I have been a client for more than a year. The gym is quite nice and intimate as well. The only challenge I had (ergo the 3 stars) was cancelling my membership. I was not unhappy with the service, but I was moving to a new neighbourhood. Although the policy said I could cancel a month in advance, it took 5 emails, 13 phone calls and 6 live visits to get anyone to reply to me. Over email I got ghosted. On the phone people told me they would get back to me with a phone call, but they never did. And on live visits, the manager was never there. I had to stay an extra month just because it took more than a month to get a reply. So yeah, Great Gym, please be more professional with your clients on the way out. It just left sour to me and clouded the entire experience I had working out here.

I go here for nearly a year now and do not love it. Once my membership is over, I will move on. On the plus side: this gym has all equipment you d normally need and I have never seen it too crowded. Ample selection of classes. However: Gym is small, for starters. It is very hot outside now and it is warm in the gym. There has not been a day that something was not broken - twice now we had middle treadmill fail midsts the run - this is just dangerous. Ladies shower was out for weeks with the note on it that “repairman is coming on Monday”. Jacuzzi has been out for couple of weeks and then fixed. Subscription price in the meantime has only been going up..

Beware: Unprofessional and Dishonest Gym Administration I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against joining this gym. On the surface, it might seem like a decent facility with all the right equipment and amenities. However, the real issue lies with its administration, which is nothing short of a nightmare. My experience has been exceptionally frustrating, particularly with their complete disregard for honoring agreements. Despite my explicit request to terminate my membership after the initial 6-month contract, they continued to charge my account. Even more appalling, within my first month of membership last May, I was charged four times the agreed amount via direct debit from my bank. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, including weeks of chasing for a refund, I have been met with a wall of silence. They have consistently ignored my calls and emails. Even when I attempted to address the issue in person, they conveniently managed to avoid any confrontation or discussion. This level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty is unacceptable. I specifically caution against trusting the manager, who represents the epitome of the gym's deceitful practices. Please consider this a serious warning to steer clear of this establishment. Your time, money, and peace of mind are worth more than what they offer.

Good gym if you live nearby. It's not too crowded but just a bit expensive for what it is. Good classess everyday and steam bath and sauna is a huge plus.

Worst fitness experience I've had. I go regularly to different fitness Studios, so I can compare when a place is good or not. Me and a friend got there. And were waiting for our HIIT class to start. The one before us ended right before ours and put of the blue the "instructor" just tells the group to start doing jumping jacks. No introduction, no asking who's new, no explaining how the class goes or what we'll be doing. My friend and I looked at each other, walked out and nobody even noticed since they don't keep track of attendees. I would not go back.

I can't speak highly enough of this gym! The space is great and there's a lot of natural light. The trainers are all wonderful and the classes that they offer provide a great variety. It truly makes me want to go to the gym rather than having to drag myself. The front desk staff is always very helpful as well and they often write your name on your post-workout shake with a little smiley face...its a nice added touch to show you they care:) It deserves all 5 stars and more!

This by far is the best gym one can find in its region. Super friendly trainers. Super clean. Towel service. Very good equipments. You can meet wonderful people as well. It is also equipped with a steam bath, sauna and a jacuzzi. All of the machines are in excellent. Would highly recommend this gym

Visiting for the week and wanted to get a workout in - I did the 45mi HIIT and it was such a great experience. The instructor George was very motivational and fun he hosted a great workout.

Great spot. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and manage to create a very welcoming, friendly and professional atmosphere. The classes are great and there is a wide variety available. It's well equipped but doesn't feel cramped or pokey in the space. The second squat wrack was a great addition. My only complaint is the hardwood floor isn't ideal. Its quite slippy especially in the free weights area.

If I could live in a gym this would be the one. Daylight everywhere in the gym section, great showers, the spa is just the right size and the people working here a very friendly. Plenty of healthy food and drinks to recover from your exercise.
