Worst experience ever!! We were picking up an order. First we waited at the entrance because the website for the pickup says so. But no one showed up. Then we asked a male staff to get our purchase. He told us to wait, he will get it for us. We waited for like 30min, saw the male staff walking pass us several times and avoiding eye contact with us and then disappeared upstairs. After we asked another staff, he talked to the manager and she brought us the order within seconds with the excuse that they had trouble finding us. I'm sorry but how can one not find this colourful hair!!!!! We were just sitting/standing next to the counter. GET PROFESSIONAL and learn how to deal with customers in a right way

According to strange, ridiculous rules, I was not allowed to stand in the fitting room corridor and was kicked out into the store with clothes. Although the traffic was minimal and I was not bothering anyone. Instead of helping my wife choose clothes, I stood like an idiot at the entrance. Of course, they don't have a chair for waiting. They are inadequate. I've never seen such absurdity in other stores of this chain.

There are essentially three levels for women, and only one small section for men. The women's sales are also always significantly better than the men’s, leaving literally no opportunities for guys to shop here. Why do clothing stores assume men aren’t interested in good sales and large selections of clothing?

This Urban Outfitters is very big and has a lot of different product which is very nice. The design of the store is amazing and also the employees are very nice. It is a bit expensive but worth the money

A nice variety of unique and interesting clothes. Quality is good, Just very pricey. Major Complaint is that the only changing room is at the top Floor(2nd or 3th). It was very annoying to always go upstairs If you wanted to try on Something new.

Worst shopping experience I ever had in my life Almost wanted to give up on my purchase. Hope most of the staff gets fired there. Was treated better in primark.

Just tried to order something for the first time with Urban Outfitters. 3 items purchased and 1 got cancelled after paying because that item is not shipped to my country (why offer it in the first place). Then I receive emails: We believe you like this shirt as well, which was exactly the shirt that was cancelled! Then my package is on its way and returned to Urban Outfitters because the address on the package wasn't correct. 5 days to get here, 5 days back and then probably another 5 days to send it again. Not the best first experience. Hence, my 2 out of 5 stars.

Second day of use and that's the quality of a 45 EUR Dickies beanie.

You will find a lot of different styles over three floors. Only bummer was that when I went there the only changing cabins were at the third floor, not the workout I hoped for.

Great store, not great for your wallet. Some prices are insane. Staff was okay. Multiple floors with a lot of variety.

Cashier was talking to collegue. Firstly, she didn’t greet. Secondly ,I interrupted her saying that I’m also an UO member which she irritated said to give her the registered email. Meanwhile she was busy chatting with her colleague until i told her I wanted to pay with card. Her response: rolling her eyes! TIP: If you’re not gonna do your job properly then maybe you shouldn’t work in retail and perhaps also quit.

The store was a mess, it was not clear where each department is located, everything was mixed between departments and the clothes design is not unique as it used to be.

Some clothes are kind of nice, but and this is a very big but. The clothes are wayy too overpriced. Its just simply not worth it. Rather shop online at boohooman.
