The location is great 5/5 Service 2/5 Food 4/5 It is very nice that they have hit in outside seating, kind of romantic to seat outside while it’s raining and still feel warm. When we came, the waiter seated us, however, it take 10 mins more to bring us a menu after several time asking for a menu. It was an ashtray full of buts, nobody changed it even. We ordered prosciutto pizza, fries, and drinks. For my question “ do you have a Grolsch draft beer?” I've been answered “ the drinks are on the menu! In a very rude tone. Okay…we are already getting used to poor service In Amsterdam. The food was good, with tasty fries, and delicious but burnt pizza. Only have one question why pizza it’s not even cut?! It was a disaster to cut it with a knife and fork. Overall experience, better go to another place.

The restaurant has a good ambiance. It really looks like a good Italian restaurant. decoration beautiful. The chef is a joke. We were very disappointed! Since my girlfriend doesn't eat pork, she asked if she could have chicken instead of bacon for the spaghetti carbonara. Normal question right? No great effort. You can see into the kitchen from the tables. I won't say much about it because it's unnecessary. I've never eaten such bad spaghetti, the sauce was made with eggs it was like eating raw scrambled eggs 🤢 I'm not kidding, I'm serious. The chicken pieces were chicken pieces like chicken soup from the Chinese supermarket (this one for 1€). The spaghetti was tough, but that's not a big deal. Still just to say how catastrophic the food was there 😂. Never have I eaten so bad. This is an absolute joke. They cook better in a retirement home.

You can have a very good breakfast here. However, you have to keep in mind that the location is optimal and therefore you pay a little more. The breakfast is very tasty and usually sufficient! As I said, you should consider price and location! TOP!!!

Terrible. Excellent location. Good design. Slight rudeness of the waitress, burnt pizza, watery aperol spritz ..... Three minuses in three areas - service, bar and kitchen. Wasted money.

We had the pizza - the crust was okay, the toppings were nice and fresh. Service was fine. It is conveniently located near Amsterdam Central station, and has indoor and outdoor seating. The mixed drinks were very good.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior, the food is ridiculously bland yet overpriced, I could make a better pasta dish as an amateur cook. The pasta felt almost undercooked and the sauce was tasteless, there was also no Parmesan included in the price. The pizza tasted of dough. I will say that the service was good and efficient, but it is baffling to me that this restaurant is still open due to its poor quality food. Don’t waste your time, there’s lots of better restaurants minutes away:)

I can't give a -10 because google doesn't have that option, but if you want to eat badly go to this place. The rosé wine was chopped, it tasted like vinegar. The caprese salad was bad, the cheese was passed. and the icing on the cake was that we asked for garlic bread, which never arrived and the waiter kept telling us that it was on its way. After 15 minutes without receiving the bread he told us that it wasn't going to arrive because there were problems in the kitchen and offered us the bill, not even giving us the option of ordering another bread.... the best of all is that a couple arrived next to us, who ordered after us, and had the bread we ordered on the table. in short, a succession of disasters, bad service and lousy communication. The service was the worst in Amsterdam. but well, they don't care, they will make money anyway, as it is a tourist place.

It is located in the center of Amsterdam. Nice place. It's not the cheapest one. The pizza is not spectacular. I can't admit I enjoyed it. The antipasti were ok. I can't name it antipasti but a salami plate. I really like the lady who served us. She was very friendly and really cool. The atmosphere was kind of fancy. To the restaurant people, I want to suggest that you clean the bottles with balsamico and oil. They were really glutinous...

When you first walk in the the decor is really nice and a good atmosphere, with music playing in the back ground. The service really let this place down, which was a shame, as the food was good. They went from asking us what we wanted to eat as soon as we sat down to, waiting some time get our food and drink, but also struggled to get the waitress to our table.

Waited over 20min to get - coffe,wine and tea, the waiter (blonde one ) was rude, asked if possible to order and just told us "you can see there are a lot of people so wait" then after 10min finally we could order. Waited another 20+min , asked the waiter what about the order and the replay was it's coming . Total 40+ min to get something to drink.

Very tasty, reasonable prices and excellent service. We were on a weekend, there were a lot of people but we did not wait. The food arrived quickly

The pinot noir was a really sour and bad wine. The bread in the ”garlicbutter and bread” side was boring as hell. And the carbonara? Oh my. The guanciale was more or less uncooked, the pasta was undercooked. And the service was terrible. I want to high five the owner. In the face. With a chair.

This place has some good things and some bad things. The good was the fungiphi pizza which had a good crust and was very tasty overall. Also the waiter with the sunglasses is very nice and attentive. On the other hand, the other waiters are not attentive at all and have super slow service. The second time we went it took them almost 30 minutes to bring us a beer and a glass of wine.... Too bad the quality isn't consistent because the place has a nice menu and great potential, hence the 4 stars.

Says it’s real Italian place but it must have changed hands or something, the name is different too once you get there. Food is marginal. Needed a lot of salt to get it to taste right. Good spot to sit and people-watch for tourists. Great service, though!

The reason for one star is basically the "Manager", both us and another couple, treated us with very little respect and in bad ways, the rest of the staff, very nice, but the.... disastrous... We will not return because of the "manager"

Taste of food was alright - pizza bottom was way too soft and we found a penne in the spaghetti (we thought it was funny though!). Service was too slow but friendly. They could make more out if this great location!

Food was good, wouldn't recommend the spicy chicken sandwich or whatever it's called, pancakes are great, pasta is great. But the wait time is a big let down, I ordered tea, and could see it on the side of the bar for at least 10 minutes and it came to us cold. When waiting for the food, again you can see it sat on the side, and it's not uncommon to see the waitresses (in particular) to be stood around chatting rather than serving, they are friendly but just aren't attentive. Would come again just as long as I'm not on a time schedule.

The food, a pizza, a lasagne and a Caesar salad, tasted okay. But just okay. The salad was an absolute disgrace. The restaurant is completely overpriced for the quality!! However, the service was great.

There were a lot of customers in the restaurant. The Caesar salad and lasagne were delicious. The coffee cocktail was very popular. We will definitely try it next time.

Environment it’s ok. The price per meal it’s in the range of most restaurants in the area, however the meal wasn’t amazing. Terrible service.

Dont back here anymore.. waitress strange attitude with the clients ,bad manners...food was not well done,give back the food and left; plus lots of people not happy...don't come back again.

Found this restaurant while walking around. Was quick to get seated. Servers were all friendly and seemed on top of everything. Large menu as well. Inside was modern and very open compared to most places here. Food was just alright. Definitely not my favorite Italian food in Amsterdam but it wasn’t bad. Red sauce didn’t have much taste and kind of bland. Caesar salad was alright, was not precut into bite size pieces. All in all, it’s an ok place to come if you need something easy and close but there are definitely better options if you travel a bit further.

Fantastic service and food was fabulous. We were quite giddy while we were there, but our servers were very able to turn a blind eye and let us enjoy our food! It's a great spot to watch the world go by.

The bacon in the carbonara was not fried, almost eaten raw. Just a little while and I would have gotten salmonella from it. The service from this restaurant was worse than I have ever experienced. The server walked around with sunglasses and teeth like Gerard Joling. I had my pasta sent back and then had to wait half an hour before I got my pasta back with quite a few dashes of pepper on it. A plus point for me was the waiter who was dressed like a pauper, he was neat and gave us two free beers.
