I stayed there for a couple of nights, because I just moved to Amsterdam and had to bridge a few days. The hostel itself is nice, the rooms are clean. However, when I got back to my room one evening after having been out I found that all my toiletries in the bathroom and the window sill had disappeared. After talking to the manager from the hostel, he just pointed to their regulations that the maintenance staff doesn't throw belongings away but stores them somewhere instead. The manager didn't seem to take my complaint seriously at all and was very undiscerning. In the end, I had to re-buy all the stuff that was lost. For a student on a very tight budget this was really not easy. Therefore, I surely won't stay at this hostel again and would not recommend it to anybody else either.

I was in a female dorm, I really liked the room which was spacious and had a great view of the town. Each room had a bathroom. For breakfast people had a wide choice of food. The only problem was that the room key demagnetized really often and so I had to go frequently to the reception. The location was not so near public transportation but there were two stops within 10 minutes or maybe less on foot. Staff was really kind and helpful.

The hostel is quite far from the center hence their rate. The rooms were nicely designed. colorful and clean too. Light and electrical socket for each bed. Plus, bed is not so shaky. Breakfast is a bit boring though. All in all, I have enjoyed my stay. Staff were cool!

This hostel was actually quite clean, not as expected after reading all the reviews about bedbugs. But it was really perfect!! The staff was not always happy, but definitely not rude at all. And breakfast was simple, but fine. They even have gluten free bread when you ask for it. Finally, a special shoutout to the man at the breakfast kitchen (He was german or could talk a bit of german?) He was super kind and welcoming and made our day :)

It's a good place to stay. They offer breakfast as well. They have bunker beds which really helps when you go in large number. Only issue is that you need to board a train/ bus to go to the City's Central which takes quite some time:'(

If you're looking for a place to stay, this is the best option, is well connected (just beside the train station that goes to the city center) and is located in a quite neighborhood. Price is really cheap compared with whole of hostels. And staff is really nice ☺️

I got Covid 19 and they told that it wasn't reason enough to give me a refund for my unused reservation, not even a percentage. So i paid full price and couldn't show up.

At time of the visit it was Wow Amsterdam, I think is the same. Good option, far from downtown but was not a big deal. A Muslin neighborhood ( Bos En Lommer), very calm, a lot of restaurants and markets nearby. Rooms was cleaned. Good bathrooms. At that time, there was a collective kitchen.. that was a completely mess, something scared, really. Nonetheless, it was a good option considering rooms, Is good to remember that's a place to sleep, take a shower and put your belongings while you walk around, not a hotel to stay all day long.

Its an ok hostel, the only positive thing is the size of rooms and showers which compared to other hostels in Amsterdam are much bigger, but if youre a tourist i would not recommend it, its not near anything, most people i saw there were staying long term (refugees and people in the city for work) i put food in the kitchen 3 times (labeled it as i was told too) and it was stolen all three times....right outside the hostel entry doors there is a group of young guys that are just always outside and trashing the place, more of a cheap place to stay then a tourist hostel

This place also so grat everything so nice. -First of all the breakfast too amazing I am really love Gouda cheese. They're also served to us Gouda cheese in breakfast. -Rooms are so fascinating, 4 beds in dormitory rooms. They have also plugs, reading lights and little book shelves. -Bathrooms are into the middle. What is your room number, cards open only your bathroom. Bathrooms are too clean. Shampoo in there btw. -They have amazing styles in there. You can see on the pictures. -If you want to rent a bicycle (also you want it everyone use even old people) 3 hours for bicycle 7.50 euros non handbrakes. If you want with handbrakes 10.50 for 3 hours. -This place too close to metro station Well i just want to say only WOW!

Clean rooms, spacious, nice view over the highway from the forth floor. The only down thing is that the toilet is outside your room, so you really need to go out with your keys to use the toilet /bathroom. Apart from that everything was fine. The breakfast is very basic (cheese, bread, ham, and cornflakes..) was hoping for some eggs. Overall, all went well for an urgent place to sleep. And it was very cheap.

It's a very nice hostel. The bedrooms are really big, each host has a big box for his things. The breakfast is generous and assorted, amazing! The kitchen is small and the location it's not the best, but by bike you are in downtown quickly. My experience was great!

Rooms are ok type, Service is fine, but pretty far from the airport as well as rail station. I reached after 8 and it was difficult to find the property. Not much restaurants near by. Breakfast is good though

Can't believe what I heard, they made from such nice hostel in center of Amsterdam, REFUGE CENTER omg 😳, they giving to Fu*king, unknown background refuges all free things and making their life easyer as much as possible, but for talented and normal educated people like us, they trying to make us struggle as much as possible.

Hostel for solo or light travellers. Dormitory beds are quite comfortable and bathroom is clean.

It's a scam, while claiming to provide housing for artists they are in fact only attempting to higher the price of the building and ground. They don't care about artists or anynof their residents in the least. It may sound cheap but is in fact ovetpriced.

We traveled as a group and already knew before entering the hotel that the rooms are designed for 4 people and the beds are double beds. Bed ladder were a bit uncomfortable, but we could use them. I particularly liked that the Apple pen I had forgotten was found in the room and sent to Germany. This happened very quickly and the communication was perfect.

Location compared to the city us ok. We had an issue that one of our friends couldn't make it due to COVID-19. The front desk man said that he could help us the following morning. It turned out we couldn't change it and the man wasn't prepared to help us at the front desk. Lot's of strange little rules from the hostel which in my opinion weren't necessary (the toast situation). Breakfast was good.

Reasonable price. Well organized place to reside in.
