Wij naar de receptie met onze klachten en krijgen wij doodleuk de opmerking: “wees blij dat je in het nieuwe gedeelte zit, het oude gedeelte is nog veel warmer”. Wij konden onze oren niet geloven. Blijkbaar geeft het personeel ook klachten niet door aan elkaar want we hebben 4 keer hetzelfde verhaal moeten vertellen. Einde van verblijf spullen ingeleverd en aangegeven nooit meer terug te willen komen. Achteraf een klacht ingediend waarbij we als compensatie een kortingscode kregen. Grappig aangezien we duidelijk zijn geweest nooit meer terug te willen komen. Na veel getouwtrek 30 euro als compensatie terug gestort te krijgen, maar inmiddels anderhalve maand verder nog niets gehad te hebben.. Eerste keer iets “fout gegaan bij administratie“. On top of it - 30 days before the booked stay I asked if I can delay the second payment for the property to see if the the covid situation would get worse and they said: No, I would loose the booking and what I already paid. So I paid - about 2 weeks before their lock-down started. In the end they kept it all! Such a fraud: keeping hotel 'open' just to keep the booking fees of guests that never arrived and they KNEW they wont arrive. Could be a good place to stay, but the way they handled the situation was just appalling, so based on that alone I will never book this place again and will never recommend it to anyone either.

Stayed here on a business trip/vacation so i was able to bring the kids along and they absolutely loved it here. A kids play area, a swimming pool and nature all around makes it a nice place to stay with your family. Everything you need is a 10 to 15 minute drive away. We would always shop in Haarlem so this was absolutly perfect. Can't wait to head there again next year.

Die Anlage liegt zwar im Wald, hat aber im Vergleich zu anderen Plätzen kein ausreichendes Freizeitangebot und kulinarisch auch nichts zu bieten. Trotz Waldlage kann von Ruhe keine Rede sein. Auf der Webseite wird zwar daraufhin gewiesen, dass der Platz in Flughafennähe liegt, nicht aber dass dies in direkter Lage zur Ein- und Abflugschneise ist. Er zijn er een aantal bij elkaar op het park en deze zijn heel stijlvol en praktisch ingericht. Met natuurlijke bossages heb een ook een fijn privé terras voor je huisje. De enige opmerking over het huisje was de afwezigheid van toiletpapier, dat we gelukkig nog net voor sluiting van de lobby constateerde waardoor dit later nog werd gebracht. En de hoofdkussens zijn van de allergoedkoopste soort, je hebt het idee dat 2/3de van de opvulling mist. En daarnaast zijn de tiny houses een groot contrast met de omliggende vinexwijk-achtige bungalows. De 2 redenen waarom wij voor Droomparken kozen waren: 1. de tiny houses en 2. de hottube. Op maandag navraag gedaan hoe dit werkte, ik had namelijk bij het boeken gelezen dat je hout bij de lobby kon kopen. De medewerker gaf aan dat er nog wel wat hout bij de hottube lag en het 4 (!) uur duurt voordat deze warm is. We besloten daarom dinsdag van de hottube gebruik te gaan maken, zodat we de hele dag de tijd hadden om te wachten totdat deze warm genoeg zou zijn.… Deze dinsdag is mijn man nog gaan informeren want er lag namelijk geen hout bij de hottube. Toen kreeg hij te horen dat het hout niet geleverd was en dit zou ook niet meer gebeuren tijdens ons verblijf! Wat een domper! Ten slotte wachtte wij ook op donderdag tevergeefs op onze ontbijtbox. Dit was niet goed gegaan volgens de medewerkers in de lobby. Ik kreeg het geld contant terug. En vroeg naar de mogelijkheid voor het achterlaten van een recensie aangezien ik niet tevreden ben over de service/faciliteiten. De medewerker gaf aan dat ik email zou ontvangen in de komende dagen. Toevallig behandelde zij deze recensies en zij zou met haar leidinggevende overleggen hoe mijn ontevredenheid op te lossen viel.
