    Good place if you are looking for personal training to get a more healthy lifestyle going. They are also flexible to cater to busy irregular calendars like my own and to do training with family members. Good attitude towards adapting to clients' needs and constraints, and evolving the business accordingly. Sebas rocks!

    B-One is an amazing experience altogether. From before you register, they explain very well the entire process, they are all super friendly and very helpful. Our main coach is Finlay and he is absolutely the best! He knows what he is doing, very attentive to how the exercises are executed, he is flexible and adjusts the program so it can fit my back issues. I couldn’t have chosen a better one, especially as I see my posture and my body already changing in only 1 month. We also train with Alex, who is great, attentive, very knowledgeable and always pushes you to do the best you can. I would recommend B-One to everyone who wants a change in lifestyle and great advice for being healthy and in shape!

    We have had an excellent and enjoyable experience at Slim Living! Our trainer Sebastian keeps the routines interesting while also challenging us to become stronger, his planning shows that he considers our personal preferences and goals. We have already seen a lot of progress in the 3 months we have been at the gym. We love that we can get through all the exercises and routines without waiting for equipment to become available. All the trainers and staff are professional, kind, and well prepared. Highly recommend!

    B-One is a very comfortable setting for women, which is not always the case at gyms. Staff are knowledge, focused on form, and help build lasting, sustainable habits. I worked with Kasia, who was excellent. It's also been nice meeting other patrons over the protein shake they give you after each workout.

    I've been training at B-one since February 2023. The facilities are top noch but the community and people that work here are all extremely welcoming and friendly. I've been working with Wichert as my head coach who has been fantastic. Not only has he helped me become stronger and fitter in the gym but has helped me on my journey to becoming healthier overall (mind & body). He has taught me how to juggle an extremely busy work and travel schedule and still stay within a good balance to be able to sustain a healthy lifestyle. I never thought i would actually enjoy going to the gym. Thank you Wichert!

    I’ve been training at B-One for four motnhs now and already see results! Bas, the owner of this gym, picked my coach based on my personal preferences and it’s been a great experience. My coach Krullaine is able to motivate me, push me, cheer me along and nudge me when I get lazy. I also love to get a coffee before the training and a protein smoothie after - all inclusive and with a nice conversation with the team and other members of the gym. Highly recommend!

    I would like to comment on my experience with B-One, I have been training with them for about 8 months, what I would highlight the most is the flexibility in the entire service they offer. For example, the class schedule and a wide variety of trainers, being able to choose the one that best suits you. They try very hard to have good and constant communication, knowing your goals to help you achieve them, including nutrition. The place is always clean, organized with exquisite decoration and has everything you need to feel cared for and pampered, something that as a client I look for, demand and value, in a service like this. Step by step they are teaching me the discipline of exercise and these results are being very positive in my life, and I am grateful for it😉.

    My partner and I have been training here with Seb for over 6 months and we are very happy - I was starting from literally zero, I was 35 and had never been to the gym before, and looking back I wish I'd come here earlier. I feel so comfortable and well looked after by Seb and the (exceptionally friendly and welcoming) team - and I've already achieved my first goal of eliminating my chronic shoulder pain. Thanks!!

    Started training at B-one 10 months ago and since i work out here 3 times a week i’m feeling stronger, more fit, and younger. Its a great place, good company, devoted trainers, everybody is supernice and you don’t feel an outsider. Can recommend this place to everybody who wants to start living a healthier life and have a stronger body.

    As a complete beginner to strength training I was a little intimidated at first. But B-one's friendly bespoke approach really helped me build my knowledge and confidence as well as my strength to safely complete exercises. My trainer creates exercises to met my abilities and I knotice the progress from session to session. I have noticed that all trainers are extremely professional and approachable.

    Since last summer, I have been trained by Kasia at B-One. From the first moment, it felt like the right decision to train at B-One and especially with Kasia. She pays a lot of attention to the details, the shape of your body, what it can handle at each stage of the training -and gives useful and insightful advice to take home in terms of nutrition in order to reach your goal. I can sincerely, thanks to the results I book with each session, recommend Kasia immensely. Her great workouts and professional attitude became a drug I just don't want to get rid of

    Hi! My name is Finlay and I’m a personal coach at B-One. I’ve been coaching since the age of 17, but can say that this is one of the best working environments I have ever experienced. All coaches get along wonderfully, and it is great to see that the coaches actively and passionately care about the clients. It’s not a case of coaching a client for an hour once a week: all coaches are 100% invested in the clients and their results. This was new to me and in my experience , also very unique! It really creates an excellent atmosphere in the gym!

    I trained at B one for 3+ months. As someone who has never trained. The experience at this personal training was amazing. From the very first day, They try to match you with trainer that suits you well. Good think is they are very open to feedbacks. I trained with 5 trainers. Everyone is great at some aspects of training. My main trainer and also with whom i trained the most was Alex. Very smart guy, clearly explains how we can reach our goals, guides you to think long term. Helps me to have videos which i can later look at my regular gym. Alex also helped me with my nutrition. Wichert is another amazing trainer at B-one. I would recommed anyone to atleast have initial free session with them.

    When you have been spoiled with an amazing trainer and move to the other side of Amsterdam.. well, it can be tricky or should I say it's hard to expect to have the same experience in walking distance. However, B-one is amazing. Alex has been my head trainer and he is great; knowledgeable and a great person which all together provides an amazing experience. So are the others that I have worked out with, such as Sebas or Dario. I feel safe, even when struggling with an injury, as they can keep me going offering creative solutions and flexibility when needed. Altogether, a lovely community with true professionals and great facilities!

    Slim Living is a fantastic place to train! I love working with Zoe - she is inspiring and motivating, and really listens to your goals. She goes above and beyond in terms of nutrition and life coaching as well. Clearly very passionate about health and fitness and loves what she does. The owner is really friendly and flexible, and all of the trainers are very professional and well qualified. The decor is chic and the vibe is calming but energizing. The equipment is also high end, and I love that they provide coffee and protein shakes! Excellent experience overall

    I've had a great experience at Slim Living with Jordi. I've enjoyed the personalized training program and the great staff. They are very attentive to your needs, and were very responsive when a exercise started to cause some pain. The exercise was switched to another and the pain went away. Great gym & personal trainers!

    If you want a team that will motivate you and helps you get to your goals, go to B-One Personal Training for the best results. It has been a few months since I’ve started with B-One and I’m already seeing some really good results out of it. I feel a lot better than I used to. My trainer Wichert is really professional and supportive! During the sessions, he explains the exercises really well and he keeps motivating me when I need it. Even during my trips out of Amsterdam they provide me with a simple training plan of exercises to stay active. I’m impressed by their dedication! The place has above all a great atmosphere, where eye for detail, professional coaching is combined with super friendly trainers and great place to be. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to change their lifestyle to a more positive and healthier one!

    Slim Living offers an unique combination: Great personal training, high standards in look & feel, while the place and its people still are relaxed and very approachable. A great environment to really get to know your body and ways to improve it. What I like most about the club: it's not about quick wins and gym stereotypes.     I’ve been working with the team for about 2 months and have already seen and felt a big difference. The training sessions are challenging but achievable, with lots of coaching around technique and correct form. I’ve worked with a few of the different trainers here and the standard is consistently high with them all. The gym itself is also really well equipped and never crowded, there are normally only a couple of other people training at the same time as me. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and it’s a great environment to train in. Alongside the training, the advice and support around nutrition has been super helpful and I have definitely improved the way I approach nutrition and eating.

    I'd recommend training at Slim Living to everyone I know (and I do)! Since starting with Jordi 4 months ago, I've seen great progress both physically and mentally. With my job I struggled to find time to exercise, and now I look forward to every session. The gym has a great atmosphere, the equipment is top class and all of the trainers are friendly and supportive.

    B-One is my favorite place for Personal Training for over five years now. Great results with a smile. A complete program with strong focus on results. I get support with my technique, nutrition advice and a new challenging program every six weeks. Booked the results I wanted (loosing fat, gaining muscle) and now it is easy to keep it this way. Sebastian is always able to surprise me and come up with new challenges. Everything in a great atmosphere. Intense sessions but always with time for some nice conversation and a good laugh

    Excellent gym with very nice trainers on a prime location. My PT Kasia is very professional and kind. She is clear in her explanation how to do all exercises and offers enough variety. With good motivation and a bit of humor she makes me look forward to each training session. After training here for a few months not only my weight and measurements changed but also my posture improved a lot. I highly recommend them both!

    I've been training with B-One for almost six months and can't even describe how good this place is. All of the trainers are nice and ready to help you. If you concentrate on a specific goal (weight loss or getting stronger), a trainer will immediately make a program designed specifically for your abilities, health, and other aspects. Sometimes you can feel intimidated in a gym, but it would never happen at B-One! Thanks a lot!

    I have been training at B-One for about 2 months now and this has really been a great investment in myself. I love the atmosphere of the place (both trainers and clients are friendly people), the sessions give me energy and help me disconnect from work/stress, and I look forward to my sessions each week (coming from someone who generally does not like working out - this means a lot!). My goal has been to lose some fat as well as build strength. As a result of doing the weight-lifting at the gym while also getting their advice on my nutrition, I can already see a difference in my body. My head trainer at the gym is Dany and I really enjoy working with him. Since day 1, I have always felt that my goal has been very clear to him and he always advises me accordingly. He is very attentive and has a good sense of when I can do more (and pushes me to do so) and when I need to take it a step back. His focus, for me, is to ensure that I have good form and that I am doing everything correctly. He keeps an eye on my nutrition as well and comments on my progress each week - both what has been going well and where I can improve. He also always explains why we do things this way or that - and this is something I really like because it helps me absorb the information better. Besides all that - he is just a great guy who is calm, positive, and fun to talk to! :)

    I joined the B-One team at the start of 2023 and have been having a great experience working on my health, diet, and exercise. My trainer, Krulaine, has been extremely helpful and accomodating to my needs and requests, and the progress is definitely showing! The gym has a warm and inviting atmosphere thanks to the small community of regulars and trainers that's built up. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone interested in getting personal training and achieving some new goals.

    Been training @ B-one Jordan for a while now. The whole team is very professional and knowledgeable. So is Sebastian my main coach he knows how to keep challenging me and at the same time make me carry out every excercise in the correct maner so that you work and feel the targeted muscle which avoids injuries. He pushes you to the limit and motivates you to get the best out of you. I look forward to every session!!!! Highly recomended !!!

    I started at B-One in September 2023 and have seen great improvement the last couple of months. I joined recovering from burnout so needed a complete overhaul. My trainer Eva and is fantastic, not only do we get along really well, she is also a great mentor and really cares about my progress. I’m working on my nutrition as a part of the transformation and it really has helped me not only physically but mentally and has got me in a better routine generally. It’s been a positive experience so far and looking forward to hitting more milestones. It’s a great gym with really friendly and knowledgeable trainers.

    Really enjoying B-One Gym! The personalized exercise routines are really well put together: challenging and definitely pushing progress but without forcing into injuries or soreness. Team is very agile to accomodate the customer’s schedule and very attentive! Alex, my personal trainer, is an optimal blend between nice care and attention on the one hand but also relentlessly pushing the limits…as he should! I can really recommend it

    I started training at B One during the pandemic (where gyms could open). What I initially thought would be a short-term commitment has turned into a long-term journey. From the beginning, the gym & trainers have exceeded my expectations. They pay a lot of attention to details, focusing not only on the intensity of the workout but also on proper form and posture (shoutout to my trainers Zoe & Kasia). The positive vibes at B One and supportive environment makes it easy to go work out, and with so many like minded people it feels like a community where next to working out, it's also nice to stay after a training for a chat while drinking a protein shake. And also with great results, feeling much fitter and stronger both mentally & physically.
