Very helpful staff.

First of I used to be a seasonal customer. This year they just took the money of my order and never sent anything. I tried to contact them via Email and Phone multiple times but never got a reply. I know they received the money because the order was approved on the website. The lack of costumer service of you dont actually go to the store in Amsterdam is quite horrible. I still feel robbed..

Beware of the Online Shop! You could lose your money, as I did! 2 month before I ordered some merchandise with the online shop. And my experience was not good. Merchandise was NOT delivered, despite very high shipping costs for such small items. 7.50€ (and for 2.50€ you can send an envelope as REGISTERED). Hey, who is sending unregistered envelopes in today's e-commerce world 8-) So, after 2 months now. No delivery. No Tracking Number. No nothing. Money gone. Thank you, Sensi Seeds. I will buy somewhere else and never come back.

Look. You are in Amsterdam. Cannabis heaven. Everything cannabis-related is at your disposal 'round the clock all year round. While it may be a taste of the creamy maroc more to your liking, or an indoor strain from the Netherlands is something you really want to try during your stay. All the while you also have the wonderful oppertunity to have some of the heaven sent herb with you home in the form of seeds. Sensi Seeds is a prominent shop that obviously has made seeds selling big business. So I walked in there in hope of getting some quality seeds since this place obviously must have a certain degree of expertise under their belt. However, the seeds and the resulting plants that I got were more than disappointing. No buds no product. choose someone else for your seed shopping guys. Just giving you guys a heads up. There are multiple other fine seed shops around town - I highly suggest any of those!

One of the better shop for fresh seeds and good quality guarantee if you want it. Also you can buy vaporizers and some merch.

Great quality CBD eliquids which is what I was there for and the workers are fairly knowledgeable around CBD and it's beneficial properties. Not to mention the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately they don't have over 400mg CBD eliquids

I made an order back in December and only one seed packet was sent even though I ordered several. They never sent tracking number. They took about 3 weeks to answer multiple emails, and said they were sending the rest of my package but they haven't and they won't give me a refund. Avoid their online shop.

Had a pack of 5 seeds, none germinate and they basically called me a liar. Had to fill in 2 forms!! It was like applying for DSS. Oh yeh they're great when they work but come on, we spend around £5 a seed , they can at least work. Who would spend £25 on anything and accept it not working??? Never again. Plenty other suppliers. Have you noticed they only reply to positive reviews! Strange but informative. They don't care if you have a problem!!! Be warned. A company that ignores it's complaints is a company you should ignore.

I made an order for three seed packets and 1 bottle of CBD oil. Only one of the seed packets arrived. I made this order two months ago. It took them almost two weeks to reply after I emailed over and over again, tweeted and left a bad review on FB. They lied and said they were shipping the rest of my order out and it would arrive in 3 to 10 business days. That was January 23rd. No sign of a new package. I will never order from this company again. I have been ordering from them for years. They steal your money. Horrible business.

I bought three then five seeds. They were ok . Nothing special. Then I paid 70 odd € for ten " super skunk " seeds ( ! ) They didn't even germinate ! Don't waste your time or money !
