Fantastic gym ..great selection of weights & equipment for a varied workout..tailored sessions available..great value.. friendly atmosphere.. would highly recommend especially to any fellow gym addicts that need to find somewhere to train when on holiday as this gym offers pay as you go sessions.

The Best Gyn in Amsterdam! They have everything you want to Train (Eleiko, Competition Rack ...) Perfekt for Powerlifters and Weightlifters. The Day Ticket cost only 8.- Euros ( Cheap for Amsterdam). You can take a shower there and is in the near from the Museum Quarter so its really Perfekt in the Center.

Great place for any serious lifter, and beginners too! If you are a beginner you will start with the best and friendliest people. Highly recommend to everyone. Amazing equipment. Great instructors and perfect location.

As a powerlifter looking for a place to train in Amsterdam, I was really pleased with this gym, the equipment is good (eleiko plates, bars, combo rack…) the gym offers chalk, there is AC… and the staff was very welcoming and friendly ! Perfectly located near the city center, the gym to go if you’re a powerlifter/weightlifter.

Incredibly knowledgeable, really makes me feel safe which means I can really enjoy doing the weightlifting. Come to the classes, accept that you'll be bad at first, then see yourself get better and better!

Very nice open gym, something for everyone. Experienced coaching and athletes who train just as well as with you, basic techniques, who seriously want to learn how to lift, definitely recommended.
