooked, etc The staff are charming and a problem we had with our kettle was sorted in minutes. They have a nice idea to save on cleaning costs and the environment: If you are staying for multiple nights you can choose not to have your room cleaned during your stay. For that you get a minibar choice per person per night. We rather enjoyed our 6pm beer one night and wine the next!

This hotel is decent. They have a decent location and the place is fairly clean. However, no heat. It’s freezing. No heat. I call downstairs they said we can offer blanket - your think we were staying in a budget hotel.

Enjoyed my stay here. Perfect location in my opinion, and 20 minute walk from Dam Central. You can manage a walk with a hand luggage, just whatch out for the cobbled bits of street! Good size rooms for the price. Modern, clean.

Few weeks ago I stayed in this hotel and I just can say was amazing!! My room was with a breathtaking view, the hotel is strategically close to the important points of interest. The service is great, they have a super cool restaurant on the lobby, beautifully decorated and food is great!

We took a premium room with a balcony, we were surprised to find that there are no chairs and no table, so why pay much more for a premium room with a balcony if there is no way to enjoy it. Nice breakfast, nice staff, excellent shower and toilet. Excellent location

Great location and in general a very good hotel. We stayed in a superior room with view and balcony, and the room has everything you would expect. Maybe a bit on the small side, but good layout, clean and with comfortable beds. The wifi is not great, but worked well enough for our three nights. All staff we encountered was super friendly and nice.

😐 It is a large, somewhat impersonal, completely unshaded and extremely noisy campsite (we were in the tented section).Noisy because there is a large multi-lane bridge nearby, which is still very busy at night.
