I'll
begin
with
the
only
good
thing
about
this
hotel,
which
is
the
location.
You
can
easily
walk
to
the
museum
district
or
central
Amsterdam
from
there.
The
rest
was
awful.
The
room
was
TINY.
The
bed
took
up
most
of
the
space,
there
was
no
chair
or
table.
The
sink
was
next
to
the
bed,
the
shower
next
to
the
entrance.
No
complimentary
shampoo
or
shower
gel,
just
soap
dispensers
like
in
a
public
toilet.
Nowhere
to
hang
your
towel
other
than
with
your
coat
which
I
think
you'll
agree
would
be
far
from
hygienic.
The
toilet
was
outside,
in
the
corridor,
and
it
was
so
small
it's
difficult
to
sit
down
if
you're
a
bit
taller
or
bigger.
Also,
it
had
no
sink,
only
a
disinfectant
dispenser.
Seriously?
This
is
what
you
get
for
over
100€
per
night
outside
of
season?
After
checking
in
we
also
realised
the
safe
was
broken
and
-
since
it
couldn't
be
fixed
straight
away
and
they
refused
to
move
us
to
another
room
-
we
had
to
walk
around
with
our
valuables
(or
waste
an
entire
afternoon).
The
heating
was
off
the
first
two
days
and
it
was
already
getting
quite
cold.
We
only
got
one
key
and
when
I
asked
for
another
one
(since
we
were
2
guests)
they
requested
I
pay
extra
2€
"because
we
might
lose
it"
but
it
wasn't
refundable
in
case
we
didn't.
Upon
check
in
we
were
informed
that
the
cleaning
service
is
carried
out
daily
between
11
am
and
2
pm
and
if
we
don't
want
our
room
to
be
cleaned
then
we
need
to
put
the
sign
out
during
those
hours.
One
day
we
had
the
sign
hanging
out
and
only
took
it
down
when
leaving
the
room
slightly
after
2
pm.
Having
returned,
we
were
surprised
to
see
the
room
cleaned,
but
we
didn't
mind.
However,
on
the
following
morning
I
realised
that
a
Primark
paper
bag
containing
part
of
my
lingerie
had
gone
missing.
I
had
left
it
right
next
to
my
suitcase
(yes,
on
the
floor,
since
there
was
no
wardrobe
in
the
room)
but
it
shouldn't
have
been
treated
as
garbage
since
it
was
neither
on,
nor
right
next
to
the
bin,
and
the
contents
certainly
didn't
look
as
waste.
I
took
it
to
the
reception
desk
and
the
receptionist
talked
to
the
cleaning
lady,
but
she
claimed
she
didn't
remember.
The
whole
situation
was
quite
awkward
and
to
be
honest
I
didn't
want
to
know
whether
the
bag
had
been
taken
intentionally
or
thrown
out
accidentally
but
I
wanted
be
reimbursed
for
its
contents
which
the
owners
eventually
declined,
claiming
I
was
lying.
I've
worked
and
stayed
at
many
hostels
and
hotels
and
believe
me,
Iris
was
the
worst
of
them.
