I
thought
I
reviewed
this
before...it's
a
high-end,
better
than
average
health
club,
"sports
school"
in
Jordaan,
(Centrum)
Amsterdam.
It
is
in
the
belly
of
the
beast
indeed.
I
think
it's
more
tailored
to
people
who
can
walk
here
since
the
bike
parking
is
a
bit
cramped
(but
works).
Downsides:
My
biggest
pet-peeve
is
there
is
no
water
dispensing
facility.
I
know
we
can't
have
water
fountains
anymore,
but
to
refill
my
water
bottle,
I
have
to
use
the
same
sink
people
use
to
wash
their
hands
in
the
WC....Gross.
It's
also
twisted
and
turned
to
the
side
since
you
can't
fit
a
larger
water
bottle
underneath.
So
I
need
to
bring
a
small
bottle
and
continually
stop
to
refill.
Not
very
sanitary,
How
can
a
gym
not
have
a
place
to
refill
water
bottles?
Perhaps
I
am
missing
something?
Geen
(no)
towel
service.
-
Second
pet-peeve:
locker
room
is
stuffy,
no
air
and
damp...greatly
lacking
in
amenities.
One
little,
nasty
sink
where
people
fill
their
water.
The
place
needs
some
air
circulation,
especially
during
Covid
times!
-
Minimal
bike
parking.
-
the
lockers
have
locks,
but
you
need
a
2-euro
coin
to
get
this
bulky,
non
sanitary
key
chain
to
hang
around
your
wrist?
Really?
Upsides;
Facility
is
big.
Has
a
sauna,
steam
room
(co-ed).
The
staff
is
very
nice!
(worth
an
extra
star)
Nice
eGym
(extra
10
euro
cost
which
is
fine
with
me)
Music
is
not
too
loud.
Cycling
/
spinning
classes.
Clean
equipment.
Lots
of
cardio
and
weight
equipment.
A
great
gym...wish
it
was
a
little
cheaper,
had
towel
service
option
and
they
had
a
better
locker
room
for
the
men.
