πŸ‘πŸ‘ LOVE LOVE LOVE! This is the first class in Amsterdam that really kicked my ass (in the best way possible). Over the last 3 months I have been searching for something high intensity, fun, and hard. I cant tell you how many gyms and classes Ive tried and how relieved I am to have found High45. People often mention workout, class, High,

Absolutely gutted by how I was treated by High Studios. After having cancelled my subscription they kept charging me for years. When I called them out through repeated emails and calls - they simply ignored me. I honestly thought they made a simple error at first but turns out it was intentional. Still flabbergasted if I am honest.

Been working out here for a few months now. Great vibe, great trainers, and great way to boost your fitness, get yourself in shape and make some new friends. BEST workout in town. 45mins of HIIT goodness.

High studios was my all the time favorite workout. I even missed it during my long trip this summer. Although when I came back I found out that Oost location got closed. I was a bit sad but decided to go to Plantage instead. My workout HIIT was such a dissappointment. In the class there were three times more people than I was used to. It was such a mess. I could not hear the train and many times I did not even see where she was. It was so easy to miss the instructions. Everyone seemed very confused. There was no space to exercise. As it was so crowded and dark, someone even took my towel. It was exactly the opposite than how I would imagine enjoyable stress - free workout after work. It is such a shame because I was a huge fan of high studios and now I have to find another gym.. It really felt that everything was about quantity rather than quality. Also, in the changing room there was no working locker to be used as all other ones were full :(

High studios has changed my whole attitude about exercise! I’m only couple of months in, but I absolutely love it! It became an essential and vital part of my life. The staff members are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable asking them questions and trust their knowledge and expertise when it comes to fitness. Great atmosphere! Amazing instructors!

The coolest place to go to for a sweat in Amsterdam Oost. Think about a dark studio with a lot of lights, some cool, loud beats to push you even harder and trainers who will challenge you to make that little extra step; yes, that’s HIGH studios. Once you tried a workout, you will never go back. Go try it for yourself; it’s so much fun. The best part? Everybody can join!

I had no idea what I was getting myself into before my first class, but I ended up loving it! If you're not someone who's used to high-intensity work out, the first few classes can be really tough to the point that you feel light-headed, but after the class ends it is sense of accomplishment that is left. Trainers are motivating and super nice. I also love the fact that packages can be shared, so I can always invite different friends to go with me. Definitely recommended!

45 min workout, full body. It takes some getting used to at first, but after a certain number of times you will notice that you are starting to get fit. In principle, you can continue these lessons every day. Instructors are professional and often speak English. Mainly female participants, but it is suitable for everyone. The music is loud and dark, you have to be able to handle it. There is also a part with a low ceiling, which you don't want to stand under if you are tall.

I had fun! The skill mill is something I need to get used to, was a bit scared to run on it without holding onto the bars for dear life. But the good thing is, you never have to do an exercise for longer than 45 seconds. Great energy, class wasn’t too packed on a Tuesday at 7PM. There’s lots of facilities and beauty products (lockers, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer). The showers are huge but the towel hooks are on the very far opposite side of the showers.. which means you have to walk back & forth naked over the slippery floor in full view of the changing room. Bit more privacy and safety would be nice. For the rest, I really enjoyed my first class at High Studios.

It’s not possible to cancel the subscription - no one responds to emails at the address they provided, best thing to do is to block the payments. Classes are hit or miss: very oversubscribed and sometimes hard to follow. Facilities quite poor. I was a loyal customer but I have less and less desire to come back.

High Studios is truly the best work out if you want to see results! Only 45 minutes of high intensity training with the best trainers who are incredibly motivating and friendly who will give you personal coaching so you get the most out of your workout!

Probably the best workout in the city?! During 45 minutes the awesome trainers challenge you to give it everything you have. They keep motivating you throughout the workout. Every now and than you will also find little group or team challenges which spice up the session. Try both locations, Plantage and Jordan which opened their doors just a couple of month ago.

😠 Unfortunate to see my favourite gym constantly in disrepair. Often taking weeks to months before simple issues are fixed. Cleanliness is also not as it used to be - WCs become disgusting later in the day. Calling customer support wasn’t helpful so I thought I’d post my complaints here.
