I
have
been
training
at
B-One
for
about
2
months
now
and
this
has
really
been
a
great
investment
in
myself.
I
love
the
atmosphere
of
the
place
(both
trainers
and
clients
are
friendly
people),
the
sessions
give
me
energy
and
help
me
disconnect
from
work/stress,
and
I
look
forward
to
my
sessions
each
week
(coming
from
someone
who
generally
does
not
like
working
out
-
this
means
a
lot!).
My
goal
has
been
to
lose
some
fat
as
well
as
build
strength.
As
a
result
of
doing
the
weight-lifting
at
the
gym
while
also
getting
their
advice
on
my
nutrition,
I
can
already
see
a
difference
in
my
body.
My
head
trainer
at
the
gym
is
Dany
and
I
really
enjoy
working
with
him.
Since
day
1,
I
have
always
felt
that
my
goal
has
been
very
clear
to
him
and
he
always
advises
me
accordingly.
He
is
very
attentive
and
has
a
good
sense
of
when
I
can
do
more
(and
pushes
me
to
do
so)
and
when
I
need
to
take
it
a
step
back.
His
focus,
for
me,
is
to
ensure
that
I
have
good
form
and
that
I
am
doing
everything
correctly.
He
keeps
an
eye
on
my
nutrition
as
well
and
comments
on
my
progress
each
week
-
both
what
has
been
going
well
and
where
I
can
improve.
He
also
always
explains
why
we
do
things
this
way
or
that
-
and
this
is
something
I
really
like
because
it
helps
me
absorb
the
information
better.
Besides
all
that
-
he
is
just
a
great
guy
who
is
calm,
positive,
and
fun
to
talk
to!
