This
is
the
top
megaformer
Pilates
operation
in
the
world.
PLTS
has
great
teachers
who
lead
intense
workouts
to
great
dance
music,
on
the
beat
(which
is
unique
and
ideal).
The
equipment
is
the
best
available
and
you
don’t
have
to
bring
your
own
towel.
The
studios
are
spotless
too.
I
might
have
expected
an
equal
to
PLTS
in
Hollywood,
where
this
sort
of
faster
and
more
fun
Legree-style
program
must
have
originated,
but
no.
Not
only
is
there
no
peer
in
LA,
but
also
not
in
New
York,
Chicago,
London
or
Dubai.
They
just
have
lower
energy
substitutes.
And
what
to
say
to
the
one
star
crybabies
here?
Don’t
listen
to
them.
They
are
actually
complaining
about
themselves.
‘I
left
on
vacation
and
my
credits
expired.’
That’s
how
it
works.
‘My
discount
class
pass
gets
me
less
service.’
Duh.
‘These
aren’t
the
boring
stretchy
pilates
that
Joesph
Pilates
would
approve
of.’
True.
He
would
turn
over
in
his
grave.
‘It’s
too
hard.’
Yes
it
is.
It’s
for
people
that
want
a
truly
intense
workout.
Look,
the
first
two
(or
maybe
three)
classes
will
make
you
feel
clumsy.
That’s
true,
but
then
it
becomes
fantastic.
Is
the
clientele
beautiful
and
fit?
Yes.
Were
they
beautiful
and
fit
before
they
started
PLTS?
Probably.
But
I’m
a
55
year
old
man,
and
I’m
setting
the
pace
in
class.
I’ve
never
been
in
as
good
shape
as
I
am
now,
thanks
to
PLTS.
