Loved the waffel with salmon and the eggs with sausages, very tasty! The highlight is the butter cookie that comes with coffee. Nice people! And it’s possible to sit outside in the sun!

Very nice brunch in west Amsterdam. Almost only locals and good food menu. The service could be a bit better as she was a bit overwhelmed and didn’t speak very well English. Good place though, will be back for the salmon waffles. Just maybe expand the menu a bit with some more vegan options, would be great!

Local hero is a nice cozy cafe that we bumped into. We tried their pancake stack, sandwich, banana bread and juices. The food was amazing. The Pancakes were nice and fluffy. The banana bread was also very nice with a right amount of flavour and sweetness. The freshly squeezed orange juice was full of pulp and it was very refreshing. Their team is also very friendly. A definite try!

Cosy place in Amsterdam west, furniture & atmosphere are on point. Dishes are slightly over-priced for what you get in the plate but nothing unusual for Amsterdam lately. The coffee was good and the dessert (vegan chocolate cake) was delicious. Service is okay nothing bad or outstanding. Small watch-out place can be full of small kids in the morning, it can get loud.

Coffee is fine, just another hipster cafe. They charge 15 euros for their laptop table, which even given the current economy seems excessive—and is a good reason not to go back, too bad

Amazing find in the not touristy part of Amsterdam. Food is creative, delicious and well plated, the coffee is amazing.

We had a nice breakfast here at Sunday. We manage to find a table quickly, but after us people were waiting about 5 minutes to be sited. Food was good and service was quick and friendly!

This is a good cafe for brunch. The waffles were very tasty and unique.

Worst service experience ever. This is the worst place I’ve ever decided to stay to work from laptop for less than two hours..So, this clever cafe, charges 15€ per person to use the co-working space and use this amount of money for drinks and food. However, this place as it’s very noisy is not even a great spot to work from. During my less than 2h in there, I wanted to change from the coworking table to the sofa (which seems like noone ever uses). The owner or chef (not sure) of the space, immediately spotted me and said its impossible to stay in the sofa. When I said that I need a quiet spot as I was on my laptop, he said “this is a restaurant,not an office” while charging 15€ for vistors to use a “co-working table”. Long story-short, I would never suggest this place to anyone local in the area that is looking to enjoy a coffee and work for few hours.. plus the food was nothing special and too expensive for the quantity and taste.

I’ve been coming here for coffee for years because it’s the closest spot to my place. Been inside a couple of times with friends but mostly got it to go. Today I went there to work and literally wasn’t allowed to sit with my laptop anywhere - inside nor outside. There was one “working” table but you had to spend over 15€ to sit there. Insane, will never go here again. What a shame. You say you're passionate about serving excellent breakfast and lunch, but really you just want to cash in 15 euro minimum for people at the "laptop table". If you want people to enjoy your food would be nice if you didn't try so hard to rip them off. Who are you to decide when I should enjoy it? What a turn off.

This place is great to take a breakfast! The coffee is great and also the toast and the granola. The ingredients were very fresh and lovely placed at the plate. The staff was super nice and friendly. You can sit in the sun or take a seat at a shadow place or inside.

Nice coffee. Ridiculous that they do wine pairing suggestions on their menu. It’s basically a breakfast/brunch menu (scrambled eggs, pancakes, tosti’s etc), where they suggest to DRINK WINE with it. Plus they can’t make a tosti without salsa for some reason (they’re apparently pre-made, but how hard is it to make a fresh one with just cheese?). Will not be coming back here, not my thing.

An amazing cafe for breakfast - we would have gone twice in three days but it was closed this morning (Monday). I had the salmon waffles, my partner the sausage and eggs dish, both were incredible! And the coffees were also top notch.

Bit of a “local disaster” if you ask me. 15euro minimum spend means I couldn’t stop in for a coffee and had to leave. Complete joke. Pretty substandard coffee and not great food at all. As a local there are fortunately much better options around

Creamy latte, soft croissants, natural apple juice, great eggs combo and friendly staff...overall 10/10

Amazing food! Already went twice and this time now just got the salad with chicken extra. The chicken skin is CRISPY and the bread served next to it is still warm 😍 served with a bit of butter. The owner and his team are all really nice. 100% recommend! Continue like this please!
