for
its
nice
equipment
and
sauna,
however
the
management
of
the
gym
is
just
disgusting.
During
Corona
outbreak
they
were
completely
closed,
after
consulting
my
legal
advisor
I
knew
that
as
consumers
we
had
the
right
to
reject
any
other
offerings
from
gyms
and
get
our
full
refund
back
during
the
time
when
it's
closed.
However
what
they
did
was
to
send
out
an
email
giving
us
a
4-day
notice
to
choose
to
continue
with
the
service
with
a
full
price,
a
cheaper
price
or
to
cancel
the
subscription.
The
so-called
4-day
"deadline"
is
completely
unreasonable
and
invalid
according
to
my
legal
advisor.
Once
we
missed
the
so-called
"deadline",
they
charged
us
with
its
very
expensive
full-price
service
(without
offering
any
service
during
COVID
19).
I
complained
to
them
a
few
times
that
it
was
illegal
that
they
did
so
and
requested
refund,
they
insisted
to
charge
me.
I
had
no
choice
but
performed
a
chargeback
using
my
bank,
they
then
chased
after
me,
threatening
me
that
if
i
don't
pay
for
the
service
that
they
didn't
even
provide
me,
then
they
will
increase
the
bill
by
40
euros.
Now
i'm
still
going
through
the
legal
way
to
request
them
to
stop
scamming
me
with
its
invalid
invoice.
Total
waste
of
my
time
and
energy.
Greedy,
sneaky
and
nasty.
Follow-up:
after
I
sent
them
a
legal
letter
to
claim
my
right
of
not
having
to
pay
the
service
that
was
not
offered,
they
immediately
stopped
sending
me
invoice
and
scam.
I
DID
NOT
HAVE
TO
PAY.
It
was
my
right
and
they
knew
it
all
the
way.
If
people
are
willing
to
support
you
during
difficult
times,
it’s
their
choice.
You
never
should
force
them.
It’s
not
legal.
