Amazing food. Had the lasagna of the day with italian sausage and artichokes and it was phenomenal. Been to the Javastraat location a couple times too - they never disappoint. -1 star because of grumpy attitude: no tap water and refusing to split the bill.

Great Italian food. My only complaint is that the fried dough dessert had too little Nutella.

Extremely bad and slow service, we got drinks after food, no cutlery, no napkins, the pizza square was quite good but very small portion, drinks very average. Can't recommend, definitely not 4,5/5.

The place is just amazing! One of the best authentic Italian places in Amsterdam! The pizza is mouth watering, the lazagna has a superb flavor explosion. And don't get me started on the dessert, OMG do they have the best cakes and Italian sweets there is!

We came here in desperation as everywhere else was full on New Years eve, but the atmosphere seemed nice and they had vegan options so we were sure everyone in our party could have a decent meal. We all chose to have pizza, I chose the vegan option which claimed to be a selection of '4 vegan pizzas', what I actually received was a plate of pieces of soggy bread, some topped with peppers, and some topped with (clearly tinned) mushrooms. There was no seasoning or herbs, basically no flavour at all. The other two people in our party went for meat pizzas and said they were very basic, nothing special. When we mentioned to the manager that the pizza was not acceptable, she just said 'everyone loves our vegan pizza', I find that impossible to believe! If you are going to put vegan options on the menu, you can at least make something that you yourself wouldn't mind eating, I highly doubt anyone working in that restaurant would ever eat the pizza I had. It isn't hard to make something decent, and the standard in other restaurants is so high for vegan food now that there really isn't an excuse anymore. I can't believe I paid 16 euros for an inedible pizza just to be told I'm wrong and the pizza is great. Don't disrespect your customers.

Lovely restaurant with great food. We sat outdoors and had pizzas, one round one and one square one which is smaller but we were told this in advance so it was no problem. They were delicious and so was dessert. The staff was also very friendly. Only thing I did not enjoy was the homemade ice tea which did not have much of a taste at all, but the food and experience definitely made up for it!

Went today with my friend, absolutely amazed by the food there. Warmhearted services as well. A place I would highly recommend.

So delicious and fresh! We got the chefs platter and she asked us a few questions about what we liked, and brought us a bunch of slices of different pizzas. Each one was amazing! Lovely service and exactly what we were looking for.

A fabulous place we came across by accident. Everything was fresh and full of multi layer flavors. We had the burrata salad with focaccia and a pizza. It was a great experience start to finish. Super friendly staff! Will be back next time we are in town.

Came here after reading the many positive reviews and left pretty dissapointed and still hungry! The service was friendly and nice, as was the Aperol Spritz. The restaurant was empty when we dined and lacked much of an atmosphere, however the food being ready within 5 minutes of ordering was the first actual worrying sign. The pizza was average foccacia with toppings added then heated and wasn't bad for the price but nothing amazing. However my partner ordered the Lasagna at €15 a plate only to recieve a small piece of lasagna that looked nothing like other photos on here and could only be described as tasting like reheated or microwaved frozen lasagna with no taste. Wouldn't recommend coming here for anything other than a quick lunch, as we left hungry, dissapointed and felt it was expensive for the standard and portion size of the food we received.

Super good food with fresh high quality ingredients!! The waitress was super friendly and the service fast. We had pizza, it was surprisingly cheap and we were very pleasantly surprised.

They didnt have the sandwhich i wanted, so they made an approximation of what i wanted (warned me before making it) Best sandwhich i had in a while. Bread was to die for, ingredients were very fresh and the meat was top notch. However the highlight was to see the cook hop on out for a second just to see if i enjoyed it, because it was her favourite too. This place has that 'italian family' vibe, loved dining there and defenitely recommend you to try it too.

It was a great experience. We went a group of eleven and they prepared quickly the tables. Food was delicious and the waitress and the cooker very nice. Strongly recommended.

Awesome! the dough, particularly, looking really thick at first turned out to be so nice and crispy. I had a pizza for one with anchovies and mozzarella, adored it and consumed to the full. Goes just perfect with a glass of white Recommend kindheartedly:)

Great Italian eatery serving delicious food! My wife and I went for lunch and it hit the spot. We tasted Caprese, lovely Italian dough balls, and we also ate two plates of pizza with different topings. Everything was very tasty, prepared with fresh and excellent quality ingredients. Nice home made iced tea and original Italian Peroni are available too. The excellent service adds extra charm to this place. I recommend it without hesitation!
