Cafe Coffee shop

👍👍 I can't praise this place enough. All the 'hipster' cafes were full so we picked this up from Google maps. Doesn't look much from the outside but the coffee and food is excellent. They bake fresh every day and we got lucky as the chocolate croissants had only just been baked. Warm, tasty croissants.... People often mention coffee, Italian, nice, Great, cannoli, staff, good,

I can't praise this place enough. All the 'hipster' cafes were full so we picked this up from Google maps. Doesn't look much from the outside but the coffee and food is excellent. They bake fresh every day and we got lucky as the chocolate croissants had only just been baked. Warm, tasty croissants. Yum. The coffee was also excellent and it was nice to sit and chill for a bit. Only 15 minutes from the museum quarter too and the neighborhood is really nice. I'll be coming back next time I am in Amsterdam.

Owner made us feel like guests in his home. Delicious shrimp sandwiches on the patio. Quick. Tasty and Memorable. Coming back as soon as possible! Awesome coffee.

As a coffee nerd this is the perfect place - ticks all the needed boxes. The team roasts their own coffee (in the Shop, so you can see and SMELL the aroma). The staff was very welcoming, took the time to have a chat with us and served everything at the table. The place is small, but well worth a visit, if not for a long stay then at least for an espresso and some newly roasted coffee beans! Love it

A nice cafe run by Italians. Their coffee menu is very detailed in coffee bean origin and taste. They also offer a range of hot meals.

Awesome coffee , super tasty cookies and cannoli Great service. The guy has a real passion for coffee and something sweet which transcends to the quality of what you get. Homemade cookies, homemade cannoli with homemade mascarpone cream….anyway, straight forward and awesome

The staff is Italian and super friendly. They offer a wide variety of delicious coffees. They also have cakes and sweets. The place is very cozy and the prices are affordable. Highly recommended.

Very nice coffee place in Amsterdam. Wide variety of coffee beans (my favourite are the Ethiopia and Rome ones) which the owner periodically changes with new ones while keeping some classics. The unique characteristic of this shop is the fact the coffee is roasted by the owner himself (who is an expert Italian coffee maker) and also the rest of the products are prepared by the owner and his staff. This makes this place totally different from the rest of the other shops which all offer a similar array of products (e.g. coffee beans from the same 2 suppliers and as well the identical pastry as banana bread, lemon cake, etc.). Very nice location and super friendly staff. Strongly advised!

Neighborhood Italian cafe run by a charming character. Italian music adds to the atmosphere. Quiet street with beautiful apartments. Local feel. Cortado was smooth and easy. Croissants baked on the premises .. plain, apricot, chocolate & almond. Must visit if you’re in the area.

One of the best coffees in de Pijp area. And if you accompany it with one of their cakes.... just perfect. Love it that there are different blends to try.

Last customers at 15:30 and spoke with the lovely man from Rome! He was generous and polite, had a great experience, loved the "Espresso Tonic" and my girlfriend enjoyed her oat milk hot chocolate(made traditionally), if you visit you MUST try thr Canolli! All in all a rewarding and fantastic experience, Grazie Mille!

Such a warm, cosy vibe — the lovely Italian man running the place, the music, the environment. Even the other customers were friendly to me. The coffee was excellent, probably the best I’ve had in my stay here. And of course, you can’t NOT have the cannoli. I had mine with hazelnut ricotta and it was divine.

When it comes to having coffee it always makes sense to search for Italians. The owner was talkative and gave some great suggestions, but I think the cannoli are the highlight seeing as they fill them with your choice of filling directly before serving (as it should be done). Great place to stop for a coffee and some sweets when in de Pijp.

We stopped here quickly to grab a coffee to go on our way to start our busy day, and it was by far the best americano/coffee my friends and I have had all week. We talked about going back again, but never made it back there. Wish we would’ve bought a bag of beans, it was that good!

Great cake and instead of coffee I had the thickest cup of hot chocolate ever with a tasty but quite dense piece of lemon cake. The pistachio cannoli was also tatsy. They need to fix the front door though, it's hard to close and leaking cold air.

We happened to walk by this quaint little shop looking for a place for breakfast. I love Italian coffee and decided to walk in, I’m glad we did. Not only was the service friendly and quick, the coffee was amazing, the food was also fresh and delicious. I loved it, will be going back!

I just love their espresso with good fruity tones. You'll get a glass of water without asking. The bar is not as trendy as others in this street, but it feels very local and relaxed. It's being run by very kind Italians. Try out their cookies! Sandwiches I haven't tried out yet, but will soon for sure.

Great family run coffee house. It's been a while since I've taken a double take after taking a sip of espresso. It was delicious and perfectly foamy. The food was also yummy. The atmosphere was quiet and friendly. I'd gladly have coffee here every day if I could.

Especially after renovations, the place looks and feels like home. Wonderful atmosphere Best coffee in the city Best cannoli ever.

True Italian coffee from Italian people. Great coffee and the paninis are my favorite. It’s not an Instagram worthy interior but actually that might be the charm of it. Just a place with good food and nice staff. They even served me a cappuccino in the afternoon, even though that is forbidden ;).

Due to a connection flight cancelled I had the chance to walk around Amsterdam for a few hours and I randomly choose this place for breakfast, great decision the eggs and the coffee were great, and super nice staff.

Visited based on many good reviews. However, we were unpleasantly suprised how horrible the coffee was. We ordered v60 since there were 6 types of coffee to choose from. What we got was something we did not expect - the preparation of v60 was done in front of us and ended in 15 seconds. The coffee was grinded soooo coarse that it flew through the (extremely dark roasted) coffee so quickly. We ended up with awfuly smelling water, which suposed to be coffee. Slightly coloured water with no taste at all. Sadly, waste of coffee. Food was quite average, nothing I could not do at home. So nothing to spend money on. Staff was nice, good location.

We had breakfast here by chance and it was AMAZING 🤩. THE place to visit for all coffee lovers. They have monthly special coffee blends. I had two cappuccinos and the milk foam was just so perfect. 😍 And as if this was not great enough, the food was fantastic! HIGHLY recommend to visit this cafe!

👍 A cozy restaurant with a view. I liked those Avocado chips very much. Comparatively budget friendly in central Amsterdam. (More ideal for a coffee date.) They are providing white bread with steak. . . PS: Don’t forget to reserve a table and visit the restaurant.
