Took a yin class at this newly opened studio and I (D) was quite amazed! Fresh and clean props, great atmosphere and a knowledgeable teacher who even surprised us with a small hang drum performance at the end of the class.

Marie- Laure is by far the best yoga teacher I have ever had - and I had about 10 by now. Her classes are fun, educational and informative. She customizes each step based on each students needs and limitations. I absolutely love her!

Yoganida is a neat place. I loved the acoustic and spaciousness of the room. I went there to take a class and felt very relaxed afterwards. The owner, Marie Laure thrives to always bring novelty - she organises workshops to support parents, women, etc. and is particularly attentive to creating an atmosphere of wholeness. I highly recommend classes at Yoganida.

Nice, clean, spacious and welcoming studio in the heart of Amsterdam. Gianluca's yin class was by far the best yoga class I've ever had and I did have quite a few, though this was the first one at Yoganida. I'll certainly be back. If there's something in there, occupying your mind, that needs some attention, awareness, release or healing, do know that it will come to the surface. Gianluca is one of those teachers who'll gently push you while holding you, who'll show you possible ways while ecouraging you to find yours and who will, above all, create a safe space for you to acknowledge, explore, dive deeper into and eventually let go of the things you no longer need. Awesome experience!

I love this studio so much! Such a great space, filled with amazing energy and really inspiring teachers. I love coming to Marie-Laure's classes, and also have recently discovered Marlene, who teaches an amazing Power Flow on a Thursday evening. Seriously recommend if you are looking for a studio in Amsterdam that is affordable, friendly and in such a convenient location. It's on One Fit too, so easy for everyone to give it a try!

Yoganida is a gorgeous new studio tucked away in downtown Amsterdam. It is a light, fresh and extremely spacious studio, balanced with a definite sense of cosiness in the furnishings and atmosphere. I attended Marie-Laure's Vinyasa class on Monday afternoon which was a creative flow suitable for yogis of all levels. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful space and amazing staff. Marie-Laure goes out of her way to make sure everyone is comfortable and enjoying the experience.

After waiting 10 minutes in front of the door, the lesson was suddenly canceled after the time it was supposed to start. It would have been nice if this had been reported half an hour earlier...

First time doing Yoga with a friend. We were jousting visiting Amsterdam for a couple of days. Marie-Laure looked after us, tailored a private session to us and we left feeling refreshed and ready to approach Amsterdam in a more relaxed fashion. This session alone has peaked my interest in Yoga and I'll absolutely be trying to apply some of the methods when I get back home. She's amazing - I'm envious of those who can visit Marie-Laure on a regular basis!

The yoga class on the rooftop was an amazing idea, very refreshing, especially after the confinement. I hope there will be other outside sessions ! I also really enjoyed the class itself which felt personalized even with different level students :) Thank you

Best pregnancy and post natal yoga that I have tried in Amsterdam! Marie-Laure‘s classes are super personal and intimate. Great experience, she customises each class depending on the audience and gives lots of useful tips and tricks along the way in how to deal with specific issues. Can only recommend Yoganida!

I regularly take the vinyasa flow classes at Yoganida and am always very satisfied with the lessons of Marie-Laure and the other yoga teachers. Marie-Laure's classes are creative, accessible and challenging at the same time. The guidance always feels personal and each yoga pose is explained perfectly, making the lessons suitable for all levels. The studio is very pleasant and spacious, but it is also nice that online lessons are occasionally given.

Cosy new yoga studio in the heart of Amsterdam !!! I took the slow flow and restorative yoga classes and I enjoyed it a lot! Teachers were very caring about adjusting the different poses. Will definitely come back !

Great welcome on arrival. Good clean environment within the studio. The studio was large, well lit and bright due to the colours used on the walls and flooring. equipment was in good shape also.
