I trained here for 1 day as I had heard for years about Mike's gym. I attended one session but I didn't like the attitude of the instructor he was rude and in all honesty the training was standard nothing amazing. I didn't see anything special about this place which was disappointing considering the hype around it. Mike wasn't there it was a different coach not sure his name. It was also expensive and they charged me to borrow gloves.
