Few days ago I have been in the store next to Dam Square and the meal it was better than in the one in Rokin , I ordered the same plate and it was poor, almost no avocado on top and instead of salad we got chips. They told me that depends of the chef but I don’t think that’s a good answer. I came here expecting the same and it wasn’t, I don’t think I will be back to this one. I’m going to add the photos so you can improve the service

This cafe was such a little gem but it feels like it really did a downturn post covid. The staff are nice but service is very slow and there's constant little mistakes (bringing english breakfast instead of earl grey, forgetting to bring cuttlery). The dishes also sound way better on the menu than what you get, for the price the presentation leaves a lot to be desired. The vegan avocado toast with grilled veggies is nice, but not the best mix of veggies (courgette, bell peppers, onion). The pollo club was fine as well but very simple. A lot of pastries options.

Cute coffee shop close to the centre! I just had a coffee but the cakes and sweet treats looked amazing. Reasonably priced and staff were very helpful.

What should be a nice birthday surprise turned into a shock. This is a cake they sent us. A pre-ordered one! Frozen, dry and extremely messy and ugly. So so so disappointing. Judge for yourself from the pictures.

Quite a busy place but a good one for breakfast or lunch. Depending on when you arrive you might need to wait a little bit, but in our case we managed to get a seat immediately. The restaurant is quite busy and the seating area is quite small. The upstairs are is s bit bigger but there's still not a lot of room there. It can also get quote loud of there's a lot of people. The service is okay and the staff is friendly and helpful. The wait after you order is pretty long. We had to wait fairly long for our drinks to arrive and the food was an even longer wait. With how busy this place is I understand there's a wait but it is for sure something to keep on mind. The dinks are nice and maybe even a bit on the sweeter side of things and they also give you the option to swap out regular milk for oat milk. The food takes a while to get to you do be prepared to spend some time just waiting. The food is really nice and tasty. The bread is crisp and soft and the ingredients are fresh. They have quite big serving sizes so you won't feel hungry after. Overall it's a good place to go but if you are on a rush or have a lot of people in front of you waiting on line it might be better to go to another spot. I definitely think that the waiting time could be a big negative but in our case the food was worth waiting for.

I actually went to the store becuz of the rainbow cake but it was sold out. So I bought this red velvet instead. It tasted AMAZING guyssss. The cake was moist and not too sweet. Also it had a really nice flavour to it. The cream cheese was totally on point. The staffs there were friendly ^^ Highly recommended ❤️

Best cake I've ever eaten. Great location and friendly service. Quite affordable price. One piece (5€) can easily be for two people.

Nice place to visit. The thing that I liked the most is the behavior of the girls (from staff) on the second floor and their beautiful smile. They made me want to come again and more than once. I recommend you to visit it! Thank you guys for your service, Ahmed

Every now and again my friends and I feel like a high tea and have had mixed experiences. This place exceeded our expectations! What a pleasant surprise! Amazing service, excellent and plentiful food, special different kinds of tea that aren't common. Will be coming back for sure! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Perfect Matcha! Super great latte art. Just don’t like atmosphere. Don’t like a lot service but I will forgive because of tasty coffee.

We were sat in a corner upstairs, we were completely invisible to the staff. The people working there looked stressed and uncomfortable. They took 20 minutes to take our order and we got the food before we got the drinks. It took them another 25 minutes to clear the table. Made eye contact with a couple servers to order something more and we were ignored, the food was boring and cheap ingredients, very basic but not bad, just boring. Only good thing is the cake here, it’s their signature thing but it seems like they pay no attention to the quality of the other food items that they sell.

Don't order hot food. €11 and took 55 minutes for this (took them 25 minutes to tell me they didn't have the pancakes I ordered)... Hmmmmm disappointing. Croque madame always seemingly just had bread piled on top with nothing between, wouldn't have harmed to stick another slice of cheese in there.

A cozy café - it took a solid 10 min to get seated, the staff seemed busy and not very attentive. Once the hostess saw us waiting we got some attentive service. Then proceeded to wait to get serviced and waited a solid 15 min to have our cakes arrive. We ordered a buttercreme vanilla cupcake and a tripler laver chocolate cake. The chocolate cake were an absolute masterpiece but the cupcake was horrible, my girlfriend didnt even finish it. The cream was almost as hard as butter, seemed like it had sat in a cooler all day. The prices were reasonable, though 3 euro for a bottled 200ml chocomel was a bit high

Okay, after a bumpy start of the day (coffee-wise) this place really fixed it all. At around 9am on Sunday it was empty of people and full of delicious cakes, which I, obviously, could not resist. The guy at the counter has been super friendly and super helpful, even though I had my camera hanging around my neck, which infallibly identified me as a nastiest tourist breed. The coffee was really good, the cake was delicious albeit too sugary for my taste. Really nice encounter and I would wholeheartedly recommend you to pop in.

Just yummy!!! Delicious hot chocolate with whip cream and red velvet cake. Definitely recommend, and the staff is really nice. 4 stars just because we had to wait +/- 15 minutes.

If you are craving a big slice of delicious cake at the perfect location, then this is a place for you. I've visited De Drie Graefjes numerous times since I moved to The Netherlands, I've taken many friends there and tasted all of their cakes and I've never once been disappointed. Having their red velvet cake with a coffee always gives you a sense of satisfaction - especially, after a long walk in the city. I am a big fan of their carrot cake and the apple crumble with whipped cream, but the different types of cheese cake are equally delicious as well. Also, the service is friendly and professional. So De Drie Graefjes definitely deserves 5 stars.

The cake is quite good ! Won‘t say it‘s the best red velvet of my life but it is definitely great for your sugar cravings. We also tried the chocolate cheesecake and the coffee was good too !

Really nice cakes, but sometimes it’s a bit of hit or miss on whether you’ll get a dry cake or not. This time the hummingbird cake was great, but the turtle cake very dry. Service was friendly though, and we got a great view outside.

👍👍 The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why. The staff were also very well-...
