As the other reviewers: super expensive parking with 0 security and no customer support, window smashed and personal belongings robbed. There was no one, they never replied and took no responsibility

All my bags got stolen here from my car trunk (back window fully broken). And I wasn't the only one! Eventhough this is a 24/7 very expensive parking garage, there is nobody there at 21:00 in the evening to assist. All entrance doors are also open for anyone to come in, also without parking ticket.

If I could, I would rate this garage with zero stars. (Almost) 8.5 euro's an hour. Unreasonable. They are profiting of bad policies. In Dutch I would say: schurken.

DEFINITELY the most outrageous tourist rip-off I have encountered on all of my travels to date. On Whitsunday 2022 we parked our vehicle here. The car park is the closest to Amsterdam Zuid train station. When we returned to the vehicle about 3 hours later, Q-Park charged 30 euros for parking in an almost empty parking garage. In addition, charging spaces for electric vehicles are exclusively reserved for premium guests (with a subscription) - in contrast to almost all other parking garages we visited in Amsterdam. The fact that Q-Park has not implemented the European directive for price displays at the entrance to parking garages and that customers are not even warned that they are being taken for a ride and being cheated to the fullest completes the picture of this unpleasant day. However, the parking garage entrance was obviously designed by an architect whose planning skills are rather limited. In a modern car park - obviously built on a greenfield site - a curve awaits you right after the entrance, which I am sure 88% of drivers will not be able to negotiate without an accident without effort. Presumably an additional tourist trap for which Q-Park then wants to charge additional riches.

Entrance is tight for a larger car. A turn has to be made, and then the distance sensors start beeping. Not a cheap garage. But it looked fine for a garage. No straight, but sloping sections that you can drive straight into.

What we experienced here can only be described in one word: rip-off. At the barrier it said “Maximum daily rate: €30” which is already expensive. But when we paid for our ticket after 8 hours of parking, the machine showed €66. 66€! Park for 8 hours. We didn't want to buy the parking space or rent it for 1 month. Never, never again. Absolutely not recommended.

Helpful staff (had some problems with my ticket)! But what a maze. It looks like the garage from my nightmares where I can't find my car and keep walking in circles until I wake up drenched in sweat. There is plenty of room for improvement in terms of signs and arrows. Finding the right exit for the company you want to visit is more difficult than the average escape room.

I am traveller to Amsterdam and PARKED here with very expensive fee of 14€ for more than 1 hours but the PROBLEM is My rented car was broken by thief and my belongings were stolen here! I did calling Security Guy but he did nothing for us. I came to 2 police station nearby to make a report and they did nothing for us and asking me come back the next day! Police officer said many similar cases has happened and reported there. So REMEMBER DO NOT PARK HERE. It is UNSECURED!

Not EV-friendly. Although the sign before entrance indicates they have EV charging spaces, only when entering it becomes clear these are all reserved for subscription users on weekdays. There are zero charging options for public parking. Had to even pay 2 euro after finding out and exiting within 10min of entering. Never again Qpark Mahler. There are plenty other options with charging on same street. Expected more for Qpark which is normally very service oriented.

The direction you have to take is not intentionally clear. There is different entrances and different exits one can take which could be communicated and shown more clearly. Lots of parking spots are reserved for different companies. So it can be hard to find a spot. The hourly rate is quiet expensive.

A complete rip-off. For a couple of hours I paid 48 euros! Moreover, hard to find your way out as a pedestrian, hard to find your way back in, hard to find the machine where you have to pay, and all that "service" for 48 euros! Stay away from this place.

Never going here again. It’s a maze inside, very expensive (€2 for 15 min), I was stuck at closed doors all the time! Couldn’t find the way out or the way back inside, and the elevator only takes you to levels -1, -3, -5 when my car was at -2! So weird!

Hard to find an exit, hard to find your car back and i cannot find the way back into the garage. They need to put up signs to guide visitors and bring colors on the walls and nr's so that you know where your car is parked. I always take the car entrance/exit (although forbidden for persons)

Ok parking place in Amsterdam for what it is... Incredibly expensive though, it nearly gave me a heart attack. Then again parking in Amsterdam is rarely cheap. A better alternative is to Park at a P+R at the Rai and then take the subway to the city centre. It'll cost you 1 euro.

Narrow entrance, high rates, non-working access columns to get back into the garage

Ridiculous prices! The site says nicely "parking from €10 per day". Booking a week in advance will still cost you €80. And they call that a 'deal'. Just don't do it and use other transportation options

👍👍 We reserved a 24-hour parking space online on the same day in the morning for €32.50. Not cheap, but very good for Amsterdam and, above all, safe and centrally located. We first thought about taking a parking garage outside the center and then taking the tram into the city. We decided against it af...

😠 We parked from 9am-7pm on Saturday, 7/12/19. We paid 55 euros. Our car was broken into (they smashed a window). Q Park said they bear absolutely no responsability for it. As we were leaving, we ran into another family who had the same thing happen to them. When we went to the police to file a police...
