A lovely place to chill, celebrate or just enjoy the little moments of life. With glass walls all over, the place offers breathtaking views over the city. The interior designs helps with creating an unforgettable experience with touches of gold all over the ceiling and lights and candles to create a great mood. The food was surprisingly very good, and the staff very friendly and considerate to our needs. They have a pretty resourceful bar and their Italian bartenders are willing to create any cocktails that you could think of. They don’t take appointments so unfortunately there is always a queue to get in. My advice is to go there pretty early so you can secure your spot. Loved the experience, definitely coming back to experience sunset from there.

One of the coolest bars in Amsterdam. Great view, great cocktails, great staff. Nothing to complain about. If you're in the area and looking to get a drink, swing by. Prices around 17€ per cocktail, so not exactly cheap.

You cannot book a table, so you have to wait in line (30 min in our case). But if you are not in a hurry, it is worth to go. Great view, the cocktails are very good (my recommendation: Crocodile), the food is good (keep in mind, it is more a bar and not a restaurant!). We had sushi, Nachos, some deep fried snacks. The service is excellent, very friendly and competent staff members. Would come back for sure!

This is a really nice place. I'm glad we choose this place for my birthday dinner. Good vibe, great food, friendly staff and beautiful view of Amsterdam. Our waitress Sabine was very accomodating. We were here as a group of 8 people (spontaneous and without reservation). The waiters were kind and the view of the bar is amazing. We were outside on the balcony. You have plenty of drinks to choose from on the card. We didn't taste the food though, but we will keep it for the next visit. Thanks!

the lounge bar recommended by my friend live in Amsterdam. Very nice experience for the kind service, delicious food and drinks. Originally we were assigned to an outdoor table, and a little cold that day, an waitress came and asked if we want to move inside, we said yes and got a nice table near the large window side, so we can really enjoy the sunset and also feel warm🥰 It is no doubt a nice place worth to line up for an hour or more, beautiful scene and good food♥️

Service was careless, chairs uncomfortable (possibly deliberately). Food OK though some prices drifting up a bit. Burger looked peculiar. View OK though I have seen better. Don't come in the evening because there will be queues - lunchtime was quieter.

The location is very nice, but you need ti stay in a line to wait for a table to be free. We waited 1 hour, when was our turn to go up, they let 5 groups to enter , i guess were hotel guests or people who know people who work there. After 1 hour, we go up to the lounge, to notice they have plenty of tables available, the food is not good, the service is slow. I gave 2 stars just for how it look inside and the view. Need to work on your policy about letting people in. I can not believe we waited 1 hour to enter in a lounge where there are many tables available.

We loved this experience We went after 3 to have the bites which are like tapas. There was a package of them for £22. The scenery from the outdoor terrace was lovely of the city. We booked as it is very popular. There was a DJ and the music was fab.

The views are amazing, you have a panorama view of the beautiful city ‘Amsterdam!’ The waitresses are super kind, I love the luxury feeling and looks of it. Also the food and beverages here are great! I ordered some nachos and have never eaten nachos this good! Can’t wait to be back! Overall; great food, great service and an amazing view! There’s no better way to have a bottle of wine, or one of them amazing cocktails! Little bit pricey, but definitely worth it!

Ok...disclosure...I am more down to earth than head in the clouds. But so many reviews said "best view" and it is a great view of the buildings and the river. But I so much more enjoyed the canal side small bars to see the homes (not just buildings), watch the walkers and bikers (not the drunk table next to me), and relax to the sounds of the area (not the driving music blaring from speakers). So, go take a picture (but go early...I had to wait about 30 minutes) and then catch the tram ...if down to earth is your thing, too.

Beautiful place for a view. I went there for a drink for sunset. Didn’t try food there but the popcorn was amazing. I thought it would be like one of those popular place in the touristy trap. Staff were happy and service was great. I would definitely go again if I visit Amsterdam next time.

Waited in line for 20 minutes, started off great and then we waited for over 25 minutes to be asked if we were going to order anything else. We poured our own wine while we waited, not a problem, but then a manager stopped by and stated it was last call. We were never able to order anything besides a bottle of wine. Views are amazing but id be careful if you are looking for great service cause this isn't it.

A must visit in Amsterdam. Cocktails were weirdly the same price as the food, but both were worth it. Great views, nice vibe and even nicer staff.

Our server Sophie was incredibly helpful and understanding when a small error with our food happened. The kitchen was wonderful about fixing the issue and everyone was kind and friendly, and offered extras over a simple miscommunication. Highly recommended.

Omg! Finally I went there with my friend, visiting the city and what an awesome discovery!!! I could say that it wasn’t the best weather to go there, but i can say that it has sure one of the best skyline’s views of Amsterdam!!! 💥💥💥 We really loved it: the location, the view, the interiors (as interior designer I am), the cocktails and food (51€ for everything)! I will definitely come back in summer, with a sunny day for more beautiful photos! 💋🤩

Beautiful wrap-around views of Amsterdam-Centraal, yummy bites and drinks, a must-stop. Beware - the restaurant does NOT take reservations, so just show up and hope there isn’t a line. I went around 4:30-5:00 on a Friday and encountered no line.

If you ever visit Amsterdam, the Sky Lounge is a great place to grab a bite to eat, drink enjoy great music as well as gather the breathe taking views of the city. This is a must do.

Fantastic place to overlook Amsterdam and enjoy Dutch skies and sunsets. I must say that I don't visit often enough. This is nothing to do with the staff who are really friendly. It is just more expensive than other places. Still it is definitely worth a visit.
