We also had a break-in here at night. It's better not to leave anything in the car or not to park there at all.

Danger! Our house was broken into yesterday around 7 p.m. and everything was searched! Despite supposed 24/7 surveillance! It's best not to leave anything in the car if you park there. The police said we were the second one today.

Our car was broken into today. It was in the parking garage. I don't recommend anyone to park there!

What I can tell you for sure is that "closed secured parking lot" means nothing. I have left my car here for 2 days, and it has been damaged by somebody who tried to vandalise it. Another car near by had the same problem. The owner of the parking lot takes no responsibility, there is no insurance for the cars. Police did nothing. Have to pay for reparations myself. So, if you park in the street, your car is less likely to be damaged since there are people or lights.

Parking in a dry spot while it's pouring outside is preferable at any time.

Very narrow entrance and exit!! Very crowded at peak times but ok.

It has now happened twice after a performance at the Meervaart that the barrier did not go up for someone who wanted to drive away and that about 20 cars were waiting in a traffic jam for more than 15 minutes for departure. This could have been resolved earlier, but the customer service lady first claimed that "she couldn't do anything" because the man paid via Parkbee and therefore it could not be resolved by q-park. Which was just a lie because she had excellent control over that lever. I would look elsewhere if you have a performance. Total waste of time parking here.

We got stuck at this parking garage after an event at De Meervaart late in the evening. First a long line at the machine and then the gate didn’t open. Better park somewhere else when you attend a show at the theatre. 😖

After a show at de Meervaart it took as 1 hour to get out of Q-Park. A long line of cars, moving incredibly slowly.

6 € for 3 hours is a good price , but I really don't understand why to exit this parking take so long time .... 30 min to go our from parking at 12 in midday .

I am using this parking spot 3-4/week every week. Lately the gate simply won’t open. This is a persistent problem that customer care chooses to ignore. Will keep trying
