With this hotel you're paying for the location. Inside its like a Tinder date... You have high hopes but end up in a room with no windows. Breakfast is in an Irish pub next door which wasn't terrible but its not how you want to start your day. Again recommend for the location.

Quite a pleasant place with a great receptionist in the day time. Rooms are standards with no extras. When we booked in to our room. CHECK BEDSHEETS . We found that all of the bed sheets in my room and my friends room were covered in brown marks & yellow stains. We found black hair in one of the beds under the bed sheets When we approached this with the night porter, he told us that “nothing I can do, we have nothing to swap”. This was understandable as it was a busy hotel, but we would have appreciated new sheets for that night. 30 mins I had a knock at my door and the night porter gave me a bed sheet & a duvet without a protector. I was told “this is all I can do for you, make a complaint tomorrow morning”. I did not appreciate this, paying money for a hotel, I would expect that the rooms would be checked and cleaned every time a guest leaves. Myself and my friend had the impression that the room was thrown to us as we were young adults. In the morning the manager of the hotel was very helpful and couldn’t be thanked enough. I would recommend checking your sheets before getting in to bed.

ABSOLUTELY VILE! AVOID!! Place looked lovely at first, great location We were then taken down to a disgusting "room" - which was a cellar, repainted - it was dingy - pipes trailing all over the wall Absolute disgrace and I'd paid a stupid amount Checked out early whilst the receptionist asked us "are you sure everything is okay?" They refused to refund me and im just remembering this experience after a friend has just asked me if I've heard of it Seriously avoid this place like the plague

Not a bad little hotel if you're on a budget. It's definitely not 5 star but if you want somewhere in a good location to get your head down for a short break then this isn't bad. It's a bit grubby and tired in places but for the price, I wasn't expecting anything great.

It's ok. The bed wasn't really clean and the equipment weren't in the best situation, but it was also not that bad. The doors are too loud. My room didn't have any nice view. Which is for just one night not that awful. Staff were totally friendly and helpful. The hotel is just 6 or 7 mins to central train station and the Q-park, if one wants to drive to Amsterdam. Generally, ok.

Good hotel, with a great and easily accessible location. I had a comfortable single room which had all the typical hotel amenities. The reception is open 24/7 so you can access it at any time if you need any help.

We had travelled from London and stayed at the hotel on 9th November. One of the staff took our card details saying it's for security purpose but after returning we found out our card has been used in Luxembourg for an online transaction of 200 euros after we had checked out. We had not given out card details anywhere else except at the hotel. Please be careful while sharing the card details at this hotel. REQUEST THE MANAGEMENT TO LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE.

The AC took me several days to figure out. I found it quite annoying and I think it dried me out considerably and it was hard to get the temperature right. The window being sealed and no light really getting through was not the nicest either. Seems it is just there to let apts across from you to peer into your room. The front desk service was very friendly and accommodating though and the location is excellent. They use a very annoying card system for powering several things in the room and room service will take your card if you leave it in to keep your fridge on, which is ridiculous. I think after complaining they left a note that was actually read and it stopped happening.

Location is 10 minutes walk from the station. (Not so close). Easy check in, very friendly staff. Room was considerable in space, but both room and bathroom have lot of flying bugs and that was very annoying. My reason for giving 5 stars is one of the staff named (salwan). He was very helpful in reassuring me after I almost had a heart attack. He even brought me coke and a chocolate bar. Again, very friendly staff.

Small but well furnished, no better location, it literally in the middle of the center. Guys at the reception extremely nice and helpful. But the price could be a little lower by night for what it is, you mainly pay for the location. Thanks ✨🙂

Great small hotel right on a canal. Canal view rooms available where you can open the window for a nice view. Receptionist was very busy when we stayed but was still very friendly with storing our luggage before and after our stay so we could walk around the area before we left. Great convenient location not far from the cruise terminal, walking tours, etc.

Great place! Right in the center of Amsterdam! It was a good quality-price hotel and we were able to leave our bags there for the day. The bed was very comfortable, however we stay in a no window room which is always not the best experience. Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel!

You get what you pay for. It is pricey but in amsterdam it’s already quite cheap. The location was so good. We could take regular pitstops throughout the day and that’s exactly all we needed. The staff were also all really friendly. If you are to stay here i would recommend bringing your own tupperware/utensils since they didn’t have kne in our room. Also wasn’t possible to chill down beers since there was no fridge.

There is a lift! Thanks! Hotel is just across Amsterdam Centraal Station. Surrounded with an array of restaurants you can crave without. Its in the heart of the city.

Rather basic hotel, but good for the location and the price. Very close to Centraal station to start any day trips and also very near plenty of nice spots to visit too. Toilet and shower both good, and able to leave luggage on the last day.

Nice hotel just outside the red district and close to the train station. I got a small room at the end of the corridor. Very quiet and the bed was good. I slept like a baby.

Rooms were clean, reception staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. Nice area to sit downstairs. Amazing location. Great value for money. Lebanese restaurant next door is fab.

Best place to stay in Amsterdam Central/Red Light for the price. Clean, Professional and Friendly Staff. Few minutes walk from Central Train Station. I stayed here a few nights. Rooms above ground floor have windows.

Location and staff are amazing. Rooms are just ok, some spots and dirt here and there (on curtains and bed headboard), I wouldn't expect 3 star hotel to have this, but it was manageable, we only stayed for 1 night.

You can’t find a location better than this. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Amsterdam Centraal train station which makes it an easier commute to your hotel room if you are traveling with large suitcases. There are a variety of good bars, restaurants, and coffeeshops located nearby. The room is what you pay for, although the walls are a bit thin and it is easy to hear noise coming from the hallway and other rooms in proximity. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to friends and family who are planning on visiting Amsterdam.

A very good choice if you're on budget. Rooms are clean, not big but good enough for one to two person. Location is extremely convenient as it's just a few minutes walk away from Central Station. Definitely will stay here again whenever I'm in Amsterdam.

Very sweet staff, super helpful! The front rooms have the most amazing view ever! The beds are extremely comfortable and prices are fair. It’s right in front a cute charming canal and there are some bars around but not so noisy during sleeping hours. It’s very close - 5min walk - to all big touristic attractions so there are literally thousands of people on the street above.

The location is really very good No breakfast though The cleaning services are quite poor... the table hasn't been cleaned after the last people left, the floor hasn't been moped under the beds probably for ages, etc... The receptionist was nice :)

I ended up staying here around 20 days, it was a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. the location was the best that you could ask for, step outside and you are in the center of the city with numerous places to eat and hang out. the air conditioning worked great and it was quiet at night. the hotel did end up being quite expensive for such a small room, i’m sure you could find a much nicer place for the same price, although because of the location it made it worth it. I would recommend staying here.

We stayed their for 4 nights and it was awesome. The staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean, and the location was great!! Close to everything, restaurants and shops all around and the train station is just 5 minutes away on foot. Everything you expect from a 3 stars hotel to be. ️

The rooms were fine and the hotel is right on the canal. The free breakfast isnt anything to write home about, but it was free! Not the nicest place I've stayed at, but also not anywhere close to to worst. Would recommend and stay here again in the future. Good value.

We had a nice stay and it is good for the price. We got the room without window and it was not bad. The room was clean, warm and everything we needed for one night. The location is very good, near the red light district, central station and has many bars and restaurants around. If you are looking a place to sleep with a lower cost, i recommend it. It was not noisy and the reception staff was nice with us.

Last minute booking: if you’re just sleeping there it’s a good deal. The room was on the 3rd floor with really nice view of the Canal with a Church and “panden” residents across the room. 8 minutes walk to Central Station and Q-Parkin - staff was nice. Room very basic - note: there were only two outlets to charge or plug things in. We unplugged the TV to use as second outlet. But…. We were exhausted exploring the city all day and slept there before flying home the next morning. It took us 20 minutes to drive to Schiphol rental return. Location is excellent

Very standard Hotel with very standard services in a very good locaciĂłn in Amsterdam. Only remarkable detail , the good and kind attention at reception. Impresion affected by number of rooms occupied by large groups of guests as main type of customers.

First receptionist was nicer than the second. Modest room. Great location if you’re looking for night time activities!!

Nice size room on the canal. Get comfort room or you may not have a window. 24 hour reception. Vending machine in lobby. There is a lift but a few steps to it so be mindful if booking here. I would stay again and I would reccomend

Within walking distance of central station. A number of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Staff usually helpful. Mattress firm but comfortable. Odd square pillows, but I liked them. Air conditioning. Wi-Fi OK. Taxi can't reach it and booking taxis through the hotel didn't really work - make your own arrangements. Room was big enough without being generous, and looked worn and in need of minor repairs. Shower persistently wet the bathroom floor, whatever you did with the shower heads. Yes, I did mention this to the front desk and spoke to their handyman but they were unable to resolve it. They said every shower in the hotel was the same and seemed to say every shower in the Netherlands was, as it was "standard". I had to mop the water off the floor myself every time and just put up with it. There's no kettle in the room. The TV reception came and went a bit, and there was no accessible HDMI socket for a streaming stick. This hotel is good enough, but if you want somewhere impressive, this absolutely isn't it.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't regret it. Nice and clean and a very very good location. 5 minute walk from amsterdam centraal and right in the red light district

So small single person bed! Don't be taller than 1.75m or you will not fit in! That high price for such a small room and bed...No breakfast service...!

Good location but really dirty room with mold everywhere. 3 bed room in the basement without a window.
