😠 Most underwhelming avocado toast I ever had in my life. The savoury vegan options where only available from 'lunch time' so I opted for the toast (usually comes with egg) -made vegan without egg. Really really sad, no sauce or other vegetable and the price was almost 9 euros, even with the egg looke... People often mention good, service, coffee, breakfast, museums, great, nice, friendly, fresh, location,

Most underwhelming avocado toast I ever had in my life. The savoury vegan options where only available from 'lunch time' so I opted for the toast (usually comes with egg) -made vegan without egg. Really really sad, no sauce or other vegetable and the price was almost 9 euros, even with the egg looked sad. One of us also got pancakes which were super dry with the skimpiest amount of syrup ever. No soap in the women's toilet and slow service

Visited here three times in our stay here, twice for breakfast, once for lunch! All were very tasty with great vegetarian options. The location is great, the prices are reasonable and the setting is nice. Highly recommend!!

Average coffee shop and okay food. Good service. The place was overall just okay but it’s near the art museums which is a good location. Moderately clean, has a bathroom, and free wifi.

Our table ordered a variety of dishes, including the mushroom toast, quinoa salad, and pumpkin pancakes. While all the dishes were good, they weren't particularly filling. The pancakes were on the smaller side. I was particularly impressed with the green detox smoothie; refreshing and flavorful. The restaurant's atmosphere is pleasant, and the service was notably quick. These factors contributed to a satisfying overall dining experience. They have lots of vegetarian options.

Stylish and very yummy place for coffee, cake and breakfast! Love the furniture. Very popular, friendly service, great food. Even for dairy and glutenfree there is a tasty brownie;) My favourite is the cheesecake !

Our favorite breakfast place we frequent with each visit to Amsterdam. Most excellent coffee & fresh, healthy foods prepared perfectly and plated nicely. Breakfast, lunch only & reasonable. Great coffee-to-go as well. The familiar servers are friendly & efficient. Love the decor & tile stairs. Great job Blushing as we frequent your establishment several times a week this Sept/Oct and past visits, too.

This place is too good. The food is extremely flavorful, and service is quick and nice. Location is amazing, too, and not too much food on each plate. Definitely recommend, tourist or local.

Absolutely amazing acai bowl! Enjoyed the different textures and flavours Wasn't too keen on the rooibos tea but that's because I was unfamiliar with it

The service was really good we were so impressed! we had a reservation to make and they made sure that our food was made quickly. The food was sooo good and it tasted fresh. Igot the sawdee chicken sandwich and my friends got wings (she said they were really good) and scrambled eggs and coffees to takeaway. Couldn’t have asked for more! 5/5

Good service, nice staff and good food. A little bit expensive, align with the rest of the city.

Nice and elegant coffee shop. Very friendly people taking orders. In my opinion it's a very good place to have a really good breakfast before visiting Van Gogh museum or an excellent place for a coffe break when reading at the Modern Art Library close to Vondelpark. My favourite: latte macchiato is spectacular.

Delicious! I ate Brie or goat cheese open faced on thick multi grain bread with lettuce, walnuts and pomegranate anvils. Heavenly! My husband ate a chicken curry style sandwich and the meat was full of flavor. Sooo good!!!

Nice vibe cafe in great location near the museums. Excellent service. Awesome food. There was a queue to get in as the cafe was full but we didn’t have to wait long for a table. Highly recommended.

I really liked this place. It has a very modern and inclusive feel to it. The prices were also very okay for the area. Note that the mashed avocado with poached egg is one egg whereas with omelet or scrambled eggs it's more eggs if that matters to you. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come again.

We came here because it was around the corner where we were staying. The menu selection was amazing. The atmosphere and their coffee menu is excellent. My daughter liked the way the Dutch make their mint tea fresh. However, the downfall to our visit here was the service from a lady with blond hair (I don’t think everyone will be like that). My daughter has nut allergies and we stated that beforehand before ordering. Not sure if there was a language barrier but we ordered two items both with nuts. No apologies for misunderstanding or anything as we had to pay and waste food my daughter couldn’t eat. Anyway, since we were here, we found something ourselves with no nuts and thought we leave a review and not a generous tip. Since I have no nut allergies, I ate the Cinderella pancake that was made with almond milk. A bit too chewy and dense so make sure to add enough maple syrup to soften it. Good to come here for a coffee and if you have no food sensitivities.

We were looking forward to tasting this menu. The service was great. Friendly staff. The atmosphere was busy and loud. The menu looks better than it tasted. The two items we chose were slightly underwhelming in flavour. Will be back again to try in the future.

Cake was good but coffee was not good enough. Staff was friendly and music was interesting😄 ( club vibe music )

The place is only for tourists, with a menu only in English. Prices are high, quality is middle or cakes are even from yesterday. Mint tea is a glass of warm water with some fresh leaves of mint is 4 eur. The only plus is the time of opening, for early bird visitors of Museums.

The best carrot cake ever ! My husband and I come here very very often to eat carrot cake and coffee. In all our years of travel we haven’t eaten better carrot cake there is just something about this one. Also the ambience is super relaxing yet peppy, not to mention Felina always gives us such a warm welcome every time we come - feels like coming to eat at a friends place, since we live in the neighbourhood.. Thank you team Blushing for serving us yummy carrot cakes lovingly..

Great cafe with a lovely menu. We went there twice and had dessert as well as breakfast. Fairly reasonable prices and food was fresh. Staff were helpful but could have been a bit more smiley when dealing with us. Highly recommend 👌🏽

Ended up here after a museum! I I will say it ended up taking 20 minutes to flag down a waiter to pay for our bill even after walking up and asking for the bill - so service is a little slow. You have to be willing to wait. I also feel like the food is ok and the majority of the crowd is probably due to the proximity of the museums and attractions around. In other words, I thought the food was ok, the coffee was good, but it isn't something I'd go out of my way for. It does have cute vibes though and is a great place to sit after a ton of museums. Matcha cheesecake ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - so good but the top was way overwhelming. Like diabetes sweet. We separated the matcha part from the crust and ate it crust -> 1/4 of the topping Amsterdam apple pie ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - a little to cinamonny or overly sweet at bites - wish it was warm - liked the apples, was fresh Cortado ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - pretty solid!

We stopped twice at Blushing during our recent trip to Amsterdam. We liked the variety of food offerings, including smoothie options. They were healthy and nicely presented. We also liked the chic atmosphere and the vibe of the place. Our server, Feline, was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Blushing. Bill and Tatyana S.

Great spot for a healthy breakfast before hitting the museums. Didn't try the coffee but the ginger shot they have is super strong. The smoothie was nice but not exceptional. Same for the scrambled eggs, good but nothing to write home about. Service very quick and efficient.

The atmosphere is nice, location is good. The service was relatively quick. However, (1) the scrambled eggs was definitely not the best one I have ever eaten. (2) Was it eggs or an egg? The size of the dish was really small (on my photo you see avocado and cheese that I ordered for extra payment). (3) The music is a bit too loud and for sure not to everyone’s liking. Thus, 3*

Perfect spot if you want to grab something on the go, really good coffee with several types of nut milks. They are all into the vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and no refined sugar movement so you can find whatever suits you best, both in savory and sweet option.

Absolutely amazing place for breakfast. We went back the next day for breakfast. Such a great ambience. Great service. And great food and coffee! Right across the street from Van Gogh Museum.

First time in Amsterdam and we happened upon this lovely place. The food was delicious and the staff was very polite. Would happily eat there again.

Nice find for a museum day! Great coffee and lived the fresh, tasty, (mostly) healthy selections. I had the protein pancake...think tasty crepe. And a happy decor...floor and ceiling show attention to detail that is applied to all aspects.

Ordered hot chocolate and buckwheat pancakes with wild berries and it was delicious. Really nice spot and wonderful ambient. Took a bit to get served but it was worth it. Right next to the Van Gogh Museum

Food was good. Price was on the high side but definitely worth it. Disappointed they had ran out of apple pie, but the lunch filled us up anyway. The risotto was very nice and filling even with no meat. Good location for when you’re visiting the museums. Quick service at first but waited 15 minutes for just a bottle of water that we only received when we was ready to leave.

Perfect breakfast spot. We felt like our meal here gave our digestive systems a reset in the best way. Super fresh food and so delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommend the acai bowl and salmon salad

The decor and the service were the only things that I liked. Drinks: ginger shot was super bad, and I think it is rude that they don’t serve tap water. Also, I wouldn't say I liked the choice of fruits in the açai bowl Food: not even the scrambled eggs were good - they were dry, and the taste was terrible.

Had a quick family breakfast there before visiting museums. Spent €37 but they refused to give my wife extra hot water for the tea we had paid for, saying they don’t give refills. Tasty food small portions and lacking generosity. It wasn’t like we were planning to spend the day here. Our entire visit was about 30 minutes.

That was really tastetastic! The Acai Bowl with Chia, Banana, Kiwi, Pomegranate etc. was delicious and the coffee, too. And let me add the outstanding interieur design concept! Very cool and artistic. We will return tomorrow for breakfast =)

👍👍 The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why. The staff were also very well-...
