We reserved a 24-hour parking space online on the same day in the morning for €32.50. Not cheap, but very good for Amsterdam and, above all, safe and centrally located. We first thought about taking a parking garage outside the center and then taking the tram into the city. We decided against it after the bad reviews about theft and broken windows. Entry and exit with license plate recognition worked perfectly. Barrier opened automatically. The parking garage generally made a clean impression. The only important thing is that you have the QR code on your cell phone, otherwise you won't be able to get into the stairwell. Parking garage recommended, but only with online booking in advance, otherwise too expensive.

Very good and clear parking garage. Very good location, right at the main train station. Be careful, the access is narrow and steep. Drive slowly here. Be sure to reserve in advance. This can also be done on the same day. Our license plate was not automatically recognized. Then press the “telephone button” at the bottom right as you drive in (see photo). Someone answers and opens the barrier.

Good clean and modern parking lot but you will get annoyed on your return seeing the price of a full tank of gasoline to leave the car without moving (50€ for 7 hours! Max 55 euros for 8 hours and more) Despite the price there is no there is no arrangement so you would be obliged to pay 💰

This city center parking spot is incredibly convenient, but it can be quite pricey at approximately $60 for parking from 1 PM to 7 PM. My suggestion is to pre-book it on their website, as it's much more affordable and convenient that way.

You make a reservation, then you pay in advance, then you wait one hour to enter as entrance is full of cars that have not booked?!? This is unacceptable and absolutely not serious

Parking your car at QPark it’s like having pointed a gun and asked for money. It’s very uncommon to see park spots that cost every 15 minutes, but this one does. Parked there for a couple of hours and literally paid more than 46€.

We made an online reservation which was a great help since we had a 2.5 hour drive(still impressed that such service exists) . The signs were not so clear in the parking but the staff was so friendly and helped without fuss. Parking is spacious enough for central Amsterdam. If you plan on staying more than 5 hours, I recommend the online reservation. You save money and will have no stress looking for a parking space.

Great parking, well located, with easy access. The only big problem I see is the price, which I understand the reason for it being so expensive, because it is in Amsterdam Central, but 35€ for just 4 hours is too much, I think. If you park here, I recommend you to stay all day long, because the maximum fare is 55€, so you can stay longer and only pay the daily price. On the other hand, the entrance is clear, the machines work well and the parking spots are spacious and well marked.

Catastrophe!!! I parked my car here and my window got smashed by criminals. I went to the car in the morning and everything was full of broken pieces of glass. When the police came, the administrator of Q_park said there was nothing he could do and I only paid for parking, not for security! An impudence!!!!

Online ticket went great... Sure, 40 euros for the day ticket isn't exactly cheap, but the parking garage is very central and everything is easy to reach on foot. It wasn't easy to see the entrance because there was a construction site right there.

Very central, nice and bright, the parking bays are reasonably large. And if you pre-order your ticket, you pay significantly less and can get in and out easily thanks to license plate recognition. I would book again.

Abnormally expensive, dirty and disgusting. There is human excrement in the parking lots! At the price of €55 a day you can do some cleaning. Abnormal

There are no toilet facility within the parking zone which makes people with urgent nature calls do it and therefore the foul smell. Regarding the pricing it’s similar to public parking so no issues with that one. The location of this parking is fantastic

Good position, if you’re looking for a parking place in this central district. Fair price for the area even if not really large spaces for nowadays cars. You can go in with your SUV, but inside the places are not so large. The automatic checkout is simple and fast.

Very expensive narrow parking garage! Watch out for rims! The exit is winding with quite high curbs. Is more planned for smaller, short vehicles.

Good value, wide-bay (I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee) and safe parking near the centre of Amsterdam. Use the Q-Park App for ease of paying etc…

Centrally located and therefore relatively expensive, we were there for almost 8 hours and paid 55 EUR. Very annoying: charging the electric vehicle (Audi Q4 etron) only worked with extremely low power - less than 10 kW in 8 hours. Very annoying and incomprehensible! We can't recommend it!

Quite pricey at €2.5 per 15 minutes

  • 1/5 judy k. 2 months ago on Google • 3 reviews New
My experience was extremely disappointing. Despite making a reservation a day in advance to avoid parking troubles, upon arrival, the parking was completely full. We had to wait 15 minutes just to enter the parking area, and then spent an additional 30 minutes searching for an available space. We only managed to find a spot by pure coincidence. And despite the parking lot being full, new cars continued to enter. I'm perplexed as to how and why this was happening. The purpose of making a reservation was entirely defeated. I strongly do not recommend this place based on my frustrating experience. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

It's very expensive and the sauna doesn't work and they charge a fee for it. I don't go there often but they still deduct the drink fee.

A safe place to park at the center of amsterdam but you have wait a long que to get free space.

Very clean and safe. Was able to prebook so I paid half of the regular day rate.

  • 5/5 tugrul u. 2 years ago on Google
Nice location with easy entrance and exit. You can prebook with unlimited entry and exit. Also much cheaper compared to close by parking locations. The stuff can speak Dutch and English if you encounter any issues during entry/exit

  • 1/5 David D. 5 years ago on Google
They write it costs 5 Euros per hour. What they don't tell you is that they charge per hour, so even if you parked for few minutes, you pay for the whole hour. One hour rounding.

  • 2/5 Balázs O. 2 years ago on Google
Very expensive place and they will always fond a way to charge extra on you.

  • 2/5 Ben C. 1 year ago on Google
Over €40 for 3 hours parking! Probably best off dumping your car in the middle of Dam than paying the cost. Reserve a space in advance if you really want to park here.

  • 1/5 William D. 1 year ago on Google
Parking located in front of the central station of Amsterdam, really tiny entrance would complicate a lot cars bigger than a Toyota RAV4 for example. What really amazed me is how expensive it is, 45 euros for 3 hours is ridiculous, it should be ilegal to charge this much.

  • 4/5 The Tourist D. 9 months ago on Google
It's located at a central location The best way yo find it os to go to area where the queue of "island cryise" is and it is right next to it Underground car park If you pit location on Google maps, it takes u directly there Located at a very central and conveniently location

  • 5/5 Alex_4 1 year ago on Google
All good no problem with the car ...The parking is Underground it is close to the Amsterdam Center...You can leave the car there with booking tickets and save money ;)

  • 5/5 Sandy K. 1 year ago on Google

  • 5/5 Tubby T. 1 year ago on Google

  • 4/5 Spiros K. 1 year ago on Google

  • 1/5 Lena M. 1 month ago on Google • 1 review New
A great scam. We reserved a day of parking for €28 and in the email they told us that if we wish to stay one more day, the reservation will be extended automatically. We thought we would pay €28 more. And bad surprise, they asked us to pay 60€ for the extra day! Extend yes, but at what cost! However, we asked customer service who confirmed that there would be no such problems. I do not recommend!

😠 We parked from 9am-7pm on Saturday, 7/12/19. We paid 55 euros. Our car was broken into (they smashed a window). Q Park said they bear absolutely no responsability for it. As we were leaving, we ran into another family who had the same thing happen to them. When we went to the police to file a police...

👍👍 We’ve stayed for 4 night in the center of Amsterdam. The staff from the hotel said that the parking costs 50 Eur/day, which I found it quite expensive. I have checked on google maps other parkings and their sites, found Q-Park Nieuwendijk with 27.5 Eur/day. It was at 12-15’ walk from our hotel. We h...
