Nice/kind girl serving coffee as always all over the world, tastes great! This time took my mum for a treat of espresso macchiato (c-u soon as my 2 bank cards both paid after one was not recognised as approved but both cards were. I called.....no problem, come this week or after, show bank statements and all will be all right. I never came back...consider it a tip! thank you

I recently had an experience at one of your Starbucks locations that I wanted to share. Starbucks typically offers a warm and consistent environment, which is why this encounter felt contrasting.After purchasing a drink, I inquired about eating a small outside food item (a bar) within the store, understanding that this was in line with Starbucks' policy. An employee told me that this was not permitted. While I respect store guidelines, it was not just the message but the manner in which it was conveyed that affected my experience. The employee's dismissive facial expression left me feeling uncomfortable. Further adding to my confusion was observing the store manager consuming their own food in the store. This created a sense of inconsistency regarding the rules about outside food and their enforcement. Effective communication goes beyond words. The tone, body language, and overall consistency play a significant role, especially in customer service environments. I share this feedback as an opportunity for reflection and potential improvement, not as a criticism. I genuinely value Starbucks and its commitment to providing a consistent and welcoming experience. I look forward to continued positive visits in the future.

Went there by the brand name, but the staff at counter was rude and arrogant. Told them that we are gonna have pur drinks here at the cafe even though they put our drinks in takeaway cups. The muffin we ordered was stale as well. No proper cleanliness!

A very good branch of the iconic starbucks, it has several seats inside and outside . Also the coffee is very good and the staff is friendly.

Worst service and experience ever! We never really visit starbucks cause we're not a huge coffee fan. The first time we went to this location, about a month ago, was awful! The lady at the desk named VALENTINA didn't know what a warm welcome was. While we ordered our drink she was like: 'Yeh.... you done?' We had a really bad vibe around her. Also we waited 15 (!!) Minutes on our drink while there we only 2 customers ahead of us. Yesterday we went another time. We said to each other let's try it one more time at this place. Now there was another lady at the cash desk named ANDREA. I'm sorry, but this lady didn't greet us, looked down on us, didn't talk and didn't even said the total amount that we had to pay. She asked which name they had to put on the cup, but I didn't hear it so I asked her, excuse me what did you say? And Andrea yelled: YOUR NAME!!?. I said this is the last time we ever come here!!!!!!!!! Please avoid this starbucks location.

I'll give it one star only because the shift manager took time to listen to our complaint. Because the lady behind the counter was by far the rudest person I've come across. We even started with hello, and she didn't reply and looked annoyed we were there. I gave her my order and she didn't say anything at all, while she was looking down on us. At the end when I told her I'd like the grande size, she shrug her shoulders as it didn't matter. Same for my friends' order right after. And at the end she asked our name, but so soft and barely through her teeth but got annoyed when we didn't understand her. I thought maybe I was too hard on her, but seeing other people writing reviews about the same issue, made me publish this one. And no, Starbucks, I don't need a voucher for the bad experience, I need your personnel to do better next time. If there will be a next time.

We chose to sit and have a coffee in this Starbucks so we could relax for some time. We put our order, and after we pay the manager tells us they will be closing soon. At 4.30. It’s 4.20. She should have told us that before we put our order, so we could decide if we wanted to stay or not.

I visited this location yesterday at 4:35pm and it closed already. I thought it closed at 5pm as Google map indicated. Can someone just update the operation hours in google map? Again, why does Starbucks close so early?

A great place to get things done over a coffee and a bite. It's just a shame that its internet speed is no more than 4mb.

Just like any other Starbucks, a little more dirty if you ask me because of lots of tourists who just won't clean up after themselves. The personell we met was actually really nice but WHY do they close at 4 PM?????????

Bartenders were very polite with non-native English speakers. They have plugs to charge your devices and Capuccino tastes good

We were there this afternoon where we asked for something to drink just before they close, nobody told us that we had to leave. The person who worked there did everything possible for us to leave!! to the point that I had to explain to her that we had to finish our drinks, we met an aggressive and offensive person! to the point that we came home and made a complaint! you pay to consume something that "is not cheap"!!!! and on top so rude!! offensive!! I won't come back with someone like that!!!!!

Second time Starbucks disappointed us.. The "signature" Hot chocolate was so meh! No flavr Of chocolate.. Just some lightly flavoured milk! And another time a very tasteless latte!
