The
't
Hotel
was
beautiful.
Our
canal
view
room
was
just
as
pictured
on
the
website.
I
gave
it
an
4
overall
stars
because
of
a
few
things.
The
stairs
were
extremely
steep
and
would
be
hard
for
elderly,
persons
with
certain
handicaps,
or
large
luggage.
The
shower
in
our
room
did
not
drain
well
and
neither
did
the
sink.
We
apparently
set
off
the
fire
alarm
our
first
night
because
we
took
too
hot
of
showers.
Hotel
staff
came
to
our
room
at
10:30pm
and
knocked
saying
we
had
set
off
the
alarm
and
asked
if
we
were
smoking.
Neither
my
husband
nor
I
smoke
cigarettes
or
anything
recreational.
We
also
never
even
heard
the
alarm
so
if
there
were
a
true
fire,
it
worries
me
we
wouldn't
have
heard
the
alarm.
The
staff
said
they
could
tell
the
alarm
was
set
off
in
our
room
because
of
the
light
indicator
on
the
alarm
panel.
We
opened
the
windows
and
didn't
have
any
other
issues
with
that.
The
front
desk
is
only
manned
between
8am
and
9pm
so
if
you
need
to
leave
early
or
arrive
later
than
9pm,
make
sure
to
tell
hotel
staff
before
your
arrival.
We
had
an
early
train
out
and
hadn't
told
them
we
needed
to
leave
early.
We
left
the
room
keys
(which
are
actual
door
keys,
not
a
card)
in
the
room
and
had
no
way
to
lock
it
when
we
left.
Thankfully
I
reached
the
staff
at
8am
just
before
getting
on
the
train
and
they
were
totally
fine
with
the
way
we
departed.
