😠 Super expensive parking with really small parking spaces, it took me some time to find somewhere to park. Medium and big cars take two places and it's hard to find decent parking spots, you might find your car damage by others trying to park. Other than that, the location is good, but it is just not... good location but expensive. I have paid huge amount ever in life for a day parking. We parked here and start walking from here to Dam square. Parked for 9 hours and paid 66 Euro.

Very expensive but very safe parking in Amsterdam. I always found a free parking space here. From this parking garage you can walk about 2.5 km through a very beautiful, always busy shopping street, past the famous flower market directly into the center of Amsterdam. So you can get to the Dam and the Royal Palace very quickly and directlyπŸ˜€πŸ˜Ž

Great location but quite expensive, weekends 11 euro per hour. For longer times, maybe better sth more outside the centre.

€32.50 for parking from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Booked in advance. Parking garage had tight spaces that current cars could barely fit into. Provided the neighbor parks right... The parking garage smelled like urine.

For 12 eur per hour you have a broken lift and I had to drag my 86-year old mother all the way up the stairs with a risk to fall and have a broken hip. This parking company has no shame!

Reservation online went smoothly and license plate recognition worked very well on arrival and departure. However, the Amsterdam Byzantium parking garage has been set up with very tight parking spaces. As a result, the chance of damage or not being able to get into your car properly is quite high.

44.25 eur for 3.5 hours! Abomination. The car spaces are ridiculously small, that you cannot get out of your car. Bit no amount of space could cover this ridiculous price. I went to Sumo restaurant for 39 eur per person, and paid more for the car parking.

Small places with huge prices. 2.25 hours on a Friday evening costs just €29. Central but too pricey

So very conveniently located. And now for the BUT. It's very expensive!!! We were in the city center with the family and parked there because the last time we parked was pretty far away. 3.5km walk. And I had already paid €35 for about 8 hours. But here it was €65.50 after about 8 hours. That's a joke. A traffic ticket is significantly cheaper. The purest rip-off in this parking garage. And then there are really tight parking spaces. Outrageous.

Expensive, narrow parking slots, glitchy parking barriers, smelly, unsafe, and uncourteous security. The unwritten only-the-driver can get the car is idiotic. Especially when elderly people are separated who might need guidance. My wife who was the designated driver did not feel safe to go down alone to get the get or to be left alone on the street in the cold. Then the security guards are asking incoming drivers if they have reserved while half the parking garage is empty. I have used this garage for over 2 decades, but never again. This is the last EUR 56 I paid for 4 hours of parking.

The parking garage is nice and modern overall but the strong smell of urine made me give one star. I'm sure there can be done something about this, especially because so many people come here, it's in the heart of Amsterdam.

Considering Amsterdam's sad parking situation, this specific Q-park location is great if you wanna spend time around Leidseplein area. Yeah, it's expensive ! €6 per hour, but this is Amsterdam and this surely isn't the most expensive parking I've paid in this city. I prefer Q-park and I avoid parking on the streets in this area, for car break-ins are on the rise in Amsterdam these days. The location has a good number of spots and I've seen security & staff at the location on weekend nights. There are security cams and it's pretty well lit in there. It stinks a bit of piss in some sections of this parking lot, so prepare accordingly before you open the doors, once you park. 4⭐ for the lack of a good exhausted system & cleanliness of the place. On weekends, the queue to get in, can get a bit long for this one and it can get full ! Reserve a spot online for peak hours and I'd also recommend registering for Q-park's auto payment by registering your car & card on their website. Getting out during peak hours can be a bit painful due to the traffic on the main road, but it's manageable with good uplifting music.

"Only the driver can go to the parking lot to get the car" - we were told by the very unpolite security guards standing at the door, due to "security reasons" they said. It was at night and our friend would have needed help how to get out of the parking spot, as the parking spots at Q-Park Byzantium are extremely narrow and it's quite hard to navigate in those spaces so that the cars next to us or our car don't get damaged. The security guards also spoke in a "superior" manner to the drivers who were just coming to park in this parking lot. We told the guards that only 1 other person would go down to the parking lot just to help the actual driver of the car so that everything would go smoothly, but they were reluctant and not nice or understanding at all. I understand the rules, but some understanding would be nice if the driver is unsucure due to the narrow parking spots and possible damage to the cars. Also, when we just arrived to the parking lot, we saw quite some people getting out of the car and helping the driver with hand signals and/or talking so that the driver would not damage their car or other cars. Q-Park Byzantium, I am asking you, how is it okay for you to not let not even 1 more person go to the parking lot apart from the driver, in order to help the driver navigate out of the EXTREMELY NARROW PARKING SPOT? Waiting for your answer.

Unbelieavably pricy, inside, the spacing rows are very narrow. With this price, I paid oly once, would never use Q-Park again.

Reservation worked out excellent. Number plate recognized which made entry process super smooth. Fair princing ( if you have tickets for the Moca you get a nice discount) Clean and bright parking arena , museums are just a short walk away. Recommended.

For the price of 114€ for 30h parking time you would expect that at least the toilets are working.

After calculating the price on their own website (€45), I parked there. Later, although I was 1 hour less than expected, they charged me €68. I felt SCAMMED. The administrations should put sanctions on companies how it is.

Centrally located and the price of 45€/24h if booked in advance is very good. Thanks to license plate recognition, entry and exit also went smoothly. On the side of the road in the center you also pay €6.50, but at least €5 1 - 2 km from the center.

Complete disaster Briefly about our situation: We want to park there on New Year's Eve. We booked in the evening and reserved a parking space from 11 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. for 18 euros. We were there at 11:10 p.m. Of course we knew that it would be more crowded on New Year's Eve, which is why we made a reservation. Apparently the parking garage was not aware of this and was completely overwhelmed by this expected situation. All the cars were let into the side street only to arrive at the parking garage and be greeted with an unfriendly and cheeky "Its full! Its full!" to be rejected. Despite PAID RESERVATION! In addition, we were not allowed to turn around in the clear area that was definitely available. When I asked where we would get our money back, all I got was "Look on the Internet!". Hundreds of cars were directed into this mini side street. Of course there was a traffic jam there because they were no longer able to drive up to the main road. Many people spent their New Year's Eve there, including us. It is a disgrace to offer an option for reservation online, which is definitely not possible. Especially on New Year's Eve, you should be prepared for a rush of cars and then keep the appropriate spaces available. Furthermore, friendly and helpful staff would also be appropriate. First of all, cars shouldn't have been allowed on this street anymore so that there wouldn't be any more traffic jams and people wouldn't have the opportunity to spend New Year's Eve in their cars. Besides, they could have at least dropped an apology. Mistakes happen, but it's not possible to be so incredibly disrespectful towards other people and their time. Absolutely no recommendation!

Booked Parking spot in advance. We booked for 4 days and paid 180€ which is expensive, but our car was secure and we didn't have to worry about parking and driving so it was definitely worth it. Driving in and out with the license plate recognition was amazing. The parking spots are very tight and it smells like pee. Would park there again though

πŸ˜‘β›” I wish it was a possibility to put negative stars, just RIDICULOUS, DISGUSTING parked at the city center, 19cents/2 minutes, which was expensive & paid around 22€ for 4 hours, decided to park closer to Rijk museum and made a mistake to enter this theft House charged us over 24€ for less than 2 hours, not recommended and definitely NEVER again πŸ‘Ž

Easy to get in & out by QR Code, easy to find. You book & pay the parking space before online! If you buy a ticket for one of the museums online, just around the corner, you can get a reduced price for parking, in the middle of the City!

Good location, parking bays are good size. Convenient for town centre and the museums. Unfortunately the toilet has been broken for a long time and should have been sorted out. Expensive for medium to long stay but all parking in town is of similar cost. Have used carpark a number of times and will use again in the future.
