Delicious food with pasta noodles made in house. The noodles were delicious as well as the appetizer. The bread was delicious as well and comes with most dishes. Staff was friendly and service was great. I recommend.

Bit of an old timey vibe, the music playing is also usually from 80s or older. Lovely staff and amazing food, my partner and I go here often for lunch, especially after a visit to one of the museums, and I love the Mediterranean fish soup, and he loves the fish and chips. The pastas are also decent, and they offer wine by the carafes! Good times!

I completely recommend this place if you are waiting to go to the museum or are hungry after. The eggs Benedict with bacon was extremely delicious. The food came quickly and the staff were great. There is also a very cute and friendly cat (Cocoa) who is a great addition. Also, the eggs Benedict was very reasonably priced. The only thing was that the pasta dishes were quite expensive for what they were, but overall this is probably one of the best places you will find close to the museums.

Great restaurant! Really enjoyed the food. Service was a bit slow but it is still a good spot for dinner or lunch.

Amazing spot! Stopped by here after glancing through the menu online and we were not disappointed. We had the calamari, lamb kebabs (our fav), salmon eggs Benedict, and the chicken panini along with 2 lattes. Customer service was so friendly and we will definitely be back!

Swing and a miss. Short-staffed and rushed made for curt servers. People were sat at dirty tables and told, it’ll be cleaned and to be patient. Beverages (tea and Heineken) never refilled without asking twice. And only then delivered in full lackluster fashion. Had the salmon stuffed black ravioli with a salmon fillet. It was abysmal. Came with four raviolis and the fillet was the size of a condiment packet. And that was after waiting just over an hour after ordering and finishing the starters. Left it for the roaming cat to have. Pass.

The pasta was too salty and the steak is dry The service is good

Pasta dishes were indeed good. Had the Seafood ruguetta had fresh seafood. Penne Con Pollo had an interesting twist - cream with sundried tomato! Love the chips (from the fish n chips) and the calamari (v crispy). Tiramisu, despite the plating, tasted better then it looked. Chocolate souffle is like molten lava cake (less the molten lava). Mixed service depending on who was serving.

The soups of the day were excellent (french onion soup and spicy pumpkin soup), the second course dishes were ok (pasta had a bit too much saffron and the kebab was a bit cold). The service was good, the waiter was very helpful. I appreciate we had to wait too much for the second course but the overall experience was nice.

Great little place. The soup is perfect for the chilly weather and if you have a cold! Very friendly staff!

Jayne & Noam were amazing & went above & beyond in their service. I had come to grab lunch & it just so happened to be my birthday. When they learned this at the end, they provided a birthday cake with a candle, & sang happy birthday. I will definitely come back, as this was not asked for, but a very kind gesture I will not forget & made my birthday :)

Nice place to have lunch at, all the plates that we ordered felt like home made food (in a good sense) with good quality ingredients. Definitely recommend.

Had really good paninis, I got the salmon fillet and my wife had the goat cheese & tomato soup. Our friends both got the lasagna and said it was pretty good.

Great lil spot especially after hectic galleries. It is unassuming but really nice inside . Food fantastic. Waiters awesome and price reasonable. Highly recommended

The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly, I have the tapas platter, and it was absolutely divine, and the beer selection was really good and our waitress was amazing too! Also, there was a really cute cat who we were sure must be the food inspector ❀️! Would highly recommends and it has ample seating. That's very comfortable too

Love this place! Such good food. Luckily we found this by accident on Christmas Day and enjoyed a very delicious meal. The bitterballen, lamb, and French onion soup were our highlights. Quick and efficient service too! Thank you

Really liked it! The food was tasty and a good amount. The place is also really comfy. I ordered a bolognese pasta.

We got the aglio e olio and penne primavera. Service was good, but the food was not worth the price and did not taste well for the price. 3 stars for the cozy vibes and nice staff.

Excellent Mediterranean food. They even give you free bread with your meal. Try the lamb.

Cappucino with oat milk was surprisingly delicious, I usually don't like oat milk. Food was nicely grilled and fresh. Pretty good, would recommend.

The 2nd time I tried Pompa. They are making decent and Al Dante pasta (you cannot compare those in Italy for sure). This will be my BAU pasta resto whenever I visit museums nearby. Must-try = the shrimps

The best spaghetti in Amsterdam! The friendliest staff. If you're in the museum district, do yourself a favor and stop in for lunch.

In between sight seeing and shopping our family of 5 found this place. Met the owner who has been here 32 years and committed to a quality experience. 2 of us had pasta dishes, 1 had steak and veggies and 2 had sandwiches. All were delicious!

Lovely corner cafe. One of the best pastas I have tasted. Little bit pricey.

Loved it. One of the best pesto pasta I had. And the service is awesome ;)

Coffee, hot chocolate and pasta were so-so, but my steak was above expectations. Properly cooked fine meat. Highly recommend! Large portions (I also got some bread, French fries and vegetables). Quite cheap for Amsterdam. Good location next to the museums square.

Great tomato soap and fish and chips. The complimentary bread and butter were also excellent.

Very good food and nice waiters. Portions a bit small but would otherwise 100% recommend.

Delicious food. Really cute restaurant and decor. They have outdoor seating and a small balcony. The man and woman that served us were so kind

Super friendly service all throughout and very cozy, relaxed environment. The food was just average though. The empanadas with feta and spinach were the winners actually, and the patatas bravas were also ok, but the bruschettas and the gambas a la plancha were a bit underwhelming.

Amazing fish and chips and tomato soup. The female server was friendly as well. Thank you!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why. The staff were also very well-...
