indeed.
The
studio
has
a
really
calming
energy
likewise
the
teachers
have
a
similar
vibe.
I
have
recently
been
to
both
the
restorative
yoga
and
the
yoga
for
beginners
whilst
I'm
recovering
from
an
injury.
-
Restorative
yoga
class
with
Nathalie
(Thursdays
12.00)
are
exactly
as
described
-
deeply
relaxing
for
body
and
mind.
Nathalie's
guidance
was
so
clear
and
her
voice
super
calming.
I
felt
so
relaxed
coming
out
of
the
class,
definitely
recommend
for
anyone
needing
a
timeout,
or
if
you're
needing
some
rebalancing,
or
need
a
body/mind
reboot.
-
Vinyasa
beginners
with
Victoria
(Wednesday
10.15)
a
soothing
vinyasa
class
with
sun
salutations
and
gentle
postures
for
beginners
or
those
wanting
to
slow
it
down/bring
it
back
to
basics.
Victoria
also
brings
a
good
balance
of
body/mind/spirit
to
the
class
so
you
get
a
nice
dose
of
the
good
energy
also.
If
you're
after
a
calming
flow
this
is
for
you.
I'm
still
needing
to
attend
a
more
energetic/power
yoga
flow
so
may
update
my
review
after
I've
had
the
chance
to
attend.
Amenities-
there's
a
change
room
(Inc
showers
and
washroom)
and
unisex
toilets.
The
studio
has
such
a
nice
energy,
more
yoga
vibe
than
what
you
might
find
in
a
gym.
COVID-19
measures-
they
don't
require
masks
in
the
studio,
but
have
the
cleaning
bits
you
need
to
keep
you
disinfected.
I
don't
think
the
showers
are
currently
in
use.
