    Beautiful old garden complex between Watergraafsmeer and Diemen, sandwiched between one of the busiest railway lines in the region, one of the busiest stretches of highway in Amsterdam (connection of the A10 ring road to the A1) and a sports complex. Originally intended for workers to grow their own vegetables. Nowadays it is especially popular with couples with double incomes and children who visit occasionally. As a result, the gardens can no longer be afforded and there are years of waiting lists to qualify for a garden (up to 10 years!). New investment objects.
