We made reservations weeks in advance. We were even emailed by the property asking if we wanted to upgrade to the deluxe package. We agreed. They asked us to contact them once we arrived to the airport. We did and when they answered they said they were sorry but they didn't have accomodations for us! We had just arrived and were stuck at the airport with nowhere to stay. They simply said "I'm sorry, but you'll have to find somewhere else to stay". Appallingly unprofessional and unorganized.

We stayed 4 nights at the empire suit and enjoyed it a lot. The host was responsive and helpful as well as pampering with the deluxe package food items (with extra cost). The place is very clean and specious for a couple, and the bed is very comfortable. Ideal for a romantic getaway. Finally, the location is great, very easy to find, close to many attractions, yet quiet and calm. The proximity to vondelpark came handy with the great weather we had... Highly recommended

I have been to many great hotel rooms but the Empire Suite is undoubtedly the crest of beauty. It is located at beautiful Vondelpark, very close to the center of Amsterdam The owner Charles created this palace with great passion. He is very interested in his guests comfort and had been most attentive. Furthermore his croissants are delicious. ;) Thank you Charles, I'm looking very forward to come back soon!

What a fantastic host Charles is. Park Mansions is in our top 3 stays ever. The manor is immaculate and stunning. It felt like we were staying in a very clean museum. We didn't want to leave. Charles stocked the kitchen with everything we would ever need and baked breakfast for us each morning. Will return to Amsterdam just to stay at Charles' manor on the park.

We had such a wonderful stay at Charles’ home. It was truly the most perfect location for exploring all Amsterdam had to offer. Check in was extremely easy and everything in the home was above and beyond. The garden was perfectly tranquil it was hard to leave! The kitchen was perfect and the food and drinks were a great addition so we were able to enjoy a full day in the city. We appreciated all of the local tips and felt right at home in such a beautiful vibey space. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Amsterdam and recommend this lovely home to anyone wanting an authentic Amsterdam experience.

We liked everything! The attitude of staff & owner Cozy & clean place Garden view is super! Nice location And the delicious apple pie :) Park Mansion is definitely a plus to our trip, highly recommended.

Don't think, just book! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay in a part of Amsterdam's history and heritage. Every aspect of this stunning property exceeds expectations. The host cannot do enough to look after you. This was a delight and a memorable experience of a lifetime 10/10

I as a regular traveler would rate this place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places I have stayed. The place was very clean and stylish, had everything I needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the places a tourist would like to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. Charles is a wonderful host! He is kind, prompt and helped me with every aspect of my reservation and stay. If you're on the fence about making a reservation, don't be, highly recommended!
