This is the dirtiest Starbucks that I have ever visited. When I entered the door, i saw many tissues, plastic, and other small trash on the floor. Tables and chairs are not also well organised. Beside, they have a good service, nice drinks since the quality is well maintained. We ordered the same drink in Indonesia and here and their tastes are the same, nice one! I recommend you to regularly check on the cleanliness on the table or the floor. But overall this place is recommended to be visited.

Worst ever Starbucks experience So far!!!!!! -Absolutely long time waiting -Extremely rude staff -dirty area (food dust and empty cups were everywhere) -and plastic cups without Starbucks logo! If all mentioned above,why we need to spend so much money for it!!!!Better go to AH to go

No. Consistency goes 1st. It is not the same product I asked in other places . The 1st picture is salted caramel cold brew in this location. And 2nd picture is just 10km away. You make the call

I don’t understand why the milk has to be always burned here! I saw that the employees leave the milk boiling without even touching it cause it becomes sooo hot that they might get burned. BURNED MILK IS POISON. YOU GUYS SHOULD WARM UP THE MILK WHILE HOLDING THE CONTAINER IN YOUR HAND AND WHEN YOUR HAND FEELS WARM THAT’S THE SIGNAL THAT YOU HAVE TO STOP THE HEATING. I had a cappuccino in my hands for 20 minutes now and it’s still warm as lava. Do you think this is normal????

Long queues at this branch despite the station itself not being overly busy. Really short staffed with just one person on the till and one making drinks, the barista was pretty quick once you got your order placed but you could see they were under a lot of pressure. The staff were really friendly. They had to inform you at the till that International bank cards (and Starbucks app) would not work on their system so it was Dutch cards or cash only - it would probably make their life easier if there was signage about this to save people from queueing first. Can't fault the staff but they need more support for sure. Drink was made correctly and was reliably good.

Fraud!!! 10/07/22 !! In the morning the Captain of the Starbucks asked me for a croissant and large Americano 7.2 eur, I asked why is too much.. She just push a button and said the right price 4.9 eur and even didn't say sorry... Looks like it's normal for her... Burned croissants and rude staff!!! Especially today's shift !!! 08/07/22 at 8:30 They made me unhappy for rest of the day !!!!!

Slowest service I’ve ever seen in my life! I went there 30 minutes before my train but I had to leave before getting my coffee to catch my train because the staff were talking and laughing with each other while 20 people were waiting for their order. Honestly, wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!

Very busy with a long line, but super cool inside and has a lavish interior.

Cappuccino was red hot, tongue-burning lava-hot. A cappuccino should be warm, lukewarm, around 60°C to achieve the perfect foam, not red-hot. Because at higher temperatures the foam will vanish quite quickly. This quite kills the Cappuccino experience. For around 4,50 €, you'd expect a perfect cappuccino . When I mentioned it to the staff they said that was the temperature they had to make it at. Obviously they have not been well instructed, All in all, I can't blame the staff, they're doing as they've been told, They do their best, for a lousy wage.

April 2023: Hi. Let me say in the beginning that I am always sad to give this mark to an establishment, and especially Starbucks, which I think is the best place ever for me to get the latte I like. The staff themselves are fine, some of them going above and beyond to welcome guests. 5+/5 My main complaint is cleanliness. I've come in and ordered a venti latte macchiato, to sit in. I've had a tough time finding a clean place to sit (pictures added), and the mug had some baked-in stains (removable by scratching). I own a couple of such venti mugs at home, and can't help wondering what must have happened to have that dirt so badly baked in. Overall, I shared this with the staff and left both my latte macchiato and the establishment.

I am always a Starbucks fan and been ordering in this branch many times since I always travel back and forth to Amsterdam. This morning really had a bad experience with their service. So unfriendly and no smile at all even you greeted them and showing a friendly smile. One staff even chewing gum while at the cashier. Ask them nicely and they answered back so impolite.

Rude staff No welcome at all. Miserable horror every member of staff. They over charged me 3 euros. No apology just chucked 3 euros in my hand not even on regund on card. Disgusting customer service. All Young staff may I add. Who employs these people they need training to Smile. I work with young staff I always expect a Smile . I said to the staff Smile its free they were shocked I even mentioned the word This is not acceptable behaviour No communication with the customer they stand no speech at all. This is a tourist attraction holiday place people need to be treated with courtesy.. Atmosphere awful with miserable staff. They need to be trained or sacked plenty people out there who are friendly looking for work. Busy or quiet you still should smile. They are in the wrong job needcto be back of house

More expensive than other Starbucks locations in the city. Also, what’s with opening hours here? How can you only be open from 10 to 5 at central station??

Just few minutes ago,I accidentally dropped my matcha latte,there were only two staffs working and a bit busy.I went to the counter and reported the situation.Though it's been a long day for these two nice people,they still smiled and gave me a replacement..The company please keep these kind of staff because you rarely find them..Thank you very much..

Usual Starbucks but way more crowded due to being located in the busiest spot in the city. Expect to wait quite some time for your coffee.

I don't think I ever had a good customer-service related experience here. Staff is often very pre-occupied, and have a rude way of dealing with customers. My last visit was the last one, though. The way the cashier both encountered me and the guest ahead of me was astonoshing, making fun of accents when speaking english, repeatingly stating she can't understand neither of the english-speaking geusts (she would be the first one I encountered who does not understand my english). And apparently, if you don't want your pastries in a paper--bag, if you want to sit down, you have to state so before you order. They do not need to ask, she brutally informed me, and I should have known better and stated so beforehand. + Good location, at central stataion (no need to scan OV to enter) - Slow service - Rude staff (most of the times)

Very crowded, not well organized, not that fast in delivering the order. The view is good.

Starbucks in a busy train station. It’s got great views of the water, cyclists racing by and confused tourists trying to find their way, of which I am one. But the Centraal has free wifi and Starbucks doesn’t kick you out until closing time.

Went there to order a frappuccino 30 mins before my train, expecting to finish it before I even got on. Unfortunately, exactly half an hour later I had to leave without receiving my order, as I had no more time to wait. Horribly long experience, would not recommend this location to anyone.

Excellent shop, great location and view. WC close by. Great service and drinks.
