Everything is nice about the gym - no problem. But the only thing I DO NOT UNDERSTAND is why does it close at 5 pm on weekends?? It's so early!! So inconvenient. And also it opens at 7 am on weekdays - also quite late! In the U.S. gyms open at 5 or 6 am during the week and on weekends work almost the same as on weekdays, maybe just a few hours less. Weird. It's the same in "fit for free" though but I genuinely don't get it.

Its probably one of the best gym around in Amsterdam in terms of space and facilities, lot of professional fitness athletes train there which is also very motivating. Some of the staff is very friendly and nice. But unfortunately the owners/managers do not care about customer satisfaction at all. The 2 stars here are mainly addressed to the owners. When something break its not repaired for a long time. The machines are not properly cleaned (there is dust on top) we wrote about it to the managers and we never got a reply. We have asked to access the kickboxing area and we were told that we cannot because if they allow us to enter they have to let others enter and they are afraid if we break something or steal.... :) Group lessons were moved downstairs in the middle of the bodybuilding area creating a mess, Some habitual customers informed the staff about it and they did not even care to reply on the subject. When customers decide to unsubscribe they are not even asked why....

Facilities are nice but the gym never heard of customer service nor read any consumer laws when it comes to terminating contract so unless you want to be Chandler who gets stuck with membership and they don’t let him cancel it , think twice before coming here Update: they keep asking to contact them but no response to emails or emails are not working. Staff on phones are not very helpful

Good gym, easily accessible and friendly staff. Everything is spacious, so you don't get in each other's way. And what is very important (at least I think so), there is a separate training room just for women. Super!

Very unprofessional staff, super slow und unfriendly. Courses are always super crowded and the ladies area is never cleaned. Took several times money from my bank account, after terminating the contract. No support from the administration at all. Would not recommend it at all.

Disinterested staff. Told that the sauna is dirty on the floor. The boy asks me: have you looked?!?

I changed gyms for parking space, but it's happened now a few times that I can't find a parking space. They have a ladies only gym area which is nice

Good quality machines. The four weekly rate are a bit high after corona. Group classes are great if you like that.

Very disgusting staff, you call them and talk not nice, and they put down the phone in the middle of the conversation. The contracts are more bad than other places, very tricky! Very bad experience!

According to the employees, don't rely on the opening hours on Google. It often happens that you are standing in front of a closed door. Because people adjust the opening hours themselves according to the employees. I've been a member for years because there aren't really any other gyms in the area. Price quality is ok but not very special. Equipment and facilities are poorly maintained. With X-Force you pay extra, but don't be surprised if devices are broken for months. People would rather wait until something else breaks than solve it. Unfortunately, the story about communication with Google is not correct, see photo.

Love this gym

Has EVERYTHING you might want for a fab workout. A CrossFit box, kickboxing area, tons of equipment and a spinning closs among other things - but surely up to you to use them to your gain. Tried a couple of group classes and Thursday evening Zumba is funnnnn as the teacher has so much energy it is contagious. CrossTraining is intense and recommended, as well as H!t It. BodyPump classes seem a bit wasteful and boring with little challenge if you're already fit. Apart from being far from the city center or Metro Station, it's a fab gym! Gives me the best run sessions 🏃‍♀️

Great gym with helpful staff

I totally should've checked out the reviews before committing to a membership with them. When I signed up for a one-month membership, I explicitly communicated my intention to use the gym only for that duration. I even informed the person handling my registration that I preferred not to go to the gym during the winter season. Unfortunately, I discovered an additional charge, and upon investigation, it became apparent that they had set up a non-interruptible monthly membership for me. Honestly, I don't trust them anymore.
