Sigrid
Groothuis
is
the
trainer
I
was
placed
with,
and
that
woman
has
legitimately
changed
my
life,
relationship
with
my
body,
and
with
food.I
feel
so
strong
and
confident
after
joining
UP.
The
program
is
so
premium
because
it's
not
only
PT,
but
also
food
coaching.
Most
importantly,
Sigrid
has
infused
me
with
knowledge
about
nutrition
and
straight
science
in
a
way
I
can
actually
tailor
my
behavior
and
make
more
INFORMED
choices
like
I
have
never
before.
As
a

my
story
here
in
case
it
inspires
someone
else..
I
have
never
really
been
''fat''
but
I've
been
slowly
gaining
a
kilo
or
so
a
year
since
my
mid-twenties,
likely
due
to
work
stress
&
lots
of
red
wine.
I'm
158
cm,
and
at
my
heaviest
I
was
62
kg.
I've
always
been
active
and
when
I
lived
in
the
states
was
a
big
fan
of
Orangetheory,
working
out
4-5
days
a
week,
and
doing
yoga
and
running
to
supplement.
Anyway,
I
came
into
UP
at
61
kg
,
frustrated
after
having
run
nearly
every
day
for
a
month
straight
with
no
results.
Figured
I'd
put
my
money
where
my
mouth
was,
and
do
something
entirely
different
than
what
I've
tried
in
the
past.
I'd
commit
ENTIRELY
for
3
months,
and
see
once
and
for
all
if
getting
down
to
my
idea/dream/fantasy
body
was
even
possible
at
33
or
just
a
fantasy
I'd
have
to
let
go
of.
Let
me
be
clear
-
you
have
to
COMMIT
to
this
program.
Of
the
major
reasons
I
joined
was
because
this
isn't
just
personal
training,
it's
a
holistic
health
program
-
the
trainers
closely
monitor
exactly
what
is
going
into
your
body,
how
much
you're
sleeping,
how
much
you're
drinking,
when
your
period
is,
etc
etc.
You
must
stay
regimented
in
tracking
this
data.
But
let
me
tell
you
-
IT
WORKS.
The
customized
approach
makes
this
whole
process
feel
so
premium
-
I'd
gone
to
trainers
before
that
just
monkeyed
me
around
to
various
machines
at
the
gym,
but
UP
switches
up
your
workouts
for
your
specific
goals,
and
even
switches
up
your
routines
and
macros
mid-program
to
adjust
to
gains/losses/progression
to
your
goals.
Anyway,
when
I
first
started,
Sigrid
told
me
to
put
a
pause
in
the
intense
levels
of
cardio
I
was
doing
a
week
-
I
was
SUPER
skeptical,
but
since
I
was
all
in,
I
just
did
what
she
told
me.
I
was
strength
training
3X
a
week
and
doing
yoga,
and
that
was
IT,
which
was
completely
contradictory
to
the
6X
times
of
cardio
I
was
used
to
doing.
I
was
also
on
a
restricted
diet,
but
aggressively
tracking
my
macros.
So
that
was
my
routine,
for
3
months.
Let
me
tell
you,
in
the
3
months,
I
went
from
61
kg
to
52
kg,
a
loss
of
9
kg,
which
on
my
158
cm
frame
really
transformed
my
body.
But
to
be
completely
honest,
what
I
noticed
most
wasn't
in
how
I
looked,
but
in
how
I
FELT.
I
was
an
absolute
MACHINE
at
work,
super
focused
and
SUPER
productive.
Midday
slumps
were
gone,
and
I
was
operating
at
levels
I
previously
had
not
experienced.
My
energy
levels
were
high
every
single
day,
which
I
can
only
attribute
to
eliminating
processed
nonsense
from
my
diet,
but
also
being
really
thoughtful
about
what
macros
I
was
getting
&
when.
My
friends
and
family
are
shocked
at
the
changes
they've
seen
in
my
body
-
even
my
face
looks
different.
I
honestly
haven't
looked
like
this
since
I
was
in
my
college
years,
and
It
feels
FANTASTIC.
I
owe
it
all
to
Sigrid,
honestly.
She
has
changed
my
life
and
given
me
the
confidence
I
didn't
realize
I
could
really
ever
have
back.
More
than
that
though,
and
what's
SO
important
in
programs
like
this,
is
that
she's
given
me
EVERYTHING
I
need
to
operate
POST
PROGRAM,
confidently
&
successfully.
