This gym had horrible half broken machines that have weird ticks. they need to buy new machines to be better. even found rust on all the rowing machines which made the workout unbearable (there were only two of those btw) only nice things; wasn't too busy, and had smart lockers which was nice.

Recently had a new refurbishment which completely changed the equipment, space and atmosphere. For the price, it really is great value now. Not too busy, good balance of cardio, resistance machines, floor space (with nice astro-turf) and helpful staff. Music isn't too loud either. There's even a womens-only resistance machine space, but this isn't obvious unless you check the machinery so you often find random old guys working out there. Classes seem good and there's also a sauna. My one complaint is that in the mens changing room is unchanged, where the windows give a good view to everyone living on the other side of the canal of everyone changing!

By far the worst experience as a consumer. After 1.5 years of stopping the membership they keep on trying everymonth to charge my account… reaaaally bad company. Tip: Spend some more money at another gym that care about its clients.

I have been a member at Fit4Free for 2-3 years and I enjoy it to the max but this gym in particular was the worst. Negatives: -Very old and damaged equipment (unsafe!) -Lack of equipment -Missing weights -Crowded machines that hinder passage which shouldnt be so -Way too small -No active employees walking around re-arranging weights and making the place tidy when it gets messy during high traffic hours Plus sides: Sauna

The only reason I go here is because it is less than a minute walk. Other that this it is super under-provisioned, not a lot of machines and even with COVID that got a lot worse. I would rather bike a bit to the HHT branch.

The free weights area is tiny. There is just one straight barbell bench press, no incline or decline, no shoulders barbell press, no 1.25kg plates for the barbells. More than that, there is no squat / power rack, just a smith machine rack which is used for everything. I wanted to cancel my subscription, but I can't.

You get what you pay for. Convenience. I go here because it's close to where I live. It does the job, with a decent selection of machines and so on. But it is mega cramped. And they have a bizarre and disgusting policy of bringing your own towels (no idea how they can remotely guarantee the cleanliness of peoples towels...). However if it's close to you, and you want to keep a budget, a budget gym is what they'll deliver. And for most intents and purposes that's OK. Not great, just OK.

Cleaner since redecorating . Machines & weights are old & need updating . Very bad floor set-up , clearly not designed by a gym goer . Machines & weights all over the place . Sound system is also poor quality if you need music

Customer service is non-existent! I wanted to withdraw from my contract within the 14-day period and after sending 3 emails and one message on Facebook and Instagram each - still no reaction 2 weeks later. When trying to ring there is only a recording saying that you should look at the FAQ. Unbelievably bad!

Not the newest equipment, but not too busy either. Mostly visited by 40+ crowd, which can be an advantage or disadvantage, depending what you are looking for. Overall good experience.

Great gym, right next door to IBIS hotel. Really friendly staff, excellent equipment selection. Not too busy. Good change rooms. Would definitely recommend

Can I also give 0 stars? What a bad organization! There is little or no response to emails and when I receive an email back, I am told that the employee "doesn't know exactly either." They just deduct extra money from my account without any explanation. Stay away from here!

After it's taken over by sportcity , everything is going in the wrong way. U could book online, and it's never open (during the opening hours). They love to close during the rainy day and let customers enjoy fresh rain water outside. The worst part is the price increases to 25 euros per month. It's time to leave after 5 years.

This gym is very old, compared to other fit for free this is the worst, few tools, poorly reduced and rusty, and the guy who works there wanted me to tell the lie that would be renewed later this summer only to give it up, ridiculous, the gym is still the same

Awful customer service to say the least, made it 15min late for my booked session and one of the managers (I suppose) informs me that due to new measures I am not allowed entrance but funny enough allows the person in-front of me pass. I asked to show me this new rule but wasn't able to. Thanks for wasting my time.

Let op!⛔️⛔️⛔️ Scam detected. Irresponsible unprofessional management. When I came to this club in July (it was called FirForFree), I asked to make me a membership for only a month, because I did not know how long I will stay in the area. Employee (with a badge) took my phone and made a payment through 3d party service called “Xpendy”. Till November I was visiting this club and others of this network and I thought that all monthly payments were covered by me. But… when I finally cancelled my membership it’s popped up that I owe them extra ~30€ for the first month, which they don’t see in the system, because this “xpendy” is a scam, like another employee of this network said. I’ve paid these 30€ cause otherwise I had to deal with collectors and did not get them back. My emails stayed unanswered. Ps. The club itself is nice. Not so big. But has all necessary equipment. Visitors also are good and other employees are friendly. Great view from the windows.

😠 Unfortunate to see my favourite gym constantly in disrepair. Often taking weeks to months before simple issues are fixed. Cleanliness is also not as it used to be - WCs become disgusting later in the day. Calling customer support wasn’t helpful so I thought I’d post my complaints here.
