I have only been to this studio once for their reformer class. The class had a high pace, corrections were done by the instructor. Overall good studio.

💯💯💯💯💯💯It’s good because you don’t have to move on to the next movement in an instant like Billy Boot to loud music. The teachers are also professional and watch the movements well. The shower area is also clean and nice.

I quite hate to give one star, but the experience I had with one of the instructors, made it that I will never go there again as it resulted in an injury. I went to the reformer pilates with 3 different instructors, 2 quite amazing, but 1 (i.e., Fancy) was just a complete disaster. First, and in my opinion, she was completely oblivious to what repetitions mean and how to read the room and check if everyone can follow her instructions. Throughout the class, people kept on giving up in the middle, as there were too many repetitions, and often we had to hold poses for way too long. In turn, this meant that at a certain point, I strained the medial glute to a point that required me to stop doing any sports for a week after that. Unfortunately this wasn't just an accident, but a complete lack of knowledge on how to conduct these classes. Too many repetitions, too much focus on the same muscle over and over again, for almost 45 minutes, meant that for some people who didn't give up in the middle of an exercise, the risk of damaging something was quite high. However, when checking other reviews there are multiple complaints against this instructor, meaning that my case isn't an isolated case. What bothers me here, is that the other instructors were quite knowledgable and aware of how the people doing the exercises were performing. So to the other instructors I give 5 stars. Unfortunately, I tried to contact the studio to complain about this and I have never received a reply. It's a shame, because I really wanted to get a subscription, but I won't as I don't want to risk any issues in the future.

I went to two classes here while visiting Amsterdam. The space is nice and bright and the instructors were all very nice and seemed knowledgeable. The classes were taught in English while I was there (thankfully!). If you practice Stott Pilates, this is different, more of a physical workout then focused on breathwork and spine positions, but, with my precious experience in Pilates, I found it quite enjoyable. And it was a good workout for sure- my Apple Watch said 250+ calories for each of my one hour classes. I’d definitely come back here next time I’m in Amsterdam.

I find K/C move to be the best pilates reformer studio in Amsterdam. I’ve been going there for over 2 years now. The classes are very well structured, there is a great variation in exercises and the teachers are very experienced and full of great energy. When it comes to class packages and memberships, the Management team is is very customer focused and helpful, which you don’t run into so often.

K/C is the best reformer Pilates I’ve tried in Amsterdam so far. Nice environment & decoration, clean facilities (shower, changing room, bathroom are downstairs). The teachers are amazing, they take their time to explain the movements and correct us, focusing on technique but also also very effective exercises!

Great studio, very clean and bright. There's a nice change room with a lot of space. The class was tough but bearable and i can already feel the effects in my muscles.

Really wanted to love this studio yet the classes are extremely boring to me. Thought of leaving after 20 minutes as it felt like a waste of time/money. At the end of the workout I was energized enough to do a workout elsewhere. I appreciate the Suggs enthusiasm, yet felt lacking in technique or organization of the workout

I visited this studio while on a work trip and it was amazing! I loved the unique style of the reformer Pilates class and the main reception gentleman was so helpful and welcoming. Both classes I took with Fancy and Mathieu were very good. Highly recommend! Lastly, very clean and a great locker room!

Worst client service I have ever seen. I was there at 9:59 for the 10 am class and they did not let me do it because i was going to disrupt the class even though I said I was not a beginner and they did not have to explain me the machine, meanwhile the teacher was still talking to the other people and he still was when I left. I will never book this studio again.

Beautiful and clean studio with very knowledgeable and friendly teachers. I am a regular since March joining 1 - 3 classes weekly. I can only recommend!

Giving hands on cues without consent. I was touched 3 times and micro managed on the position on my spine. I am a Pilates instructor myself and all of this was completely unnecessary, just let people enjoy moving!

Good, modern, light and clean space! Like the fact they have so many classes, also before working hours. I only do reformer pilates, classes are hit and miss depending on the instructor. Some are not correcting you at all and more focused on sequens at the cost of correct posture & technique, others (like for example Arno) are really great in making sure everyone is focusing on technique but making it fun at the same time. Biggest downside is that they don’t have the teacher’s names on the class schedule, so you never know beforehand whether it will be a good teacher or an average one. Really wish they would change that!

The best pilates studio in Amsterdam. Margherita & her teachers are super knowledgeable and guide you correctly thru the movements. The studio is nice, bright & clean.

If you’re new to Pilates don’t go here. I went here for my first Pilates class. When I said I couldn’t do it, the instructor replied “can’t doesn’t exist in this class” and when I didn’t stretch far enough he told me “you’re holding up this class”. I mean, I get it that I wasn’t doing great😅, but then maybe just don’t accept beginners for this class. Also to instruct some movements he touched me a couple of times, which wasn’t necessary and made me feel very uncomfortable.. All in all I felt like there was a lot of focus on me, in a negative way, which I wasn’t really looking for since I was just exploring if I liked Pilates.
