    With UP for the last 3 months, I workout 3 times a week with Sat Dhaliwal, best trainer one could ever ask for. - He pushes you to get the basics right (diet, mindset etc ) - Teach you to learn about your body, food, explain impact of every exercise. - He genuinely cares about your success, n give you the required support, motivation wherever required. - He is super passionate, very knowledgeable, experienced trainer. Very comfortable and nice to train with. I am very happy with the results so far. I definitely recommend UP n my trainer to anyone looking for a true transformation. You will definitely see “maximum results in minimum time”. Cheers!

    Now 5 weeks into my journey, I'm not only seeing great physical changes but also adopting a healthier lifestyle, thanks to the gym's incredible support. Fiona, my personal trainer, has been phenomenal, offering motivation and expert guidance that’s truly transformative. Beyond workouts, I've received invaluable diet tips, leading me to eat healthier and cook more at home. The facilities are excellent, complete with clean showers stocked with essentials. Making these changes required some sacrifices, but it's been entirely worth it. Highly recommend for a holistic approach to fitness and well-being!

    I am an Ultimate Performance online client since January this year and I traveled all the way to Amsterdam from Italy just to meet and train with my PT Giovanni and feel the amazing vibes of UP in person at least for a few days. This are all iper professional and dedicated guys that love their job. The gym is fantastic and the way they work with you during your session is nothing you will ever find and feel in any other gym. This is the place to be if you want to 10x your results!! Don't look any further.

    It's been a great journey to train with Sigrid at UP. I can't express how much it has changed my life. Not just physically - I've lost quite some weight and body fat in only a few weeks time - but the impact is also mentally. Sigrid helped me reinvent my lifestyle. She made a training plan for me in the very beginning and we started tracking everything in my daily life - only 50% of the work happened in the GYM, another 50% happened in your daily activities. Sigrid is a very professional, friendly but sharp, patient but strict trainer. She spent a lot of effort in learning how my body function and we eventually could get the best out of the plan. Previously, I was never a sporty person. I had a lot of bad living habit, like staying up late. I was not confident in my body and never thought that I could be proud of my body one day - If you recognise this in yourself, and if you feel like "oh I want to start being fit but I need an extra push", I would say, go for it. Come to UP and hire Sigi as your trainer. This has been one of the most worthy investments I had in my life.

    It has been five weeks since I’ve started with UP and I’m already seeing some really good results out of it. I feel a lot better than I used to, both mentally and physically! My trainer Aaron is really professional and supportive! During the session, he explains the exercises really well and he keeps motivating me when I need it. He is very detail-oriented. Between the sessions, he’s always there to answer all my questions and to follow up my training plan. I’m impressed by his dedication! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to change their lifestyle to a more positive and healthier one!

    I have started to train with Sigrid during knee recovery after several surgeries. And I have to say, never ever in my life have I experienced such a professional, kind and effective approach. Not only did we reach great results in terms of fitness and body aesthetic (9kg fat loss in 8 weeks and counting, beautifully toned feminine muscles) - this journey has been life changing. I could do leg exercises which I thought were impossible ever again because of my cartilage damage. In these terms, UP approach has worked much better than any specialised physical therapy I have had before. Also, I gained truly deep insights into my behaviour, food patterns, hormones and moods. Even more than the great short term results, I appreciate that Sigrid understands that finding balance for a long term is much more important. I have been up and down with my weight many times before and the challenge has always been keeping the balance after a period of hard training has ended. Sigrid is the best motivator and coach for a sustainable healthy life change. During COVID-19 period, the gym has been the cleanest and safest place - for instance, every single piece of equipment is being cleaned before and after I even touch it. Trainers were masks and during the trainings, there are always distances kept between people - I really think this is only possible in private gyms like UP, where every visit is planned and carefully guided by your trainer. I can't imagine a better place and trainer to coach me on this journey - Sigrid has been extremely creative with my training, consulting with physical therapists, keeping in mind my recovery, my moods, she has challenged me in a clear but very natural way and has motivated me to change from within to achieve my short and long term dreams. I have done a couple of PT programs before and UP is without any doubt the best! The best investment you can make for yourself, your health and happiness - I wish that everybody could discover this for themselves.

    Ultimate Performance gym is a great place to learn about nutrition and how to workout properly. My experience has been extremely positive, especially as my trainer Sigrid has helped me focus not only physically but mentally. She has been a great inspiration throughout the whole process and has pushed me tremendously towards my end goal, which was and is to stay healthy, sleep better and look after myself. I honestly cannot thank Sigrid enough.

    Top tier gym with only the best trainers. My trainer Sigrid has helped me get back in shape, actually even in better shape post-partum. I love how I have gotten stronger, feel better, and am in my healthiest state. Every session is a challenge but the results are just fantastic! The gym has high end equipment and an amazing program. The gym atmosphere with trainers and clients alike are all very motivated. It's a great environment to be around when you are serious about reaching your fitness goals! I highly recommend them!

    When I started Ultimate Performance last year, I did not know what to expect. I had let myself go from bad lifestyle choices as well as an accident that had left my body very weak. From the first consultation I knew I was in good hands. My trainer Sigi has been incredible throughout and really cares for her clients. This is evident in her personal approach to training and meal plans - she really goes above and beyond. She has been a fantastic mentor throughout the journey always encouraging, supportive and pushing me to be the best version of myself. I know I can always rely on her to give me honest advice and at times ‘tough love’ to keep me on track and focused on my goal. Even during lockdown she was constantly available providing encouraging advice to ensure I was on track. Through Sigi, I have learnt invaluable skills about what the body needs to function and I now have a new approach to food, sleep and hydration - one that is healthy and sustainable in the long term even after I finish at UP. Prior to UP, I always believed that lifting weights made you bulky and thought myself as not being strong but Sigi has changed my mindset and encouraged me to be the best version of myself. She continuously pushes me every day to become stronger and fitter. This whole experience has been fantastic and I feel extremely fortunate to have Sigi as my trainer. She is truly an asset to Ultimate Performance. I know without UP and Sigi I would not have been able to reach my goals. My body is stronger than ever before and its been an incredible experience.     Covid-19 upd With new covid rules UP is open again and it's one of the best news I got (next best news would be vaccine). My previous review stands in strongly - UP got me through the most incredible transformation. This update is specifically on how UP guys adjusted to covid reality. There are number of precautions they follow to ensure safety of their clients. They measure temperature and ask you sanitize hands before and after the training; all trainers wear masks and they make sure that all equipment you will be using is sanitized (they actually don't allow you to touch any equipment until it is properly cleaned with a very strong sanitizer right in front of you, they also do it after the exercise is complete); the whole gym is set in grids to ensure the distance between people. I feel very safe in that environment and happy getting back to weightlifting Previous review One of the best things that happened (still happening) in my life! It might seem on a pricey side, but it’s the best gift you can give to your body and your mind! UP fitness is a great boutique studio which is nicely equipped for weight lifting. Never overcrowded as it’s only open for private or group trainings. Group trainings, I think, are no more than 4-6 people. The best part of this gym is not the equipment though but the trainers! They are all amazing professionals who support and guide you throughout the journey. They use a comprehensive approach targeting not only exercising but nutrition, lifestyle, mindfulness and etc to help you get to your goal. Another thing I appreciate is that they will be mindful of any injuries you might have and will help you build your strength first (got ankle/knee problem). My trainer Sigrid is an amazing professional who’s supporting me everyday (literally, I get emails with tips on food/activity from here everyday). She really helped me to go through a very struggling first 4 weeks (sugar addiction is a thing!). The trainings she created are very personalized and take into account my current fit level as well as injuries I have and the goal I have in mind. During the training she always checks that my technique is correct and that I’m not injuring myself. She also pushes me all the time out of my comfort zone. I have to say that without her it would take me way more time to get to the level I’m in now as I’d always be slacking on adding more weights or making this additional rep ;) So great results - fast delivered. I’ve been going here for 10 weeks already and seeing amazing results. Lost a lot of weight already, feel way much better (more energy, just in general I feel happier) and my lifestyle also changed! Before UP that would’ve taken me more time to get to these results, as well as it would’ve hurt my health/body as I didn’t understand how training/diets work (never just cut your fats, stupidest decision ever!). Looking forward for the next 10 weeks!

    To summarise my experience.........UP Fitness is undoubtedly the best of the best! Training with Jonathan Emmerik at UP Fitness in Amsterdam is one of the best investments I’ve made. The knowledge and professionalism is world class and the results are beyond expectations when you follow the program. If you read this you must be considering training at UP, my advice is DO IT!!!! And do it with Jonathan!!

    Last year I had the bad luck because of a lot of physical pain I had to quit my job and stay home. This was a hard time for me after a lot of appointments at the doctor I made the decision to have a surgery. My body was not in shape and I had no conditions at all. I tried by myself with hot yoga and a diet to loos wait but It did not go so well. So I made a decision and walked in UP Amsterdam. I heard from my yoga teacher she was training with Sigrid and that got me curious. After an intake I had such a good feeling about hear and she made a diet plan and we started training two times a week. It was really hard for me to come every week with all the pain I had. Sometimes I would cry in the gym. But Sigrid always took good care of me. She made sure I had no injuries would let me train around the areas where I had my pain and I could feel myself getting stronger. She is so honest and she learns you all about how your body works what happens in your body when you eat certain things. While your training she explains what the practices will do with your body. And all the influences you can make by yourself. She made me see and feel that I can achieve everything in the world. As long as I put my mind to it. My journey is still going and at the moment I am recovering from my surgery so I have a long way to go. I have no doubt with Sigrid by my side I will get where I want to be step by step. She made me see that it is about a new life style and not about a quick fix. She made me see that I deserve so much more than what I have given to myself the last years. And those valuable lessons I will carry those with me the rest of my life.

    Improving health was a “new entry” on my to-do list this year. I was always active and doing endurance sports for the last 15+ years … till I got injured 5 years ago. Since then I struggled with hip and lower back pain and nothing really helped + kilos started piling up. That’s how I came across UP Amsterdam. UP has all you need and much more. The difference with other gyms is multi fold: is in their people, their experience, attitude, and process. My PT, Giovanni has a great personality, lots of experience, is tremendously focused and takes all the time to make the process clear. It’s a great pleasure working with him. After only 6 weeks in, I already see great progress, the pain is gone, so are 6 kilos and I am back to running pain free. I can’t be any happier. If you’re doubting whether to start or not … don’t hesitate. Cheers UP!

    After training by myself for several years, I began to feel that I had reached a ceiling in what I was able to achieve in the gym on my own. What became clear was that these struggles were due to poor technique. That - combined with the fact that my boyfriend was already training at UP and had amazing results - were the reasons I decided to get expert attention and advice. I can definitely say that it has been one of the best decisions I have made. With the help of my (amazing) trainer Edwin, we have been focusing on what has been impeding me from reaching my fitness goals and in turn improving them. Already in the fourth week I am lifting weights that I have been struggling to reach for years as well as seeing results visually. I genuinely look forward to the days where we train together. Very grateful for UP and my trainer. Worth every euro spent.

    I had a great experience with UP and my personal trainer. We agreed on a clear goal that we worked towards achieving together. At the end of a 12 weeks program, I decreased my body fat from 22.7% to 11.8%. The results were incredible. The program is not easy and requires dedication, commitment, accountability and consistency. The investment is definitely worth it and the UP trainer is always there for you!

    What an amazing experience! After having been in an online program with one of the personal trainers from UP for some time, I finally had the pleasure of working out in there Gym in Amsterdam with guidance from my personal trainer (I don’t live in the Netherlands so planned this session as part of a short Amsterdam trip). Needles to say, the equipment of the gym was flawless but more importantly the competence and the energy of my personal trainer was and still is so great - whether in person or online. My journey with UP is not over (need to always set higher goals!) but I had an amazing transformative journey. I’ve always been in a good physical shape but UP took me the next level and have me rocking a stellar physique at the age of 39. For anyone serious about their training results I can only recommend teaming up with a pt from UP.

    If you want a gym that will motivate you and help you get to your goals, go to Ultimate performance for the best results. Five months into the program, I’m down 23kg and in the best shape of my life. Yes you do need to put the work in, but the guidance, tools and vision you receive from UP will help you get there. My trainer Bo truly kept me motivated, accountable and is incredibly knowledgeable with anything fitness/nutrition/health etc. related. His training and coaching style made a noticeable difference to stay on track, physically and mentally, that I wouldn’t have been able to achieve on my own. I couldn’t recommend UP enough!

    I was initially apprehensive about joining UP Fitness Amsterdam, so many ‘similar’ gyms promised quick results and a premium service, spoilt for choice. So why UP Fitness Amsterdam, from the intake with (Dylan) I was impressed with the confidence and professionalism and the feeling of a personal service. My aim was to improve my health ( a diabetic heart patient ), I wanted to reduce my medication and learn a healthier way to live. I was assigned to Edwin, who has been a great support, motivator and source of knowledge, after 10 weeks with training Edwin my doctor removed my diabetes medication from the long list of tablets I take daily. I Lost an average of 10Kg (11 weeks) and could pace walk 10km daily without worry. Learning so much about nutrition and having someone to motivate me was a life changer. If you’re thinking about joining, DO IT, trust the process they put in place for you, be as disciplined as possible and enjoy a permanent life changing experience.

    If you’re reading this review, you’re probably interested in what Ultimate Performance has to offer and all I can say is: just do it! I completed the 12 week program and had incredible results. In all honesty, the program is tough and requires an intense amount of discipline but the proof is in the fat-free pudding. My trainer was Edwin and he was meticulous, knowledgeable and flexible (especially in these weird times of lockdowns). Highly recommend him and if you follow his advice, you will succeed in reaching your goals. Thanks to the team at Ultimate Performance and I hope you too will have a great body transformation.

    I followed the twelve week programme and are very content with the results, in many aspects. UP has highly qualified trainers en believes in a full approach: food, training and supplementation. Their claim of serious results is totally legit. As long as you stick with the programme. I'm training with Sigrid Groothuis, and I wish every women with a desire to feel happy in her skin and head again. Sigrid invests a 100% in her female clients and demands the same from them. If you trust her approach, and give the same in return, the results are simply fantastic. Not only in body composition, but also in awareness. Of the effect of certain foods on your energy, the influence of mindset on performance. Sigrid is all about female balance and health and happiness. Those are her goals in the programme for every client. Her knowledge of supplements and foods are a very big asset in the programme. She's truly passionate about her job. And yes, sometimes that asks for some tough love. But I love her for it.And I'll invite my fellow females to give her the opportunity to work with you.

    If you're on the fence about joining, do yourself a favor and JUST SIGN UP! Sigrid Groothuis is the trainer I was placed with, and that woman has legitimately changed my life, relationship with my body, and with food.I feel so strong and confident after joining UP. The program is so premium because it's not only PT, but also food coaching. Most importantly, Sigrid has infused me with knowledge about nutrition and straight science in a way I can actually tailor my behavior and make more INFORMED choices like I have never before. As a woman, Sigrid was able to bring to the table a fresh perspective on hormone levels, reactions w/ food, my menstrual cycle, and impacts to my training as a result. Sigrid is a trainer, nutritionist, and life coach all in one - request her specifically when you sign up I promise you, it'll be the best decision you've made all year. Sharing my story here in case it inspires someone else.. I have never really been ''fat'' but I've been slowly gaining a kilo or so a year since my mid-twenties, likely due to work stress & lots of red wine. I'm 158 cm, and at my heaviest I was 62 kg. I've always been active and when I lived in the states was a big fan of Orangetheory, working out 4-5 days a week, and doing yoga and running to supplement. Anyway, I came into UP at 61 kg , frustrated after having run nearly every day for a month straight with no results. Figured I'd put my money where my mouth was, and do something entirely different than what I've tried in the past. I'd commit ENTIRELY for 3 months, and see once and for all if getting down to my idea/dream/fantasy body was even possible at 33 or just a fantasy I'd have to let go of. Let me be clear - you have to COMMIT to this program. Of the major reasons I joined was because this isn't just personal training, it's a holistic health program - the trainers closely monitor exactly what is going into your body, how much you're sleeping, how much you're drinking, when your period is, etc etc. You must stay regimented in tracking this data. But let me tell you - IT WORKS. The customized approach makes this whole process feel so premium - I'd gone to trainers before that just monkeyed me around to various machines at the gym, but UP switches up your workouts for your specific goals, and even switches up your routines and macros mid-program to adjust to gains/losses/progression to your goals. Anyway, when I first started, Sigrid told me to put a pause in the intense levels of cardio I was doing a week - I was SUPER skeptical, but since I was all in, I just did what she told me. I was strength training 3X a week and doing yoga, and that was IT, which was completely contradictory to the 6X times of cardio I was used to doing. I was also on a restricted diet, but aggressively tracking my macros. So that was my routine, for 3 months. Let me tell you, in the 3 months, I went from 61 kg to 52 kg, a loss of 9 kg, which on my 158 cm frame really transformed my body. But to be completely honest, what I noticed most wasn't in how I looked, but in how I FELT. I was an absolute MACHINE at work, super focused and SUPER productive. Midday slumps were gone, and I was operating at levels I previously had not experienced. My energy levels were high every single day, which I can only attribute to eliminating processed nonsense from my diet, but also being really thoughtful about what macros I was getting & when. My friends and family are shocked at the changes they've seen in my body - even my face looks different. I honestly haven't looked like this since I was in my college years, and It feels FANTASTIC. I owe it all to Sigrid, honestly. She has changed my life and given me the confidence I didn't realize I could really ever have back. More than that though, and what's SO important in programs like this, is that she's given me EVERYTHING I need to operate POST PROGRAM, confidently & successfully.     Sigrid Groothuis has been an inspiration, mentor, trainer and friend. Her guidance at UP has brought new understanding and knowledge of my own health and fitness. She has changed my outlook on life, and given me so much more than just training. Before UP I had no idea how to train properly , let alone do weight training. Although I have tried a few diets, I have come to understand my own nutrition for the first time. Now thanks to UP I’ve discovered that and so much more, as well as a whole new side of myself I didn’t know.

    Joined UP 4 weeks ago and already see the results! It's not just a gym or a personal trainer, it's the whole lifestyle. My trainer, Vincent, not only pushes the limits during sessions in the gym, but also helps with meal plan, controls (via UP mobile app) my daily steps, sleep, nutritions, supplements. Self discipline is the key, but it only sounds easy. I'm more than happy working on better myself together with Vincent - the journey I'd never complete myself alone.

    I started about 10 weeks ago with the goal to have more energy. I tried different things before - fixing my nutrition, yoga, meditation, going to the gym by myself, but it all seemed so complex with so many options, I felt overwhelmed. Working with Fiona has been a blast because I could fully trust her with my nutrition and exercise plan. She helped me work with the quirks of my body and the social life and travel that I wanted to keep to make sure this is sustainable. I didn't need to think, I just needed to follow a plan. I was very skeptical of all the before-after pictures but after just over two months I feel much more energetic, have a more muscular build, and am actually enjoying exercising and eating healthier. Would do it all over any time.

    After a lifetime of been overweight and out of shape. I would get sick with every slight exercise. I taught that’s it, That’s what I am capable off. Until I came at UP Amsterdam. Now I know I’m capable of everything. The fit people that I always use to look at, I’m turning slowly in to one of them. This is the best investment I’ve done in my life. Very happy with the results the fitness level and all round feeling that comes with it. Even when your trainer is away for a short while they will make sure that all will continue with a other trainer. And I must say every trainer out there is amazing !     I’ve been training at UP for about 3 months now, initially joining to deal with a back injury that was causing me quite some pain. Edwin, my PT, is a fabulous partner throughout this journey. His knowledge, professionalism, and accountability have been exactly what I was hoping to find. As I started with zero experience and a slight gym fear, thanks to Edwin I’m feeling much more comfortable, it is extremely helpful that I can ask him anything at anytime, this support and communication makes all the difference. The progress in easing my pain over these 3 months is much more than I could imagine and that is for me the best part. This program is not a walk in the park, it’s a whole lifestyle change but the results make every effort worthwhile, I can confidently say that if you are invested in the process this works!     I have never felt so good about myself since I joined UP Amsterdam and my personal trainer, Fiona. I have lost 15kg in 12 weeks, gained a lot of self-trust in my personal life, gained a good habit of discipline and training, and manage to stay on a healthy diet. I could have never imagined this whole transformation. Facilities are good, the staff very understanding, helpful, and super friendly. Fiona, my PT, knows how to push to get you to your limits and stays on you to accomplish your objectives. Fiona explains everything so that I understand the technique and get the most out of the routine that we are doing. And the most important, trainings are fun with her and keeps you motivated. I am super happy with the whole UP experience. My only regret is not having started earlier with UP. Thanks :)

    Usually I don't post any reviews online, but this time I had to make an exception. Can truly recommend anyone who's looking for a lifestyle/diet change to sign-up with UP Amsterdam. I started with the 12 week program and got some amazing results! I crushed my goals easily and changed my physique in ways I coudn't imagine. But thats not it... I also feel way more energetic and happy! All thanks to the help of my personal trainer and their unique approach. thats completely personalized. Whats especially nice is that not only my trainer (Gintaras special props to you) but also the other trainers in the gym hope/help and want you to get the results you're after.... But in my experience, my training has never been more efficient and the feedback on nutrition has never been so on point. Personal trainer Aaron is like having a friend in the gym and at the dinner table, keeping you honest at all times.     You know when you find a holy grail that actually works for you, this was me joining the UP gym in Amsterdam. I have seen one of my friends join the gym and get to the best shape of his life however I did not think it would work for me. After trying every diet and workouts u can find online, UP helped me understand my body, my nutrition and how to workout effectively. All the trainers are friendly and its not an intimidating atmosphere, they really support you. My trainer, the might Cece is one of the reasons why I have fallen in love with my body again after years of self hate and just not believing I can do what it takes to be healthy. She is attentive, understanding and just pushes me enough to get me going, I’m nearly 10KG down in just under 8 weeks and I for once understand how fat loss actually works now.

    My experience with UP has been great. I am in week 11 now and have been seeing great results, I have never been in such good shape. The combination of gym work-outs with clear guidelines on diet and outside gym activity (cardio, steps etc.) make this the most efficient personal training there is.     I started training at UP because I wanted to loose weight. As soon as I inquired for help everyone was really friendly and helpful.     I was never in a gym before. I felt that it’s not my type. Also, the fact that I didn’t know anything about exercising made it harder for me to start.     Unlike personal trainers in most of other gyms who only lead you through the training sessions, personal trainers at UP transform you by providing detailed guidance on nutrition, training, sleep and stress management. My trainer Edwin has extensive knowledge in resistance training.     A unique experience, totally customised to your needs and personal goals. UP has offered me a safe place where I could be myself and set my own objectives. They can be low/medium/high intense, this depends solely on you and your expectations. You fully own your journey. You and your trainer work together in a close partnership. Your trainer is fully dedicated to you in the gym and remains available for advices outside the gym, making time to explain every single step of the programme (and exercises of course) and challenging you in the right way so that you feel confident that what you want achieve is possible.     My attention was caught by UP's window with banners of pre- and post- training program photos of people who underwent a body transformation. After the 12 week program I still can't believe I am one of those people as well. Almost 40 at age, but having my best body in my life so far. UP's approach is sincere and all trainers are professional experts. A special shout out to my trainer Gintaras who is a true professional as well, and knows how to motivate in the best way.     I’ve been weightlifting on my own for 5 years, typically doing body part split days. However, after covid hit, I was burned out, struggling with motivation and couldnt find a groove. In 8 weeks, UP and my trainer, Aaron, have reinvigorated my motivation and elevated my fitness to a level I didn’t think would be possible in 8 weeks. Aaron is a fantastic trainer with laser focus on details and proper form. He adjusts as needed, but pushes you for every. single. rep! He connects to clients and their workout habits/needs like a true professional. It was a bit of a transition to go from body split days to full body, but I have 0 regrets and have learned a lot!     Join if you ready to change your life!!! Ask for BEN, he has been my rock through this journey. I will be honest going in on my first day I was sceptic. After years of working out on my own, joining a bootcamp and a group workout class here and there I have started to think that I should just get used to being overweight and not happy with the way I look. First few (maybe even more than a few) weeks were tough. My muscles felt sore all the time! But good sore, when you feel the sense of accomplishment. My 12 week with Ben flew by in a blink of an eye. He was very motivating and kept me going even when I was ready to give up. Him keeping an eye on my food made a huge difference and helpt keep my diet on the right track. I still can not believe my transformation; my goal weight has been reached, my body fat dropped by 50% but most importantly I feel strong, happy and healthy. I can now truly enjoy other activities like running and yoga that I found challenging before.

    If you are ready to work for change - join UP Amsterdam! I'm 7 weeks into my 12 week program, and I've already lost 10 cm on my waist. I didn't see myself as unfit before joining, but the change has already been enormous. My sweet trainer Vincent (not so sweet during the practice in the gym, but that is what is expected to get these fantastic results) has guided me through how I should eat, he makes sure I understand how water intake is vital, how important it is to keep down stress levels and get appropriate amount of sleep. In the gym he makes me push myself to the next level and I love seeing the results from it. I had the opportunity to start before the lockdown, but we are continuing working together online. I was cautious about how it would work, but Vincent makes the training tough and interesting. The atmosphere in the gym is very welcoming, all trainers are attentive, even if you are not 'their' mentee. They make sure the equipment is sanitized between each different person, so you feel totally safe, even in a pandemic. As many others has said before me, this is not just a 12 week program. They assign you a personal trainer who is guiding you through the process pretty much 24/7. They educate you on the diet, training and lifestyle, and are always ready to support and adapt to your personal situation.     I’m really happy with my strength and fitness progress since I joined UP Amsterdam. Gintaras is my trainer, and he’s got the good mix of teacher and motivator that have helped me reach my goals. I started six months ago wanting to: reduce body fat/eliminate belly (!), increase strength in my legs for longer kiteboarding sessions. I’ve achieved these goals 110%. The method worked for me. When the conditions changed with covid and when I was travelling, we did on-line meetings twice a week, which worked better than expected and it kept me on track. The gym staff all seem really ‘intense’ and motivated to help clients. You feel that when you are in the gym.

    I would recommend this gym to everyone who wants to start not only a transformation of a body but a transformation of the lifestyle. I went to couple of gyms before, even with a personal trainer. However this experience in UP cannot be compared with anything else. In UP you get the training session, diet tracking and personal trainer who supports you even when the gym is closed due to lock-down. But more importantly you get the knowledge about fitness and about your body.     My experience at UP is exceptional. My trainer's expertise is invaluable in ensuring I am meeting my training goals in a 12 week program. I am very impressed by his dedication. The training facility is great and very much fit for purpose. It's never over-crowded and a pleasure to use. I'd recommend UP to anyone.

    Since 3 months I am training at UP and I am amazed by the results. The training plan is well set up, also always checking which exercise works best for me to get stronger. But is not just about the training. UP provides and App with your nutrition goals and my trainer and I worked on it for me to focus on the right nutrition to be successful. The gym is highly recommended for everyone who really wants to tackle their goals and I can highly recommend to work with Aaron. He is supporting me extremely well on my way to become a fit Mom and fit business women! :-)

    I have been training at UP for about 3 months and I couldn´t feel happier. The results and progress are impressive, as well as the support given from the trainers. When you train at UP you feel very supported and motivated to become the better version of yourself not only regarding the physical appearance but also your health and methodology. So far the process is being extremely rewarding, especially after trying so many others gyms, trainers, diets that never worked out. The gym is super nice, calm, clean and the vibe makes you feel very comfortable even when you are facing hard challenges. I cannot recommend more UP, I am very very happy and keen to continue my journey!!

    I joined UP Amsterdam back in May, and have enjoyed the journey ever since! In the short time that I have been at UP, I have seen a tremendous difference in my weight, strength and energy. Vincent is always motivating me, and encourages me to do my best. The workouts are tough, but the outcome is worth it. The professionalism and attitude of the trainers is unmatched. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

    I’ve tried many options, gym membership, different diet programs, I even dabbled with EMS training with the promise of quick results…all were disappointing to say they least. I realized I needed a holistic support with ultimate focus on achieving result. And thats exactly what I got from Ultimate Performance Amsterdam. I lost 15kg in 24 weeks. In the first 2,5 months I trained outside due to covid. Despite training with limited equipment I was constantly losing the weight and getting stronger. This is a testament that the trainers at UP know what they’re doing. Training was one aspect, but I also got support on nutrition and daily encouragement on making the right lifestyle choices. This was for me definitely worth the investment. Every training session was harder than the previous one. It’s a great and inspiring atmosphere to be in. Everyone here (both clients and trainers) are dedicated and committed to their goal. If you’re ready to commit, put in the hard work, stop making excuses, then this is the place for you.

    The right place to go if you feel the time has come to stop being fat. I once saw a meme that said; "I just want to leave my body at the gym and come back when it's finished." Well, this is that place. Damian helped me with everything from meal plans for nutrition to a measured-out workout schedule. Since i'm to lazy, and usually to busy to cook according to a perfect meal plan they even based my program around a weirdly cheap but tasty and high quality meal prep service. I got everything delivered ready made to my house. This made things even easier. Lost the 12 kilos from "beer and hamburger" that I proudly collected over the past 10 years in about 12 weeks and got muscle tissue in return. Never felt hungry or had cravings in the proces. The only way to loose weight faster is when you take out the garbage. Damian, thanks a lot for getting this done. You're a South African legend, let's hope the dutch winter doesn't kill you!

    When was the last time you did something for the first time in your life? For me it was about 3 months ago when I started the program at Ultimate Performance Amsterdam. We set goals that I did not expect to be able to achieve. The results are amazing with a weight loss of about -8kg and a -9% drop of body fat. Most importantly I learned about the importance of nutrition and the effect weight training can have on you. There was not a single day that I did not enjoy the training with Damian. His dedication, eye for detail, challenging program, regular check-in’s to ensure I stay on track on the days not training, made the entire experience great. A great guy to train with. Thank you Damian and the team at UP Amsterdam. I feel very well prepared for the new year, and will definitely continue to train and follow the healthy diet.

    A great place to set goals and go on to achieve them! I never thought I'd look forward to a workout, but I actually did (sometimes). The workout is great, the follow up, the goal setting and achieving, makes you feel like you can do anything you set your mind to!

    Do what they tell you to do and you will achieve results. I dropped 8% bf in 12 weeks. My trainer was Damian: only good words. Whatever your current fitness level, it will be improved. Do it!

    I was introduced to UP Fitness Mayfair and noticed they had an Amsterdam location. Great gym with a philosophy which is carried out across all locations, making it very accommodating if you travel a lot and you don't want to switch gyms. My experience in Amsterdam was great from day one. The staff are what you would expect; knowledgeable, motivating and patient. Big thank you to my trainer Matthew Johnstone who knew how to get the best out of me. It will not be easy. It will be demanding. It will be worth it.

    UP gave me exactly the right tools to learn what it takes to achieve results and more importantly, what it takes to maintain the results. The mix of a personalised diet, frequent focussed PT sessions and general exercise allows you to realise what it is that your body needs to really transform. You don’t want to sign up for a program that transforms your body but then after the program is finished you get back into your old routine again. UP shows you how you can change your lifestyle and I am confident that I will continue with this lifestyle. Signing up for UP will likely be a life changing long term investment!

    I have trained with Damian for quite some time and consider him to be a very passionate trainer with a lot of knowledge about training, nutrition and lifestyle. Damian is very driven and I can recommend Damian to anyone as a trainer. I wouldn't have achieved the result I did without the adequate help and support of Damian.

    Outstanding personal training service! I can't recommend this place enough—five stars all the way. Edwin, my trainer, has been an incredible support throughout my fitness journey. His constant motivation and guidance have been instrumental. In just 8 weeks, I've shed over 6kg and my strength has more than doubled! I'm very excited to see how i progress further.     I have joined UP Amsterdam 8 weeks ago and the experience i’ve had so far surpassed all my expectations. This is really the ultimate training experience, giving you a holistic service from your health to fitness needs. My trainer Mario has been amazing & key to my progress. His attention to detail, engagement & coaching makes me feel that he is fully invested in my progress and he is there with me every step of the way. I’m nearly half way through my program but am already thinking about my future goals as strength training becoming a foundational part of my life.     I've been with my personal trainer, Konstantinos, for four weeks now, and it's been a great experience. The communication has been excellent, and I really appreciate how he tailored the workouts to my goals. The facility is fantastic – clean and well-equipped.
