I
quite
hate
to
give
one
star,
but
the
experience
I
had
with
one
of
the
instructors,
made
it
that
I
will
never
go
there
again
as
it
resulted
in
an
injury.
I
went
to
the
reformer
pilates
with
3
different
instructors,
2
quite
amazing,
but
1
(i.e.,
Fancy)
was
just
a
complete
disaster.
First,
and
in
my
opinion,
she
was
completely
oblivious
to
what
repetitions
mean
and
how
to
read
the
room
and
check
if
everyone
can
follow
her
instructions.
Throughout
the
class,
people
kept
on
giving
up
in
the
middle,
as
there
were
too
many
repetitions,
and
often
we
had
to
hold
poses
for
way
too
long.
In
turn,
this
meant
that
at
a
certain
point,
I
strained
the
medial
glute
to
a
point
that
required
me
to
stop
doing
any
sports
for
a
week
after
that.
Unfortunately
this
wasn't
just
an
accident,
but
a
complete
lack
of
knowledge
on
how
to
conduct
these
classes.
Too
many
repetitions,
too
much
focus
on
the
same
muscle
over
and
over
again,
for
almost
45
minutes,
meant
that
for
some
people
who
didn't
give
up
in
the
middle
of
an
exercise,
the
risk
of
damaging
something
was
quite
high.
However,
when
checking
other
reviews
there
are
multiple
complaints
against
this
instructor,
meaning
that
my
case
isn't
an
isolated
case.
What
bothers
me
here,
is
that
the
other
instructors
were
quite
knowledgable
and
aware
of
how
the
people
doing
the
exercises
were
performing.
So
to
the
other
instructors
I
give
5
stars.
Unfortunately,
I
tried
to
contact
the
studio
to
complain
about
this
and
I
have
never
received
a
reply.
It's
a
shame,
because
I
really
wanted
to
get
a
subscription,
but
I
won't
as
I
don't
want
to
risk
any
issues
in
the
future.
