Having previously joined the infrared yoga class, which I loved, I was very excited to try out one of their treatments. I gifted my best friend a duo treatment for her birthday last Saturday and the massages we received from Nathalie and her colleague were truly exceptional; they were both skilled, kind, and professional. However, despite the quality of the treatment being great, our experience was a little bit disappointing besides that. We arrived at 2:35 PM, 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment time of 2:45 PM. We were offered to have a cup of tea in the waiting area first, and were taken to the treatment room at 2:45 PM. After quickly using the restroom and preparing for our massage, we began at 2:55 PM. While it may seem like a minor delay, it did have an impact on our overall experience. We booked a 1-hour treatment, but were done 45-50 min later. Clear communication about timing expectations is the bare minimum in an upscale facility like this.

When I got here there was a very loud crew doing a photo shoot without being considerate to the actual customers,.taking up a lot of space. Anything has it's price I suppose and making the extra euro seems more important to the owners of this place than offering a quiet and more or less private gym experience to ita customers. Still 2 points because the machines look in good shape and it's pretty clean.

They claim to be luxurious gym, well in reality far from that. No towels, no body cream, shampoo or conditioner provided in the showers (which normally is provided in any higher price range gym. There is only a shower gel from Rituals (thanks for that!) Very bad quality hair dryers - just one in the whole dressing room (ladies) and very low power, probably the cheapest you could get (no selection of the cold blow, only super hot) and with the low power takes ages to dry the hair. I had a membership for a year in this gym and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. With this price range there are orher gyms in the city with way better facilities, more classes etc.

You should immersed for 30s to 3min to get the full benefits. Swimming shoes are provided and hands should be kept out of the bath to best resist the cold.
